研究了三水型铝土矿磁选除铁和高压溶出氧化铝,考察了磨矿时间、磁场强度对磁选除铁的影响以及石灰添加量、碱质量浓度、溶出时间对氧化铝相对溶出率的影响。试验结果表明:在磨矿时间10min、磁场强度1.7T磁选除铁条件下,Al2O3回收率为76.68%,Fe2O3脱除率为83.54%;在石灰添加量4%、碱质量浓度180g/L、溶出时间45min条件下,Al2O3相对溶出率达93.65%。  相似文献

研究了用硫酸直接从循环流化床粉煤灰中浸出氧化铝,考察了温度、浸出时间与硫酸浓度等因素对氧化铝浸出率的影响。结果表明:浸出温度和时间对Al2 O3浸出率影响较大,硫酸浓度影响较小;在浸出温度180℃、浸出时间5 h、液固体积质量比5∶1、硫酸初始浓度3.7 mol/L条件下,Al2 O3浸出率达94.16%,Fe2 O3浸出率为95.1%,其他杂质浸出率都较低。  相似文献

采用"闪速焙烧—碱溶"工艺对某中低品位铝土矿脱硅,考察了焙烧温度、脱硅液固比、碱浓度、脱硅温度、脱硅时间对SiO2脱除率和Al2O3损失率的影响。结果表明,最佳单因素条件为:焙烧温度1 000℃、脱硅液固比L/S=10∶1、碱浓度NK=110g/L、脱硅温度95℃、脱硅时间20min,最佳条件下SiO2脱除率在46%以上,Al2O3损失率低于3%,A/S由焙烧矿的4.3提高到铝精矿的8.4。该方法可应用于拜耳溶出生产。  相似文献

研究某高钛铝土矿在不同磁场强度、磁选液固比及磁选时间条件下钛(铁)和铝的分离特性,并研究了磁选后含铝尾矿在不同溶出条件下的溶出特性。结果表明,在磁场强度19.5kA/m、磁选液固比5∶1、磁选时间4min时,铝回收率为75.19%,钛、铁脱除率分别为57.45%和73.95%。含铝尾矿在溶出时间45min、石灰添加量2%、碱浓度180g/L时,氧化铝实际溶出率为80.95%。磁选工艺能较好地实现高钛铝土矿中钛(铁)和铝的分离,且分离后含铝尾矿具有较好溶出特性。  相似文献

湖北十堰低品位钨钛多金属矿原矿含Fe为25.64%,TiO2为6.22%,WO3为0.26%,铁以磁铁矿为主、钛以钛铁矿为主、钨以黑钨矿为主。采用弱磁选回收铁得铁精矿、强磁选得钛钨混合精矿、复合摇床重选分离钨钛得钛精矿和钨精矿。铁、钛、钨分选试验得出,在一段磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占95%、弱磁选磁场强度H=0.10 T、二段磨矿细度为-0.038 mm占95%、强磁选磁场强度H=1.0 T的弱磁选—强磁选—重选工艺综合条件下,得到了Fe品位为62.76%,含TiO2为0.79%,WO3为0.09%,铁回收率为56.20%的铁精矿;WO3品位为65.01%,含Fe为10.18%,TiO2为2.01%,钨回收率为49.67%的钨精矿;TiO2品位为48.10%,含Fe为21.06%,WO3为0.98%,钛回收率为71.01%的钛精矿,实现了有价金属铁、钛、钨的综合回收。  相似文献

在中性气氛中,对以菱铁矿为主的某复杂难选铁矿石进行了磁化焙烧-磁选工艺研究。试验结果表明,最优工艺条件为:焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间60 min,磨矿细度95%-0.044 mm,粗选作业磁场强度均为151.24 kA/m,精选磁场强度39.80 kA/m。获得TFe品位55.55%,回收率720.1%的铁精矿。  相似文献

利用高梯度磁选装置对某50 t/d选厂产生的尾矿(TFe=39.46%,Sn=0.71%)进行磁选试验研究,分析了给矿浓度、磨矿细度和磁场强度对尾矿磁选效果的影响;但由于该尾矿中锡品位较高,且有一定的回收价值,而单一磁选法又不能同时有效回收锡、铁元素;因此,本文通过重-磁联选工艺,可得锡品位为3.01%、锡回收率为38.22%的锡富中矿及铁品位为50.02%、铁回收率为71.42%的铁精矿。  相似文献

在添加硼砂的条件下进行了煤基直接还原-球磨磁选分离钒钛磁铁精矿中铁和钒钛的研究。试验中分别考查了还原温度、还原时间、磨矿细度和磁场强度对钒钛磁铁精矿的还原磨选行为的影响。结果表明,在1 050℃下还原100 min,磨矿细度为-0.045 mm占84.88%以及磁场强度800 Gs时,钒钛磁铁精矿通过还原-球磨磁选后获得的铁精粉品位高达90.32%,铁回收率达到95.20%,可用于电炉炼钢;其尾矿为富钒钛料,可用于钒钛回收利用。  相似文献

云南复杂含钪多金属矿原矿含Fe 26.65%,TiO_2 8.68%,Sc2O388.60 g·t~(-1)。矿石中有价矿物主要为磁铁矿、钛铁矿、金红石,钪主要分布于钛辉石和辉石中。采用螺旋溜槽重选工艺预选抛尾得到铁-钛-钪混合粗精矿;采用弱磁选—摇床重选分选工艺进一步分离混合精矿中的铁、钛、钪。试验结表明,在一段磨矿细度为0.154 mm占98%、混合粗精矿二段磨矿细度为0.038 mm占98%、弱磁选磁场强度H=0.10 T的综合条件下,得到了Fe品位为56.21%%,铁回收率为20.10%的铁精矿;TiO_2品位为48.68%,钛回收率为3.81%的钛精矿;Sc_2O_3品位为226.20 g·t~(-1),钪回收率为87.67%的钪精矿。实现了矿石中有价金属铁、钛、钪的综合利用,且钪精矿可作为后续工艺进一步提纯钪的原料。  相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。  相似文献
