电镀污泥氨浸渣中铬的资源化利用探讨

本文用湿法对电镀污泥氨浸渣中铬的资源化利用进行了研究，试验表明采用酸溶液氨浸渣，分离铁和铬，制备铬鞣剂，是可行的技术路线。     

电镀污泥多金属资源化利用研究

针对含铬电镀污泥开展多金属资源化利用工艺研究。结果表明,电镀污泥采用硫酸浸出,Lix984N萃取铜,沉淀剂沉铬,氧化沉铁,硫化钠沉锌,碳酸钠沉镍,在优化试验条件下,铜、镍、锌和铬回收率均大于96%。     

从含钒铬物料中分离提取钒铬的研究进展

含钒铬物料硅铝含量高、成分复杂,钒、铬分离是钒铬物料资源化的关键。综述了从含钒铬物料中分离提取钒、铬的工艺,分析了各工艺的优缺点,认为碱浸法具有更好的应用前景。

不锈钢生产会产生大量的不锈钢除尘灰和酸洗污泥等含镍、铬固体废弃物,如若处理不当,不仅会导致大量镍、铬等资源的浪费,而且会造成严重的环境污染。目前,含镍、铬不锈钢尘泥资源化利用途径虽然较多,但无论是回收其中有价金属元素,还是生产水泥、陶粒、化工颜料和肥料等资源化利用,都存在一定的局限性。因此,展望未来不锈钢尘泥的资源化利用应以直接返生产工序循环利用为重点研究和发展方向。     

铁屑用于电镀污泥减量工艺优化研究

主要探讨铁屑用于电镀污泥减量工艺的优化研究,结果显示,利用在酸性废水中投加铁屑的方法,其酸性废水和含铬废水的混合对铬有显著的去除作用,且与直接投加硫酸亚铁和石灰的传统工艺相比,此方法可以大大减少石灰与硫酸亚铁的使用量及电镀废水处理所产生的污泥量,降低废水处理成本,因此,可以用于工程实践。     

不锈钢酸洗污泥碳还原过程中的物相变化及元素迁移行为

不锈钢酸洗污泥是危险废弃物,但其中含有大量有价值重金属,因而如何对其资源化利用具有重要意义.研究不锈钢污泥在碳热还原反应过程中铁、铬、镍等元素在物相间的相互作用及转化,探究铁、铬、镍元素在污泥中分布的影响因素.利用XRD分析污泥在还原过程中的矿相变化,金相显微镜、SEM-EDS分析污泥还原过程中金属颗粒的形貌及其迁移行...
