介绍了一种根据三维规则体数据场体素数据进行三维实体重构的方法.利用VB.net调用SolidWorks2005 API函数构造实体模型.在重构过程中,分层读入每一薄层的体数据信息,通过奇异点和冗余数据排除获得有用重构数据,调用SolidWorks绘制薄层模型;提取薄层轮廓,绘制实体表面,利用曲面替换法对模型进行光顺处理,最终重构出三维实体. 相似文献

根据瞬态热测试结果反推结构函数法的算法步骤通常包括数据拟合、平滑、求导、反卷积和网络结构转换,其中拟合和平滑分两步实现。在后续数据处理中,由于实际的测试数据信号含有很多未知噪声,往往会导致病态或不适定问题,所以在获得最终结构函数之前需要对测试数据进行去噪平滑处理。采用在原始数据理论数学模型基础上建立起来的利用最小二乘法拟合进行的数据平滑方法,此方法既省去了测试数据因寄生误差而必须进行的拟合操作,又能对含噪瞬态响应数据进行平滑,从理论建模分析和实际测试数据的分析及应用均可以看出该方法是有应用价值的。 相似文献

The rolling of a cylindrical drum on a stack of separate paper sheets is studied using the finite element method. A two-dimensional model under plane strain conditions is considered. The material of the sheets is modelled by a linearly elastic orthotropic constitutive law. The friction between the various contacting surfaces is modelled by the conventional Coulomb's law. As a result of the FEM-calculations, the time development of the displacements, stresses and strains of the paper layers is obtained. The slip behaviour at the various contacting surfaces is presented. The micro-slip pattern of the contacting surfaces in the nip area and, particularly, at the trailing edge of the nip, seems to be the main reason for the tightening effect of the nip. The results are compared to the corresponding results for a solid elastic block under the rolling cylinder. 相似文献

以机械装备零件中的滤清器上盖为研究对象,针对关节臂式三维激光扫描仪的特点,介绍了逆向工程中的数据测量方法,分析了影响测量精度的因素。基于非接触式测量点云数据的特征,从多视拼合、噪声去除、数据精简、数据平滑等方面对点云数据处理方法进行了研究,并提出有针对性的处理措施加以改善。最后对点云数据进行了基于Imageware软件的模型坐标系建立以及基于Geomagic Studio软件的零件曲面重建,为探索逆向工程在机械装备零件模型重建中的应用提供技术借鉴。 相似文献

As the mesh models usually contain noise data,it is necessary to eliminate the noises and smooth the mesh.But existed methods always lose geometric features during the smoothing process.Hence,the noise is considered as a kind of random signal with high frequency,and then the mesh model smoothing is operated with signal processing theory.Local wave analysis is used to deal with geometric signal,and then a novel mesh smoothing method based on the local wave is proposed.The proposed method includes following steps:Firstly,analyze the principle of local wave decomposition for 1D signal,and expand it to 2D signal and 3D spherical surface signal processing;Secondly,map the mesh to the spherical surface with parameterization,resample the spherical mesh and decompose the spherical signals by local wave analysis;Thirdly,propose the coordinate smoothing and radical radius smoothing methods,the former filters the mesh points’ coordinates by local wave,and the latter filters the radical radius from their geometric center to mesh points by local wave;Finally,remove the high-frequency component of spherical signal,and obtain the smooth mesh model with inversely mapping from the spherical signal.Several mesh models with Gaussian noise are processed by local wave based method and other compared methods.The results show that local wave based method can obtain better smoothing performance,and reserve more original geometric features at the same time. 相似文献

The digital smoothing polynomial filter or Savitzky-Golay filter, which is assumed to be appropriate for ultrasonic IRIS applications due to its ability of conciliation between the high smoothing level and degree of peak retention, fits a set of data points to a polynomial by applying least-squares fitting. In this study, the performance of the digital smoothing polynomial filter is evaluated in terms of signal-to-noise ratio and interface echoes preservation. Moreover, a smoothing polynomial filter that works in a cascade setup is proposed to take advantage of the conciliation ability of the standard filter. The theory and experiments of the polynomial smoothing filter are presented, and graphical results are given. The evaluation results of the digital smoothing polynomial filter showed its efficiency in smoothing and echo signals reproduction. The proposed cascade filter gave considerable advantages. 相似文献

For the data processing of rapid prototyping manufacturing, Boolean operation can offer a versatile tool for editing or modifying
the STL model, adding the artificial construction, and creating the complex assistant-support structure to meet special technical
requests. The topological structure of STL models is built firstly in order to obtain the relationship among the triangular
facets of the object. The intersection test between two triangles picked, respectively, from two solids is taken to get the
intersection triangle pairs and the intersection segments array, from which the intersection segments loops are detected.
The intersection surfaces are divided into several surface patches along the intersection loops. The inclusion prediction
is taken by testing the candidate point whether inside or outside the solid region of the solid slice. Detecting the loops
for determination of the valid intersection lines greatly increases the efficiency and the reliability of the process.

基于Offset技术的汽车覆盖件边界光顺方法 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对模具型面设计过程中处理零件外边界凹入部分的工艺补充的问题,提出一种基于平面多段线Offset技术的零件边界光顺算法。在冲压方向上对零件外边界进行投影,基于滚柱法的原理,给出分段投影轮廓线的距离为R的Offset曲线并以圆弧相连。根据闭合的Offset曲线的自交点判断零件投影轮廓光顺区域,得到的光顺区域端点与空间零件外边界的真实光顺区域端点一一对应。结合零件外边界的几何信息,用NURBS曲线及蒙皮法在已判定的光顺区域构建光顺曲线及光顺曲面。采用Offset技术可以精确找出所有需要光顺的区域,可避免出现细小误差和修正问题,具有一定的鲁棒性。将算法集成到自主开发的冲压成形分析软件KMAS模具型面设计模块,并与Dynaform软件和Pam-Stamp软件的光顺结果相比较,试验表明该算法具有很好的有效性和可靠性。 相似文献
