乙酰水杨酸分子印迹聚合物微球的制备及性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以乙酰水杨酸为模板分子,采用沉淀聚合的方式制备了对乙酰水杨酸具有高选择性和亲和性的分子印迹聚合物微球。通过紫外光谱分析法考察了模板分子与功能单体作用规律,优选了功能单体与配合比例。等温吸附实验的结果显示,与相应的空白聚合物相比,印迹聚合物对模板分子具有更高的亲和性;Scatchard数学模型分析的结果表明,印迹聚合物中主要存在一类亲和性质相同的结合位点,其最大表观结合量为37.97 mg/g。选择性吸附实验表明,制备的印迹聚合物对模板分子具有良好的选择性识别能力。  相似文献

通过硅胶键合自由基引发剂,获得含溴代引发剂的改性硅胶。以加替沙星为模板分子,含溴代引发剂的改性硅胶为引发剂,氯仿为溶剂在硅胶表面合成了对加替沙星具有选择性结合能力的表面分子印迹聚合物的新型分离材料,并对其识别特性进行了研究。实验结果表明分子印迹材料对加替沙星分子具有较好的亲和性和选择性,并具有较高的饱和吸附量和较大的离解常数。  相似文献

以双酚A为模板分子,2-乙烯吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,V(甲苯)∶V(液体石蜡)=3∶2混合溶液为溶剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备对双酚A具有亲和选择性的印迹微球。通过静态吸附、Scatchard分析及Langmuir吸附模型对印迹材料的吸附特性进行分析,并且运用选择性吸附对印迹材料进行评价。结果表明:印迹材料存在一类性质相同结合位点,吸附过程属于单分子层吸附,对目标分子双酚A具有较好的特异选择性。  相似文献

以一种铀酰配合物为模板,制备了一种用于从水相选择性分离铀酰的新型印迹聚合物。用5-氯甲基水杨醛和3,4-二氨基苯甲酸合成四齿配体salophen,再合成铀酰与salophen的配合物铀酰-salophen。然后以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,铀酰-salophen为模板,合成铀酰的印迹聚合物。聚合物中的铀酰通过酸浸除去。用平衡吸附法研究了聚合物对铀酰的吸附性能和选择识别能力,且探讨了实验条件对印迹聚合物吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在竞争金属离子存在下,印迹聚合物对铀酰具有较高的吸附能力和选择识别能力,选择性系数大于200,且可以循环使用。  相似文献

以表面接枝乙烯基的硅胶作为载体,以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,乙胺嘧啶为模板分子,合成一种具有选择性识别乙胺嘧啶的印迹聚合物。用红外光谱对活化硅胶和烷基化硅胶进行表征,通过静态吸附、Scatchard分析对聚合物的吸附行为进行分析。并对印记效率进行了评价。结果表明,印迹聚合物存在两类不同的结合位点,该印迹聚合物对模板分子具有特异吸附性能,印迹效率为64.24%。  相似文献

以丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸为功能单体制备得到了具有选择性识别能力的人血红蛋白分子印迹聚合物. 该印迹聚合物的分子识别特性来自聚合物的结合基团与印迹分子的功能基团之间的氢键和静电作用,以及印迹孔穴的空间几何选择性. 研究表明,聚合单体中甲基丙烯酸的含量会影响聚合物对血红蛋白的特异结合能力及分子印迹聚合物的吸附容量和洗脱性能.  相似文献

以混旋的头孢拉定为模板分子与合成的(S)-(1-苯乙基)-甲基丙烯酰胺作为功能单体制备分子印迹聚合物,并用高效液相色谱法对印迹聚合物的选择性进行了考察。实现了对混旋的头孢拉定的拆分。同样的方法分别制备了3种混旋的氨基酸衍生物的分子印迹聚合物,未能实现对其混旋物质的分离。对比得出结论:对混旋物质的直接印迹需要模板分子应具有4个以上的作用位点。  相似文献

Using nickel(II) acetate.-2,2'-dipyridyl complex as template and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP) as coordinate functional monomer,.a new kind of metal-compiexing template molecularly impnnted polymer (MIP) was prepared..The results of equilibri.um binding experiments in. aqueous solution showed that the MIP had higher'binding capacity for nickel( II )-2,2'-dipyridyl than the non-imprinted polymer with the same chemical composition. Theinfluences of metal ions and pHof solution on the recognition performance of MIP were investigated. The bindingcharacteristics of MIP were evaluated by the Scatchard analysis with one-site and two-site binding equations, respectively. The results on substrate selectivity of imprinted polymer revealed that MIP had better binding affinityfor template among thetested compounds.  相似文献

