The progressive size reduction of electronic components is experiencing bottlenecks in shrinking charge storage devices like batteries and supercapacitors, limiting their development into wearable and flexible zero‐pollution technologies. The inherent long cycle life, rapid charge–discharge patterns, and power density of supercapacitors rank them superior over other energy storage devices. In the modern market of zero‐pollution energy devices, currently the lightweight formula and shape adaptability are trending to meet the current requirement of wearables. Carbon nanomaterials have the potential to meet this demand, as they are the core of active electrode materials for supercapacitors and texturally tailored to demonstrate flexible and stretchable properties. With this perspective, the latest progress in novel materials from conventional carbons to recently developed and emerging nanomaterials toward lightweight stretchable active compounds for flexi‐wearable supercapacitors is presented. In addition, the limitations and challenges in realizing wearable energy storage systems and integrating the future of nanomaterials for efficient wearable technology are provided. Moreover, future perspectives on economically viable materials for wearables are also discussed, which could motivate researchers to pursue fabrication of cheap and efficient flexible nanomaterials for energy storage and pave the way for enabling a wide‐range of material‐based applications.  相似文献

A high performance, transparent, and simultaneously mechanically flexible supercapacitor, with electrodes based on a bio‐inspired, quasifractal metallic network is demonstrated. Excellent performance parameters, such as the specific capacitance of 5.6 mF cm?2 (at 45% transparency), great long‐term electrochemical and mechanical stability under stress, and low cost, make this one of the best reported, and most promising candidates for applications in the wearable, transparent integrated electronics.  相似文献

以太网供电国际标准(802.3af)在2003年6月获得了通过,其允许将功率加载在以太网线上同数据一起传输,但是该标准容许的最大传输功率(小于12.95 W)限制了以太网供电的应用.近年来高功率以太网供电标准(802.3at)被提出,其容许的传输功率接近30 W,这一标准的批准将推动以太网供电技术得到进一步的发展.文中分析了高功率以太网供电技术的规范,讨论了以太网供电技术的最新进展,同时给出了一种实现高功率以太网供电的技术方案.  相似文献

An attempt is made to analyze and summarize the literature data on hybrid x-ray GaAs pixel detectors designed for medical imaging. Criteria are stated for selecting a semiconductor material. It is shown that GaAs is currently preferable to the other semiconductor materials. Detector figures of merit used to select a semiconductor material and a process technology are listed. Major types of x-ray detector based on bulk-grown or epitaxial GaAs are described, namely, the planar Schottky, the planar p-i-n, and the 3D detector. The influence is considered of different process steps (contact formation, passivation coating, hybridization, etc.) on detector figures of merit. The rapid growth in demand for high-capacity telecommunication links, and the speed limitation of single-wavelength links, has resulted in an extraordinary increase in the use of wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) in advanced lightwave networks. In this work we review the basic concepts of WDM, describe its key features and why network providers are using it, review the enabling technologies, discuss the basic operating characteristics and their associated parameters, and show how WDM is being used worldwide in both terrestrial and undersea installations. Included in this are discussions on management functions that are needed for monitoring the status and health of WDM networks.  相似文献

Conventional lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are constantly evolving to improve their electrochemical performance and safety. In the past decade, research on electrode and electrolyte materials has significantly promoted the development of conventional LIBs. However, the current collector (CC) in conventional LIBs has not received sufficient attention. As a transfer unit that collects and disperses electrons from electrodes and transports them to the load, the performance of the CC significantly affects the performance of LIBs. This article reviews the impact of the CC on the electrochemical performance and safety of conventional LIBs in four aspects: CC requirements, manufacturing process, surface coating modification, and multifunctionalized CCs. Meanwhile, this review provides an objective summary and prospect on the transition from single-functionality to multifunctionality requirements for CC, as well as the future needs for CC development and the technical hurdles that should be overcome. The article focuses on providing a detailed insight into the important impact of CCs on conventional LIBs, which has not received enough attention in the past. It emphasizes the need and urgency for the development of multifunctional CCs to provide new ideas for improving the performance of conventional LIBs.  相似文献

一项优秀的、切合实际的立体电视技术的研究规划,应当统筹考虑系统的各个环节,包括立体视频信号的获取、传输、接收、显示。考虑到技术成本、社会成本、运营成本等诸多非技术因素,一个理想的立体电视系统方案,应当具备无辅助立体显示.平面兼容、窄带宽、高清晰、可随机访问、无侵扰交互、可分级等性能。欧盟在框架计划的支持下,对基于广播、互联网、移动通信的硬件平台,进行了一系列的立体电视系统的项目研究,取得了良好的进展。南京大学面向未来立体电视接收终端,研制成功了无辅助立体显示器。最后,针对我国立体电视技术的研究现状提出工作建议。  相似文献
