高纯银的制备工艺研究

针对传统的银电解工艺在电解过程当中产生杂质铜难以去除和在高电流密度下银电解工艺需解决等问题,结合无铜离子在银电解过程中的作用机制和高电流密度下银电解特点研发出一种新型的电解法生产高纯银,即无铜离子高电流密度银电解集成技术,试验结果表明:电解体系中无铜离子,通过添加KNO3和K2SO4试剂,并采用高电流密度进行电解,可以明显改善电解液的导电性能和银粉的析出性能。     

旋流电解技术在处理铜阳极泥过程中的运用

将旋流电解技术用于处理铜阳极泥处理中间产物分铜液和银电解废液,得到了高品位电积铜及电积银粉,电积银粉经洗涤浇铸后达到GB/T 4135-2002。旋流电解技术提高了分铜液中铜的直收率,平衡了体系中的杂质元素,贫液返回浸出降低了生产成本。     

银电解废液旋流电积试验

本文采用旋流电积试验设备对银电解废液进行电积试验,研究了废液A(银离子浓度为15.42 g/L)和废液B(银离子浓度为47.42 g/L)2种典型的银离子浓度废液的电积情况,结果表明：废液A以500 A/m²电积40 min, 250 A/m²电积20 min,可产出符合IC-Ag99.99标准化学品质的银粉,合格银粉的直收率达到79.2%;废液B以750 A/m²电积90 min, 500 A/m²电积40 min, 250 A/m²电积40 min,可产出符合IC-Ag99.99标准化学品质的银粉,合格银粉的直收率达到72.7%,银电解废液电积过程中杂质铜、钯主要随着银的逐渐贫化后开始大量析出;随着电积过程铜、钯等杂质不断析出,实现了电解液脱杂的目的,电积后液可返回银电解系统继续使用,同步实现了银电解过程的废水零外排,克服了在银电解废液中硝酸根处理难度大的问题。     

高酸无铜电解液银电解工艺生产实践

结合银电解工业生产实际情况,从银电解的基本原理、技术条件、杂质行为、电解液和阳极泥处理、技术经济指标等各个方面,详细介绍了传统银电解生产工艺,并着重研究探讨了高酸无铜电解液银电解生产工艺。生产实践表明该工艺有抑制铋的析出,降低对阳极板品质的要求,节约生产成本等特点。为解决新投产的银电解生产线因用1#银粉造液电解液中无铜离子,或银阳极板铋含量过高带来的生产问题提供了参考。     

银电解后液旋流电积处理工艺研究

针对银电解后液铜粉置换工艺存在的铜粉消耗大、流程积压、占用卡尔多炉产能等问题,采用"旋流电积(EMEW)—中和沉淀"处理新工艺,经二段旋流电积后,电解液中银离子浓度由83g/L降低至2.8g/L,铜离子浓度保持在14g/L基本不变,电积银粉纯度大于99.9%;粗银粉可返银电解造液工序,电积尾液经中和处理后直接送环保车间,中和渣可返阳极泥酸浸工序。     

采用转炉吹炼粗银粉工艺提高银产品质量

铜阳极泥经亚钠分银生产的粗银粉中Bi、Te、Pb、Sb等杂质含量较高,用湿法工艺难将这些杂质与主金属分离,影响电银产品质量,粗银粉采用转炉吹炼-电解生产工艺,除杂效果理想,电银产品质量稳定提高,获得了较好的技术经济指标。     

处理高铜、铅银阳极的生产实践

在银电解过程中增加高铜、铅阳极的一次电解;高铅金粉的湿法除铅;电解液的硫酸沉铅等三道工序,可生产符合国标要求的1~#银粉和1~#电金。此工艺操作简便,国标1#银粉一次合格率达90％以上,1~#电金品率100％,且消除了流程中的铅害。     

抑制电解液中碲析出的生产实践

非标银锭电解过程中,始终保持电解液中高浓度银离子,有利于抑制碲在阴极上的析出.银与碲的析出电位相近,随着电解的不断进行,电解液中碲离子浓度不断增大,使得碲的析出电位也相应提高,电解液中银离子浓度的不断降低使得银的析出电位也相应降低,析出电位越来越接近时,碲就可能在阴极上析出沉积.电银粉中碲的超标与单槽中非标银锭块数无关...     

焊锡阳极泥湿法处理

本文推荐了一种焊锡阳极泥湿法处理工艺。阳极泥首先经过氧化浸出,使锡氧化入渣,银被浸出入液,氯化沉银,氯化银用水合肼还原成为银粉;浸渣再经过非氧化性的氯盐浸出,银被浸出入液,铅板置换银得到粗银粉,用银粉经过提纯。某厂焊锡阳极泥经过工艺处理,产出锡精矿和银粉,还可综合回收铅、铜等有价金属,锡的回收率大于99％,银回收率99％,直收率大于65％。     

银电解废液处理方法的改进

银电解精炼时,由于阳极板含铜达2％左右,因而在电解过程中,铜逐渐富集于电解液中,当含铜超过60(克/升)或接近银的浓度时,铜便开始在阴极析出而降低电解银的质量。因此在电解过程中需要经常抽出一部分含铜高的电解液而补加硝酸银和硝酸,以保证电解的正常进行。抽出的含铜高的
