通过选用3种黏度相近的氯化橡胶产品:CR-2水相法氯化橡胶、KL-10国产溶剂法氯化橡胶及GW—10进口溶剂法氯化橡胶,进行对比试验,检测了3种产品的常规性能,分析了红外光谱,并分别进行了配漆试验。结果表明:水相法氯化橡胶的质量指标达到了溶剂型氯化橡胶产品的质量指标,热稳定性优于国产溶剂型氯化橡胶产品,与进口产品性能相当;配制成涂料的各项性能符合船舶漆产品的技术要求,稳定性与溶剂型产品相当。  相似文献

Because silica has strong filler–filler interactions, a silica‐filled rubber compound is characterized by a poor dispersion of the filler. Properties of silica‐filled natural rubber (NR) compounds were improved using polychloroprene (chloroprene rubber [CR]). The bound rubber content of the compound increases and the filler dispersion is also improved by adding CR to the compound. Physical properties such as modulus, tensile strength, abrasion, and crack resistance are improved by adding CR. Elongation at break of the vulcanizates containing CR is longer than that of the vulcanizate without CR, although crosslink density of the former is higher than that of the latter. The mammalian preoptic area (POA) has large populations of calbindin (CB), calretinin (CR) and parvalbumin (PV) neurons, but phenotypes of these cells are unknown. Therefore, the question is whether neurons expressing CB, CR, and/or PV are GABAergic or glutamatergic. Double-immunofluorescence staining followed by epifluorescence and confocal microscopy was used to determine the coexpression patterns of CB, CR and PV expressing neurons with vesicular GABA transporters (VGAT) as specific markers of GABAergic neurons and vesicular glutamate transporters (VGLUT 2) as specific markers of glutamatergic neurons. The guinea pig was adopted as, like humans, it has a reproductive cycle with a true luteal phase and a long gestation period. The results demonstrated that in the guinea pig POA of both sexes, ~80% of CB+ and ~90% of CR+ neurons coexpress VGAT; however, one-fifth of CB+ neurons and one-third of CR+ cells coexpress VGLUT. About two-thirds of PV+ neurons express VGAT, and similar proportion of them coexpress VGLUT. Thus, many CB+, CR+ and PV+ neurons may be exclusively GABAergic (VGAT-expressing cells) or glutamatergic (VGLUT-expressing cells); however, at least a small fraction of CR+ cells and at least one-third of PV+ cells are likely neurons with a dual GABA/glutamate phenotype that may coexpress both transporters.  相似文献

The methanol has greater resistance to knock and it emits lower emissions than neat gasoline. As single cylinder small engines have low compression ratio (CR), and they run with slightly rich mixture, their power are low and emission values are high. The performance can be increased at high CR if these engines are run with fuels which have high octane number. In this study, methanol was used at high CR to increase performance and decrease emissions of a single-cylinder engine. Initially, the engine whose CR was 6/1 was tested with gasoline and methanol at full load and various speeds. Then, the CR was raised from 6/1 to 8/1and 10/1, gradually. The knock was not observed at the CRs of 8/1 and 10/1 when using methanol while the knock was observed at the CR of 8/1 when using gasoline. The knock was determined from the cylinder pressure-time curves. The results showed that some decreases were obtained in CO, CO2 and NOx emissions without any noticeable power loss when using methanol at the CR of 6/1. By increasing the CR from 6/1 to 10/1 with methanol, the engine power and brake thermal efficiency increased by up to 14% and 36%, respectively. Moreover, CO, CO2 and NOx emissions were reduced by about 37%, 30% and 22%, respectively.  相似文献

