中国轮胎国际贸易概述

中国轮胎国际贸易始于1952年，当时出口轮胎数量小，规格品种也少，主要是斜交结构的载重轮胎、轻载轮胎、农业轮胎。时隔50年，今非昔比，中国轮胎国际贸易已达到了相当的规模。去年，我国进口轮胎115．9万条，金额8037万美元；出口轮胎4566万条，金额12．86亿美元，出口金额在橡胶行业中占到第二位。能够出口斜交、子午两大结构的载重胎、轻载胎、轿车胎、工程工业胎、农业胎等5

天然橡胶 一季度进口了4.4485万吨,同比增长了73.46％;进口金额为2901.79万美元,同比增长了50.04％;平均进口单价为652.31美元/吨,同比下降了13.50％。出口了816吨,同比增长了83.78％;出口金额为46.31万美元,同比增长了48.86％;平均出口单价为567.52美元/吨,同比下跌了19.0％。 合成橡胶 一季度进口了12.3548万吨,同比增长了32.72％;进口金额为11427.58万美元,同比增长了20.72％;平均进口单价为924.95美元/吨,同比下降9.05％。出口了6874吨,同比增长了26.76％;出口金额为518.96美元/吨,同比增长了9.58％;平均出口单价为754.96美元/吨,同比下降了13.55％。     

2019年我国橡胶进出口概况

1天然橡胶据中国海关统计,2019年我国天然橡胶的进口量为189.66万t,比2018年的200.53万t降低5.42%;进口金额为278882.65万美元,比2018年的296195.82万美元降低5.85%。其中,技术分类天然橡胶的进口量为152.44万t,同比降低5.56%;进口金额为218800.93万美元,同比降低5.29%;进口单价为1435.29美元·t^-1,同比降低0.03%。烟胶片的进口量为16.25万t,同比降低31.72%;进口金额为26592.26万美元,同比降低33.10%;进口单价为1636.26美元·t^-1,同比降低2.05%。其他初级形状天然橡胶的进口量为20.97万t,同比增长32.64%;进口金额为33489.46万美元,同比增长31.74%;进口单价为1596.73美元·t^-1,同比降低0.68%。     

第1季度天然橡胶和合成橡胶进口量增长

据国家海关总署统计,2013年3月,我国天然橡胶(包括天然胶乳)进口量23万t,进口金额6.8亿美元。2013年第1季度,我国天然橡胶累计进口量63万t,同比增长31.7%;累计进口金额18亿美元,同比增长12.5%。2013年3月,我国合成橡胶(包括合成胶乳)进口量15万t,进口金额0.4亿美元。2013年     

轮胎出口工作会议指出--出口形势虽好隐患还须提防

中国橡胶工业协会轮胎分会最近召开了轮胎出口工作会议,会议就我国轮胎出口情况、遇到的反倾销问题以及如何应对等进行了讨论研究。大家一致认为,我国轮胎出口形势虽好,但存在隐患还须提防。近几年,我国轮胎工业发展迅速,2004年全国轮胎产量约2.1亿条,其中子午线轮胎1.04亿条,子午化率达到50%。据国家海关统计,去年出口轮胎6875万条,同比增长50.57%,出口金额212311万美元,同比增长65.11%。另据轮胎分会42家企业统计,去年出口轮胎5262.78万条,其中斜交轮胎出口2082.89万条,同比增长1.04%,占出口轮胎总量的39.58%;子午线轮胎出口3179.89万条,…     

中国5月天然橡胶进口18万t

据中国橡胶网消息,据海关总署统计数据,2013年1～5月,我国累计进口天然橡胶（包括胶乳）104万t,与去年同期相比增长了25.9%,累计进口金额达29.45亿美元,同比增长3.2%。5月当月我国天然橡胶进口量为18万t,进口金额为4.91亿美元。

东南亚成为中国出口重点

根据中国海关数据统计,今年第一季度我国总共进口塑料机械1826台,进口金额39035.8万美元;出口塑料机械73910台,出口金额38455.9万美元,出口金额与去年同期相比增长了4.8%.其中注塑机出口22243.6万美元,同比增长了12%;而挤出机出口6869.2万美元,同比减少了17.2%,特别是在一月份,降幅达27.7%;吹塑机出口

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水的治理技术

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)是十分重要的化工中间体,其下游产品较多。江苏某化工厂开发生产乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品三十多个,年生产规模三万多吨,是国内以乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)为中间体生产精细化学品的综合骨干企业。针对乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水特点,该厂结合企业实际,开展了产品优化,结构调整,清洁生产,资源循环利用,节水降耗等工作,从源头削减了污染物的生产。同时投资二千多万元新建预处理装置三套,6000m3/d废水生化处理装置一套,使全厂乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品的废水得到了有效的治理。

Calorimetric and Computational Study of Enthalpy of Formation of Diperoxide of Cyclohexanone

A thermochemical rather simple experimental technique is applied to determine the enthalpy of formation of Diperoxide of ciclohexanone. The study is complemented with suitable theoretical calculations at the semiempirical and ab initio levels. A particular satisfactory agreement between both ways is found for the ab initio calculation at the 6–311G basis This set level. Some possible extensions of the present procedure are pointed out.

Measurement of the gradient of viscosity with composition of mixtures of non-ideal gases

A perturbation viscometer is a differential capillary viscometer that measures the logarithmic viscosity gradient of the viscosity-composition curve for gas mixtures. Measurements are made at different gas mixture compositions. Integration of the logarithmic viscosity gradients measured over the full composition range gives the mixture viscosity relative to the viscosity of one of the pure components of the gas mixture. This method is attractive because, for measurements of equal precision, integration of the gradients is potentially an order of magnitude more precise than measurement of the viscosities directly. It can also work at high and low temperatures and perhaps high pressures.The perturbation viscometer has been used to make measurements on ideal gas mixtures at ambient and elevated temperatures. The situation is more complicated when the gas mixtures are non-ideal. Extra effects due to density differences, molar volume change on mixing and differential thermal expansion may be measured in addition to the desired viscosity change producing systematic errors in the results. Thus, a more sophisticated apparatus is required. The standard perturbation viscometer has been modified to separate out the extra effects to permit measurement of the true change in viscosity. In addition, the theoretical operation of the modified apparatus has been revised to account for the design changes to permit calculation of the viscosity-composition profiles from the results.The apparatus has been tested using helium-HFC-125 mixtures and two new viscosity-composition profiles are presented for these mixtures at 23 and . Internal consistency tests have been used to confirm that the data produced are of high quality with an estimated uncertainty in the viscosity ratio data at of 0.9% and at of 1.5%.
