文章较系统地对国内外钢丝编织机锭子的结构及工作原理进行了分析、对比。文章指出,中、高压胶管的骨架层性能将直接影响到胶管的抗压、抗弯、抗脉冲能力;影响中,高压钢丝编织胶管质量的因素除内胶管物理性能和钢丝合股悬垂度外,还有编织机锭子的结构、性能、质量等。文章通过对钢丝短锭子、长锭子、摩擦锭子、225~11型、MR—11型及RB—2型等锭子的综合分析、对比后得出:RB—2型锭子密线量大,张力范围广,放线平稳、磨损少且结构简单、紧凑,可以较大幅度提高编织机的编织速度。如能结合我国实际情况,消化吸收,加以改进完全可以应用在国产编织机上,届时将大大改善国产编织机的性能,提高编织胶管质量。  相似文献

Human female fertility and reproductive lifespan decrease significantly with age, resulting in an extended post-reproductive period. The central dogma in human female reproduction contains two important aspects. One is the pool of oocytes in the human ovary (the ovarian reserve; approximately 106 at birth), which diminishes throughout life until menopause around the age of 50 (approximately 103 oocytes) in women. The second is the quality of oocytes, including the correctness of meiotic divisions, among other factors. Notably, the increased rate of sub- and infertility, aneuploidy, miscarriages, and birth defects are associated with advanced maternal age, especially in women above 35 years of age. This postponement is also relevant for human evolution; decades ago, the female aging-related fertility drop was not as important as it is today because women were having their children at a younger age. Spindle assembly is crucial for chromosome segregation during each cell division and oocyte maturation, making it an important event for euploidy. Consequently, aberrations in this segregation process, especially during the first meiotic division in human eggs, can lead to implantation failure or spontaneous abortion. Today, human reproductive medicine is also facing a high prevalence of aneuploidy, even in young females. However, the shift in the reproductive phase of humans and the strong increase in errors make the problem much more dramatic at later stages of the female reproductive phase. Aneuploidy in human eggs could be the result of the non-disjunction of entire chromosomes or sister chromatids during oocyte meiosis, but partial or segmental aneuploidies are also relevant. In this review, we intend to describe the relevance of the spindle apparatus during oocyte maturation for proper chromosome segregation in the context of maternal aging and the female reproductive lifespan.  相似文献

LiMnPO4/C with hierarchical spindle structures was synthesized by a facile solvothermal method at 180?℃ for 10?h. The morphology and structure of the prepared materials were controlled through the adjustment of hexamethylenetetramine (HMT). The synthesized materials were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Quantachrome instrument(Quabrasorb SI-3MP) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and so on. The prepared LiMnPO4/C exhibits good electrochemical performance, for instance, there are 153.2, 126.3, 110.2?mA?h?g?1 at 0.05?C, 1?C, 2?C respectively. The promising properties of the materials results from unique hierarchical nanostructures and the uniform thin carbon coating of particle surface, which improve the ionic and electronic transfer of LiMnPO4.  相似文献

基于增强体亚麻纱线和热塑性丙纶长丝,通过包覆纱纺纱工艺研究了包覆纱纺织预型件及其复合材料的加工性能.通过对中空锭捻度和空心锭转速的单因子研究分析,研究表明,中空锭捻度和空心锭转速是影响包覆纱预型件的纤维体积分数和拉伸性能的两个主要因素.并利用二次通用旋转设计的方法,建立回归分析实验模型,来优化组合中空锭捻度和空心锭转速的参数以得到结构均匀的包缠纱线和预型件.结果表明,该包缠纱适合于生产均一的预混料,可用于形成纺织结构预型件及复合材料.  相似文献

海水淡化系统中,负荷的变化要求热力蒸汽压缩器(Thermal Vapour Compressor)的流量也随之改变,但要求TVC的出口压力尽量不随之改变。因为系统的正常运行对出口压力对应的饱和温度很敏感,如果饱和温度过高,会导致系统内部结构腐蚀严重,降低使用寿命,甚至危害整个系统的正常运行。引入可调式喷射器,对其性能进行实验研究,测量并分析了喷针在不同位置时,可调式喷射器的压力、流量和喷射系数的变化。结果显示,在需要改变流量的时候可以保持喷射器出口压力基本不变。  相似文献

The success of an organism is contingent upon its ability to faithfully pass on its genetic material. In the meiosis of many species, the process of chromosome segregation requires that bipolar spindles be formed without the aid of dedicated microtubule organizing centers, such as centrosomes. Here, we describe detailed analyses of acentrosomal spindle assembly and disassembly in time-lapse images, from live meiotic cells of Zea mays. Microtubules organized on the nuclear envelope with a perinuclear ring structure until nuclear envelope breakdown, at which point microtubules began bundling into a bipolar form. However, the process and timing of spindle assembly was highly variable, with frequent assembly errors in both meiosis I and II. Approximately 61% of cells formed incorrect spindle morphologies, with the most prevalent being tripolar spindles. The erroneous spindles were actively rearranged to bipolar through a coalescence of poles before proceeding to anaphase. Spindle disassembly occurred as a two-state process with a slow depolymerization, followed by a quick collapse. The results demonstrate that maize meiosis I and II spindle assembly is remarkably fluid in the early assembly stages, but otherwise proceeds through a predictable series of events.  相似文献
