正硅酸乙酯改性的GPMS有机-无机材料研究   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:4  
为了考察正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)对材料性能的影响,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TEOS改性的γ-环氧丙基醚丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPMs)有机-无机杂化材料,并用浸渍法使其在玻璃基体上成膜,利用红外光谱、核磁共振谱和原子力显微镜对GPMS-TEOS杂化材料的结构进行了表征,采用差热分析仪、纳米硬度测试仪和扫描分光光度计等对其物化性能进行了测试.结果表明,制得的材料具有纳米级倍半硅氧烷结构,TEOS的含量对杂化体系性能有较大影响;当TEOS质量分数为15%~20%时,杂化体系的热稳定性、硬度和模量等性能最佳,并且具有良好的透光性。  相似文献

A room-temperature sol-gel-based process was used to produce by direct synthesis talc-like organosilicates having hexadecyl or aminopropyl groups pending in the interlayer space. Thermal analyses, Fourier transform infrared and 13C/29Si solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopies confirmed the presence of organic moieties bonded to the inorganic network. Exfoliation of these organoclays in polar solvents such as water for the positively charged magnesium phyllo(aminopropyl)silicate, and in low polar solvents such as toluene and chloroform for hydrophobic magnesium phyllo(hexadecyl)silicate, was investigated by TEM. The ability of these layered magnesium organosilicates to exfoliate in appropriate solvents was exploited for the preparation of transparent self-supporting films and ordered macroporous networks using by latex colloidal crystal templates.  相似文献

The unexpected finding that the direct mix of o-phenylenediamine and H2PdCl4 aqueous solution at room temperature leads to supramolecular nanobelts of coordination polymers was reported. The morphology of the structures was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the chemical composition was examined by energy-dispersed spectrum (EDS) and X-ray maps analysis. The possible formation process of such supramolecular nanobelts is given and the influence of the molar ratio of reactants on the formation of these nanobelts is also examined. It is also found that the molar ratio of reactants has strong influence on the formation of the supramolecular structures.  相似文献

In this work, a novel red-emitting organic-inorganic hybrid material with europium (III) lanthanide β-diketonate complexes linked to a zirconia was reported, which was realized by adduct formation with zirconia-tethered terpyridine moieties. Luminescence enhancement of the hybrid material has been observed compared with pure Eu(tta)3·2H2O. Transparent and strongly luminescent thin films based on PMMA were also prepared at room temperature, which are highly luminescent under UV-light irradiation and possess a promising prospect in the area of optics.  相似文献

Triple hybrid materials based on polyaniline-polyethylene glycol and cadmium sulphide have been prepared by the duffusion-limited biomimetic route and characterized by a number of spectroscopic, XRD, SEM, thermal and electrical measurements. These hybrid materials have been prepared by controlled precipitation of cadmium sulphide by passing H2S gas and mixing the resultant colloid with the acidic solution of aniline. In situ polymerization of adsorbed anilinium ions on anionic surface of CdS resulted in hybrids. Water-soluble polyethylene glycol led to diffusion-limited growth of polyaniline and CdS resulting in a nanosized hybrid material as indicated by UV-visible spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). AC impedance spectroscopic studies on binary and ternary nanocomposites of polyaniline with polyethylene glycol and cadmium sulphide separately and triple hybrid system have been reported. Equivalent circuits were determined and discussed in the light of contributions made from different sources such as grain, grain boundary and electrode.  相似文献

A highly efficient, ultralarge-area nanolithography that integrates block-copolymer lithography with single-step ZnO nanoimprinting is introduced. The UV-assisted imprinting of a photosensitive sol-gel precursor creates large-area ZnO topographic patterns with various pattern shapes in a single-step process. This straightforward approach provides a smooth line edge and high thermal stability of the imprinted ZnO pattern; these properties are greatly advantageous for further graphoepitaxial block-copolymer assembly. According to the ZnO pattern shape and depth, the orientation and lateral ordering of self-assembled cylindrical nanodomains in block-copolymer thin films could be directed in a variety of ways. Significantly, the subtle tunability of ZnO trench depth enabled by nanoimprinting, generated complex hierarchical nanopatterns, where surface-parallel and surface-perpendicular nanocylinder arrays are alternately arranged. The stability of this complex morphology is confirmed by self-consistent field theory (SCFT) calculations. The highly ordered graphoepitaxial nanoscale assembly achieved on transparent semiconducting ZnO substrates offers enormous potential for photonics and optoelectronics.  相似文献

