采用STM在纳米尺度上对光盘材料结构转变前后表面微观形貌进行了研究,STM结合图象处理和傅利叶分析法可以较好地用于研究薄膜表面形貌的分形特征,用电子束蒸发制备的无定形态记录介质薄膜表面形貌在纳米尺度上呈现出分形特征,经加热晶化后介质薄膜发生结构转变,表面形貌的分形维数增加。 相似文献

泡孔结构具有分形特征,可以用分形维数来描述其形态复杂性。文中应用MATLAB编写的数盒子算法,计算了应用超临界二氧化碳作为发泡剂间歇发泡制备的微孔聚丙烯的盒维数,并讨论了二值化阈值对分形维数的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯微孔结构具有典型的分形特征,分形维数与微孔聚丙烯的泡孔密度有关,在一定阈值下,分形维数随着泡孔密度的增加而增加。分形维数是发泡聚丙烯微孔结构的几何特性之一,体现了聚丙烯在特定条件下的发泡能力。 相似文献

By means of electron probe(EPMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and optical microscope(QM),the diffusion behaviour on the Fe-Cu interface of copper brazed double-wall steel tubes andthe microstructure of the diffusion layer have been investigated.There are three kinds of metallurgicalbonds between copper plating layer and steel substrate: (1)the Cu diffusing into steel substratealong grain boundary of ferrite;(2)the Cu diffusion into grain bulk of ferrite: (3)the Fe diffusing intoCu layer.The copper brazed double-wall steel tubes are formed by the combination of the diffusionsmentioned above and this is the reason for excellent mechanical and technological properties of thecopper brazed double-wall steel tubes. 相似文献

利用原子力显微镜研究了浓度分别为0.01 mg/mL、0.1 mg/mL、1 mg/mL的透明质酸(HA)在云母上的自组装形貌,从中得出透明质酸在云母表面生长聚集形成树枝状分形结构是有浓度限制的结论,并对其生长聚集形成树枝状分形结构的作用机理和生长过程进行了研究。透明质酸的树枝状分形结构具有统计意义上的自相似性,属不规则分形结构,与计算机模拟的DLA模型相一致。研究透明质酸的分形结构为研究透明质酸各种存在状态与其生物功能之间的关系提供了有益的帮助。 相似文献

Cell aggregates as a 3D culture model can effectively mimic the physiological processes such as embryonic development, immune response, and tissue renewal in vivo. Researches show that the topography of biomaterials plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation, adhesion, and differentiation. It is of great significance to understand how cell aggregates respond to surface topography. Herein, microdisk array structures with the optimized size are used to investigate the wetting of cell aggregates. Cell aggregates exhibit complete wetting with distinct wetting velocities on the microdisk array structures of different diameters. The wetting velocity of cell aggregates reaches a maximum of 293 µm h−1 on microdisk structures with a diameter of 2 µm and is a minimum of 247 µm h−1 on microdisk structures of 20 µm diameter, which suggests that the cell-substrates adhesion energy on the latter is smaller. Actin stress fibers, focal adhesions (FAs), and cell morphology are analyzed to reveal the mechanisms of variation of wetting velocity. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that cell aggregates adopt climb and detour wetting modes on small and large-sized microdisk structures, respectively. This work reveals the response of cell aggregates to micro-scale topography, providing guidance for better understanding of tissue infiltration. 相似文献

对4种不同配比、3种不同养护期的砂浆的抗压性能差异性进行了检测;用投影覆盖法编程计算了砂浆断面的表面分形维数,并考察了它与抗压强度之间的关系。结果表明,不同的配比、不同的养护期均会对砂浆的抗压强度产生影响,由实验结果分析得出最优配比和最优养护期;砂浆断口的分形维数介于2.7~3,相关系数均大于0.9,分形维数与抗压强度呈正相关关系,验证了用分形理论分析建筑砂浆力学性能的可行性。 相似文献

深埋隧洞爆破开挖过程中,爆炸荷载和地应力的共同作用是造成围岩损伤的主要原因,威胁到岩体工程的安全。首先在原有裂纹分形模型基础上,引入最大拉应力理论和应变能密度理论作为联合判据,同时考虑岩体拉伸和压缩损伤对围岩参数的劣化影响,建立适合于高地应力条件下的爆破开挖拉-压剪损伤本构模型。然后将模型成功嵌入到动力有限元数值分析中,对锦屏水电站引水隧洞爆破开挖损伤效应进行动力计算,并与实测数据进行对比。在此基础上研究了相同地应力环境下,不同爆炸装药条件对围岩损伤的影响规律。结果表明:岩体损伤区中,内损伤区损伤程度大,主要受爆炸荷载拉-压剪联合损伤作用;外损伤区,损伤程度相对较轻,主要受地应力影响。当爆炸荷载达到一定量级后,随着爆炸荷载的增大,围岩的损伤区先快速增大,然后增速减缓,但内外损伤区的差值,则是先减小后增大。 相似文献
