基于AutoCAD平台,运用Object ARX,使用VC7.0和Visual LISP开发了锻造工艺卡片设计系统.针对企业特定工艺卡片模板,读取其锻造工艺信息数据库,通过用户交互式修改,将文字信息正确输出到工艺卡片上,避免了以往手动生成和编辑卡片的麻烦.同时提供图纸管理和图纸打印功能,进一步提高工作效率.  相似文献

在网络化数控系统中,为了使状态监控系统能更有效的监控数控系统,提出了将数控系统状态信息根据相应的conf配置文件并利用libxml2程序库生成XML文件的方法.实验结果表明:采用根据conf配置文件并利用libxml2程序库生成XML文件的方法比利用数控系统自带的RCS库函数生成XML文件的时间性能更佳.  相似文献

为解决飞机制造行业中异构系统间的装配工艺信息交互问题,提出了基于XML的工艺信息模型及交换架构;利用XML Schema描述飞机装配工艺信息,阐明了基于XML的飞机装配工艺信息的表现形式及其特点.通过JDOM技术实现XML工艺信息文档的高效地访问和操作.最后介绍了一个基于该模型的应用实例,该实例证明了基于xml的装配工艺信息模型在飞机制造行业应用中的可行性.  相似文献

在新产品设计过程中,因为要求产品信息模型动态响应用户需求、频繁动态地修改、反复回溯,所以新产品设计数据需要有特殊的组织方式,利用产品结构树的数据组织与操作形式,可以很灵活地适应了这些要求.因此,文章提出了一种基于XML技术的产品结构树管理策略,全面描述、操作产品结构树,对修改后的产品结构树利用DOM生成新的XML文档以便统一管理各阶段的产品设计信息,从而有效地管理新产品设计的全过程.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new method based on wavelets analysis and finite element method (FEM) for the variation analysis of non-rigid assemblies. It is well known that the part fabrication variation, coupled with the part's deformation during the assembly process, is one of the main factors affecting the assembly quality. But little investigation has been done on how component variations with different scales contribute to the final dimensional variation of non-rigid assemblies. The proposed approach takes the part variation as a signal and applies wavelets transform to decompose it into different scale components. The deformation of non-rigid assemblies that corresponds to these different scale components is calculated by using FEM. Since the part variation is resulted from manufacturing, manufacturing engineers can apply this method to get valuable information to avoid major variation causes in manufacturing process and make a better process plan. The proposed method is illustrated through a case study on an assembly of two flat sheet metal parts.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodology that integrates the assembly Product Design and Planning (PDP) activities with the Workplace Design and Planning (WDP) activities to improve the efficiency and quality of assembly design and planning at the early design stage. This methodology is implemented in an augmented reality (AR) assembly environment, where engineers can design and plan a product assembly and its assembly sequence through manipulating virtual prototypes in a real assembly workplace. In this AR environment, WDP information are fed back to the designers and engineers in real-time to aid them in making better decisions in assembly design and planning.  相似文献

An assembly process plan for a given product provides the sequence of assembly operations, their times as well as the required tools and fixtures for each operation. Much research has been done on automating and optimizing assembly sequence generation as the most important part of an assembly process plan. A novel method for generating the assembly sequence of a given product based on available assembly sequence data of similar products is presented. The proposed method uses a binary tree form to represent the assembly sequences of an existing family of products. A Genetic Algorithm is employed to find the consensus tree that represents the set of all assembly sequence trees with minimum total dissimilarity distance. This is similar to defining Generic Bill-of-Material. The generated consensus tree serves as a master assembly sequence for the product family. The assembly sequence for a new product variant that falls within, or significantly overlaps with, the scope of the considered family of products can be directly extracted from the derived master assembly sequence tree. The developed method is demonstrated using a family of three control valves. This novel method greatly simplifies and enhances automatic assembly sequence generation and minimizes subsequent modifications, hence, reduces assembly planning cost and improves productivity.  相似文献

In this paper, a fuzzy expert system called Smart Assistant to Machinist, or SAM, is introduced. The system consists of four modules: a database, a cutter selection module, a cutting condition design module and a learning module. The database consists of four data files: work material data file, machine tool data file, machining plan data file (which defines desirable material removal rate, surface finish, cutting speed, feed, depth of cut, etc.) and cutter data file. The cutter selection module is developed based on fuzzy logic, in which the cutter selection is conducted in three steps. First, the input information is “fuzzyized” Next, using the fuzzy correlation functions, cutter grades and cutters are selected. Then, the selected grades and cutters are searched against the cutter data file to check the availability. The cutting condition design module is developed based on fuzzy non-linear programming and user interactive graphics. The learning module is developed so that users can fine-tune the fuzzy functions to further improve the performance of the system. The system has two distinct features: (1) it can select cutters and design cutting conditions based on partial and imprecise information, and (2) it selects commercial cutter products used on shop floors. The use of the system is demonstrated using two examples.  相似文献
