膨胀成型是复合材料典型的成型方法,采用膨胀成型的复合材料制品需要通过硅橡胶浇铸模来辅助成型,为了缩短硅橡胶浇注模的制造周期,本文研究采用3D打印技术打印硅橡胶浇注模。针对R-10301硅橡胶浇注模,本文通过对比常用的3D打印技术和常用打印材料的特性,确定了采用SLA光固化成型工艺并选择somos 8000光敏树脂打印硅橡胶浇注模;通过浇注实验得到的硅橡胶芯模,其尺寸偏差控制在±0.1mm范围内,脱模过程中无粘模现象;且模具相比传统金属模重量更小,制造周期更短。  相似文献

树脂基复合材料成型过程中经常使用辅助材料来改善产品的质量、优化工艺过程,其中硅橡胶作为辅助加压材料,被大量应用于复合材料的固化炉、热压罐成型工艺中。硅橡胶具备高可塑性、耐温性等优点,在固化过程中能够稳定地对产品施加压力,保证产品表面及内部质量。通过对硅橡胶热膨胀加压及辅助传压等不同成型工艺过程的比较,进行了硅橡胶热膨胀加压工艺间隙的理论分析,系统地阐述了硅橡胶辅助加压工艺的实现过程,提出了温度、硅橡胶体积、模具间隙与固化压力之间的关系。  相似文献

简要叙述热膨胀工艺的原理和成型工艺过程,对热膨胀芯模的材料性能和设计、制造进行试验,分析影响膨胀压力的因素,并与热压罐成型工艺进行性能对比。以硅橡胶材料制作的芯模与钢模组合使用制备碳纤维复合材料制件,应用效果较好。研究表明,该工艺适用于多腔体复合材料制件的整体共固化成型。  相似文献

本文以某型号舱段研制为背景,提出用软模辅助RTM整体成型复杂结构的复合材料构件,依据舱段结构特点,设计了缩比件,并用聚氨酯软模和硅橡胶软模分别成型了碳纤维/环氧复合材料缩比件。研究结果表明,硅橡胶软模和聚氨酯软模都可以成型出外形完整、尺寸准确的缩比件,硅橡胶软模的挤胶效果明显好于聚氨酯软模,但是总体上软模挤胶效果不是很明显,本文对此进行了分析讨论。实验表明,软模辅助RTM可以整体成型内部结构复杂的复合材料构件,本文还对今后的研究提出了设想。  相似文献

复合材料广泛应用于航空、航天、武器装备中,复合材料成型通常采用对模成型工艺。模具设计过程中,外模加压采用外加压框螺栓顶丝设计。采用VB程序进行调用宏功能记录外加压框建模的程序进行编辑,将外加压框建模程序变成VB可以调用的应用程序,应用VB和Solidworks软件进行复合材料外加压框模块化设计,建立了复合材料外加压框模块化程序界面,减少外加压框模具设计时间,提高设计效率。  相似文献

碳纤维复合材料方管硅橡胶热膨胀成型工艺研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对碳纤维复合材料方管,设计制备了硅橡胶热膨胀工艺成型模具,并制备了碳纤维/双马树脂和碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料方管,研究了成型过程中硅橡胶的温度变化规律,考察了方管的成型质量及其影响因素。结果表明,按照所建立的热膨胀工艺模具尺寸设计公式,可给出硅橡胶芯模的尺寸和工艺间隙;模具内腔的空气对流情况对硅橡胶的温度变化有重要影响;工艺间隙对方管成型质量有很大影响,当工艺间隙与理论计算值相符时,碳纤维/环氧树脂管件的表面和内部质量良好,厚度与设计值一致;碳纤维/双马树脂管件成型时,复合材料内部容易产生孔隙缺陷,采用真空辅助的热膨胀工艺方法,能够有效消除孔隙缺陷。  相似文献

本文对COCA31-11有机硅橡胶模具的硅橡胶的粘温特性、试件基本力学性能及软模试用效果等工艺性能进行了研究;研究结果表明,硅橡胶的浇铸温度在25℃~30℃之间可以满足浇铸成型工艺窗口要求,当硅橡胶硫化工艺为:30℃硫化24 h、90℃后硫化1 h时可以保证软模具有良好的力学性能;用浇铸成型的硅橡胶软模进行碳纤维复合材料构件的试制,软模和产品外形完整、尺寸准确,证明了COCA31-11硅橡胶可以作为软模辅助RTM工艺中软模材料使用。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
