提出了处理镍电镀污泥的多级沉淀法并在实验室规模得到了证实。该法包括污泥酸浸,利用多种沉淀方法净化硫酸盐浸出液,使得共同存在于镍电镀污泥中的杂质如铁、锌、铜、铬、镉、铝、铅、锰、钙、镁被脱除,在最后一级沉淀中镍以氢氧化物的形式从净化溶液中分离出来。所有沉淀方法的条件都在标准溶液和工业溶液中进行了研究。得出的结果已用于处理化学废料排弃场的镍电镀污泥样品,镍最终沉淀物达到的纯度足以在冶金工业上直接再利用。  相似文献

不锈钢生产会产生大量的不锈钢除尘灰和酸洗污泥等含镍、铬固体废弃物,如若处理不当,不仅会导致大量镍、铬等资源的浪费,而且会造成严重的环境污染。目前,含镍、铬不锈钢尘泥资源化利用途径虽然较多,但无论是回收其中有价金属元素,还是生产水泥、陶粒、化工颜料和肥料等资源化利用,都存在一定的局限性。因此,展望未来不锈钢尘泥的资源化利用应以直接返生产工序循环利用为重点研究和发展方向。  相似文献

主要探讨铁屑用于电镀污泥减量工艺的优化研究,结果显示,利用在酸性废水中投加铁屑的方法,其酸性废水和含铬废水的混合对铬有显著的去除作用,且与直接投加硫酸亚铁和石灰的传统工艺相比,此方法可以大大减少石灰与硫酸亚铁的使用量及电镀废水处理所产生的污泥量,降低废水处理成本,因此,可以用于工程实践。  相似文献