碱性钙基膨润土对亚甲基蓝和刚果红的吸附去除   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该文研究了碱性钙基膨润土(ACB)对水体中的亚甲基蓝(MB)和刚果红(CR)染料的吸附性能,考察了吸附剂用量、吸附时间及温度、pH及盐等因素对吸附效果的影响,同时进行了两种染料在碱性钙基膨润土上的吸附等温模型、吸附动力学模型研究。结果表明,ACB对MB、CR的脱色率随着吸附剂用量的增加而增加,在实验条件下,50 mg/L MB和100 mg/L CR的最佳吸附剂质量浓度分别为1.0 g/L和2.0 g/L;升高温度可以加快吸附速率,但对最终的脱色率影响很小;50 mg/L MB的吸附平衡时间在60 min左右,100 mg/L CR的吸附平衡时间在120 min左右;在pH=3~12时,ACB对MB的脱色率都稳定在99%左右,而适宜ACB吸附CR的pH=3~7,对CR的脱色率保持在90%左右;NaCl的加入对MB的吸附效果影响很小,对CR的吸附则有很强的抑制作用;ACB对MB的吸附同时符合Langmuir和Freundlich模型,而ACB对CR的吸附则更符合Langmuir模型;ACB对两种染料的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型,颗粒内扩散模型的拟合结果说明吸附过程存在颗粒内扩散作用。  相似文献

氯丁橡胶是最重要的合成橡胶之一。本文综述了氯丁橡胶的填充改性、共混改性、接枝改性及化学改性,介绍了氯丁橡胶改性领域的技术进展和改性氯丁橡胶的主要特性及用途。相比于填充改性、共混改性和接枝改性,氯丁橡胶的化学改性研究相对较少,目前主要集中在氢化改性。相对于氢化,卤化改性不但能够饱和氯丁橡胶中的残余双键,而且可以提高橡胶的硫化活性,改善硫化困难的缺点,因此,优化氯丁胶的氢化改性工艺、探索氯丁橡胶的卤化改性、使其具有更好的综合性能将是今后氯丁橡胶改性的发展方向。  相似文献

Six kinds of Cr2O3 Al2O3 fused grains ( the mass percent of Cr2O3 was 15% ,40% ,50% ,60% ,85% and 99% ,respectively) were prepared using chrome green and Al2O3 powder as starting materials by electrofusion,named as CR15,CR40,CR50,CR60,CR85, and CR99,respectively. The corrosion resistance of the six kinds of Cr2O3 Al2O3 fused grains ( 4 1 mm) was studied using rotary slag corrosion method. The results show that: ( 1) the corrosion resistance of the fused grains increases with the Cr2O3 content and the grain size increasing; ( 2) the grains of CR99 and CR85 with higher Cr2O3 content are corroded at the slag surface layer,because FeO and Al2O3 in the slag corrode the grains; FeO reacts with Cr2O3 in the aggregates forming ( Fe,Cr) 3O4 spinel firstly,and the spinel reacts with other phases forming composite spinel; when FeO is fully consumed,Al2O3 penetrated into the grains reacts with Cr2O3 forming Al2O3 Cr2O3 solid solution on the grains surface; ( 3) for CR60,the corrosion exists both in the slag surface layer and in the penetration layer; in the penetration layer,CaO and SiO2 react with Al2O3 in Al2O3 Cr2O3 solid solution forming anorthite, gehlenite, and glass phase; the grains of CR50,CR40 and CR15 have the same corrosion mechanism with CR60 in the penetration layer.  相似文献

In this work, well‐dispersed silica suspension having excellent storage stability was prepared by using an ultrasonic probe. The obtained silica suspension and curatives were added into the polychloroprene (CR) latex for preparing silica‐filled CR latex compounds having various silica loadings. Then, the silica‐filled CR vulcanizates were prepared via a dipping process. The thermal and mechanical properties of the dipped CR vulcanizates containing silica dispersed by using an ultrasonic probe were compared with those of the dipped CR vulcanizates containing silica dispersed by using a mechanical stirrer. By using thermogravimetric analysis, it could be seen that thermal resistance of the dipped CR films having silica prepared by ultrasonic probe is greater than that prepared by using the mechanical stirrer. This result corresponds well with their tensile strength after aging in the hot‐air oven. In addition, modulus, tensile strength, and tear strength of the vulcanizates prepared from CR latex compounds containing silica prepared by using the ultrasonic probe are obviously greater than those prepared by using the mechanical stirrer, especially at high silica loading. This is because the silica prepared using the ultrasonic probe is uniformly distributed and dispersed throughout the CR matrix, as can be observed in the scanning electron microscope micrographs. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