A novel photoresponsive functional monomer bearing a siloxane polymerizable group and azobenzene moieties was synthesized, and then photoresponsive molecularly imprinted sol‐gel polymers were successfully fabricated from the synthesized functional monomer, using (4‐chloro‐2‐methylphenoxy)acetic acid (MCPA) as a molecular template. The photoisomerization properties of the functional monomer are retained after incorporation into the rigid three‐dimensional crosslinked polymer matrix. The template is then removed from the resulting polymer to generate pores, which are complementary to the template in shape, size and functionality. The substrate affinity of the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) receptor sites is photoswitchable. This can be attributed to the photoisomerization of azobenzene chromophores within the MIP receptors, resulting in alteration of their geometry and the spatial arrangement of their binding functionalities. The binding affinity of the imprinted recognition sites was switchable by alternate irradiation with UV and visible light, suggesting that azobenzene groups located inside the binding sites could be used as chemical sensors and the transcis isomerization could regulate the affinity for MCPA. To study the hydrogen bond interactions between template molecules and functional monomer, computational molecular modeling was employed. The data indicate that the design of the MIP is rational. 以红霉素为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备了粒径均一的红霉素纳米分子印迹聚合物微球,优化了分子印迹聚合物的合成条件,确定了模板分子与功能单体的最佳摩尔比为1:3,对其进行了表征. 结果表明,所制聚合物对红霉素的实际最大吸附量可达202.12 mg/g,吸附约200 min达到平衡,对红霉素具有良好的选择性吸附能力.  相似文献

Semi-covalent imprinting with carbonyl group as sacrificial spacer was employed to synthesize molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for phenols. A series of semi-covalently imprinted polymers were prepared by varying the templates and porogens. The MIP with 4-chlorophenyl (4-vinyl)phenyl carbonate as template was proved to be the best one, with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker, 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN), and chloroform as initiator and porogen, respectively. Under such conditions, the corresponding non-covalently imprinted polymer was fabricated with 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) as template and 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP) as functional monomer. The polymer prepared by semi-covalent imprinting displayed superior selectivity to the non-covalently imprinted polymer for phenols. The peak broadening and tailing had been largely reduced on the column packed with semi-covalently imprinted polymer. Meanwhile, the constant retention for these phenols and the good linearity for phenol and 4-CP augured that the semi-covalently imprinted polymer had the potential application as stationary phase for quantitative determination of phenols.  相似文献

Ultrathin films of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) were prepared by photoiniferter on PVC beads for the selective uptake of lysozyme, taken as a model protein. Acrylamide was selected as the functional monomer and N,N‐methylenebisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent. The copolymerization process was confined to the surface of the PVC beads grafted with diethyldithiocarbamate iniferter initiator in the presence of lysozyme. After extraction of lysozyme from the shell of the PVC‐MIP beads, the latter were then used as artificial receptors for the rebinding of lysozyme. The sequential steps of the modification of PVC beads were monitored by XPS, infrared and Raman spectroscopies. The imprinting step was found to be essential as the PVC‐MIP beads could recognize lysozyme but not the non‐imprinted beads (PVC‐NIP). The binding properties of PVC‐MIP beads were determined using UV spectroscopy from adsorption isotherms of lysozyme, cytochrome, and myoglobin. The imprinted beads were found to be highly selective toward lysozyme over the competitive proteins. This work shows the interest of photoiniferter as an efficient mean for the design of molecularly imprinted polymer beads for rapid, selective removal of proteins. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. 采用分子印迹技术合成了对3,5,7,3',4',5'-六羟基黄酮具有高效选择性的分子印迹聚合物,通过静态吸附的方法,利用Scatchard模型,研究了分子印迹聚合物的特异性识别能力。实验表明,以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,在甲苯溶剂中聚合得到的分子印迹聚合物对3,5,7,3',4',5'-六羟基黄酮具有较大的吸附富集能力和识别特性。其饱和吸附容量达到30.8 mg/g。  相似文献

A computational approach was developed for screening functional monomers for rational design of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) membranes. It was based on a comparison of the binding energy of complexes between a template and various functional monomers. According to the results of theoretical calculations, MIP membranes with chlorogenic acid as a template were prepared with a UV irradiation polymerization method, using 4‐vinylpyridine as a functional monomer and N,N′‐methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinker, with poly(vinylidene fluoride) microfiltration membranes as the support. Membranes covered with a thin layer of imprinted polymer selective to chlorogenic acid were then obtained and tested using the equilibrium‐adsorption method. The high affinity of these synthetic membranes to chlorogenic acid, together with their straightforward and inexpensive preparation, provides a good basis for the development of applications of imprinted polymers in separation processes such as solid‐phase extraction.