In this investigation the influence of oxygen partial pressure PO2 on the wetting of SiC by a Co–Si alloy was studied. Wetting experiments were carried out in argon with different oxygen contents (from 5 to 1000 ppm). The relationship between wetting and deoxidation of surfaces (SiC and Co–Si alloy) was investigated. Calculations were performed to evaluate the temperature range over which deoxidation is possible. These calculations are in agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

Hybrid silica-based coatings with tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), methyltrietoxysilane (MTES), hydroxyethyl-methacrylate (HEMA) and methacrylopropyl-trimethoxysilane (γMPS) as precursors, were employed to improve the performance of stainless steel used as orthopaedic material. Mechanical properties of the films, such as Young's modulus and hardness, were studied using the load and depth sensing indentation technique known as nano-indentation. The elastic/plastic and creep behaviours were also analyzed. Coatings with a high proportion of organic components (HEMA, γMPS) presented a more plastic response compared to the more vitreous coatings (containing only TEOS and MTES). They also showed the lowest Young's modulus and hardness. Therefore, the more vitreous coatings presented lower creep deformation that increased with the load applied.  相似文献

We have developed supercritical hydrothermal synthesis method of metal oxide nanoparticles where metal salt aqueous solution is mixed with high temperature water to rapidly increase the temperature of the metal salt solution and thus reduce the reactions and crystallizations during the heating up period. By using this method, we succeeded in the continuous and rapid production of metal oxide nanocrystals. A new method proposes to synthesize organic-inorganic fused materials based on the methods of supercritical hydrothermal synthesis. By introducing organic materials in a reaction atmosphere of supercritical hydrothermal synthesis, we successfully synthesized metal oxide nanoparticles whose surface was modified with organic materials. In supercritical state, water and organic materials form a homogeneous phase, which provides an excellent reaction atmosphere for the organic modification of nanoparticles. Modification with bio-materials including amino acids was also possible. By changing organic modifiers, particle morphology and crystal structure were changed. This organic surface modification provides a various unique characteristics for the nanoparticles: Dispersion of nanoparticles in aqueous solutions, organic solvents or in liquid polymers can be controlled by selecting hydrophilic or hydrophobic modifiers.  相似文献

Visible luminescent macroporous materials covalently bonded with europium and terbium complexes were prepared using polystyrene spheres (PS) as the template. Both of the obtained terbium(Ш) macroporous material (Tb(Ш)-M) and europium(Ш) macroporous material (Eu(Ш)-M) exhibit close-packed spherical porous structure according to the SEM images. Furthermore, their BET surface areas were determined by the N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The two samples show corresponding characteristic green and red luminescence, respectively. Moreover, IR spectra and photoluminescence (PL) properties suggest that the Tb/Eu(Ш) ions were coordinated with organic group grafted on macroporous matrix. The luminescent lifetimes were also measured.  相似文献

Silicon rubber, PDMS, was irradiated by Ar, Ar/H2 and Ar/O2 plasmas to increase the surface wettability to water which was found to increase with the irradiation time for every application of plasma irradiation. The use of Ar/O2 plasma was found to be particularly effective in enhancing the surface wettability. The aging behavior due to exposure to air, ethanol or water was also measured. In the case of continuous exposure to water after plasma treatment, the wettability could be maintained for more than several months with the water immersion.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTEOS)和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)及纳米氧化硅为原料,成功制备了有机-无机杂化纳米复合材料及涂层.以X射线衍射(XRD)、富立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段研究了杂化材料的工艺与结构及性能的关系,并对涂覆于铝合金基体上的纳米复合材料涂层的防腐蚀性能进行了实验检测.结果表明,有机-无机杂化纳米复合材料涂层具有优良的抗腐蚀性能.  相似文献
