In this paper, we investigated quench-induced dynamic breakdown characteristics of liquid helium (LHe) under both non-uniform and uniform electric field. Experimental results for various quench conditions revealed that the dynamic breakdown voltage of LHe increased with decreasing the effective post-quench thermal energy density and with increasing the gap length and pressure, because of the suppression of thermal bubble disturbance in LHe. All of the experimental data enabled us to establish the 3-dimensionally systematized diagram of dynamic breakdown voltage of LHe as a function of effective post-quench thermal energy density, gap length and pressure 相似文献

For pulsed power systems such as lasers and accelerators, semiconductor switches with their longer service life have actively been developed as replacements for thyratrons. The MOS-driven thyristors are suitable for pulsed power applications because they have high-power handling and fast turn-on capabilities. The MOS-assisted gate-triggered thyristor (MAGT), designed especially for pulsed power, is a promising candidate in this field. This paper presents the results of an investigation into the performance of MAGTs. Using a pulse-forming network (PEN), the pulse-switching characteristics and the dynamic resistance characteristics during the current flow are investigated. A maximum current density of 21.8 kA/cm2 and di/dt of 106 kA/μs/cm2 with 1550-V anode voltage on a single-shot basis were obtained. Furthermore, a life test with 109 shots at a high repetition rate showed no degradation in the observed characteristics. Based on these experimental results, a carrier flow model of MAGT during turn-on process is proposed and the turn-on mechanism is considered. 相似文献

依据电力电子变压器PET(Power Electronic Transfomer)的功率特性,提出了一种利用PET改善电力系统动态特性的新方法。PET副方接入输电线路。原方接无穷大系统,这时PET等效为一个可控电压源.建立发电机励磁和PET所构成电力系统的数学模型,分别以发电机功角、角速度、机端电压为状态变量,以发电机励磁电压、可控电压源的幅值和相角为控制变量。在此基础上推导了PET和发电机励磁的最优协调控制规律。仿真分析发现。通过PET与系统间功率的迅速交换和双向流动.提高了系统阻尼,有效抑制了扰动下的系统振荡。 相似文献

对海上平台电力系统进行静态电压稳定分析是保证其安全性、可靠性的前提.针对海上平台电力系统多平衡节点特征,基于透平发电机组和旋转负荷群的源-荷特性建立计及源-荷功率动态匹配特性的扩展连续潮流模型;针对海上平台电力系统的机组小容量特征和旋转负荷的生产要求,基于机组出力和节点电压的限值确立静态电压稳定分析边界约束;推导扩展连续潮流增广雅可比矩阵,提出基于牛顿-拉夫逊法的静态电压稳定分析方法.对某海上平台电力系统的静态电压稳定分析结果表明,与传统牛顿-拉夫逊法相比,所提方法不仅能找出随负荷增加的电压薄弱节点,且能给出各机组适应负荷增加的出力值. 相似文献

随着新能源发电的快速增长,其所具有的随机性、波动性不确定给电网脆弱节点辨识带来了新的挑战。提出了一种考虑新能源不确定性的电网静动态结合的脆弱节点辨识方法。该方法在静态辨识中采用区间数表示新能源的不确定性,提出了基于区间直流潮流的最小切负荷模型计算各节点的区间静态脆弱性评估指标。在动态辨识中,提出基于单机等效延伸方法计算各节点的稳定性裕度,并根据稳定性裕度的正负对应计算各节点的动态脆弱性评估指标。最后建立基于熵权法的电网脆弱节点综合评估方法。IEEE-39节点算例仿真结果表明,该方法能准确快速地辨识新能源接入情况下电网中的脆弱节点。与已有脆弱节点辨识方法相比,该模型更符合新能源接入下电力系统实际运行情况。通过研究发现新能源的随机性、波动性不确定对节点脆弱性具有就近影响原则,为新能源电源在智能电网中的规划提供指导作用。 相似文献

现代电力系统的发展使得系统频率特性更加复杂化,同时系统安全稳定经济运行对频率稳定提出了更高的要求,电力系统频率问题日益显著,关于系统频率特性的研究涌现并被应用于保障系统安全稳定运行。首先回顾了近年来国内外电力系统频率事故的发展过程并结合事故过程中频率特性分析事故原因,结合现代电力系统的特点从多角度分析了高比例电力电子接口装置接入对电力系统频率特性的影响,然后以单机模型为例分析了机组参数对电力系统频率动态过程的多重交互影响,并总结了系统惯量估计、发电机组调频性能监测和两者共同作用对系统频率动态行为影响监测的相关研究及应用情况。最后提出了在未来系统频率特性领域值得探索研究的问题和方向。 相似文献

高比例新能源和电力电子设备的接入使得当前电网对动态电压的变化更加敏感。将单调控制系统理论应用于动态电压问题,提出输入-输出单调的判定条件,指出动态电压过程中存在单调控制特性。借助该理论论证不同规模交流系统中低压减载控制与动态电压间的单调特性,并在单机系统与区域电网中进行验证。对于新能源接入后的电力系统,简化其故障恢复期间的动态电压模型,在论证其单调控制特性的基础上,对潜在的反复低电压穿越问题进行预判,并在实际新能源送端电网中对该问题进行仿真,验证了所提改进策略的有效性。 相似文献

This research paper analyzes the static and dynamic behavior of dual-gate organic thin film transistors (DG-OTFTs) based universal logic gates using the Atlas 2-D numerical device simulator. The electrical characteristics and performance parameters of pentacene based DG-OTFT is evaluated and verified with respect to the reported experimental results. The NAND and NOR logic gate circuits are realized using \(p\) -type designs in diode-load logic (DLL) and zero- \(V_{gs}\) -load logic (ZVLL). The results show that the logic functions in ZVLL configuration outperforms the DLL ones mainly in terms of noise margin, gain and voltage swing; however, there is a trade-off in terms of speed. The ZVLL NAND gate demonstrates an increment of 16 and 32 % in voltage swing and noise margin, respectively in comparison to the DLL one. Besides this, the gain also increases by 1.5 times in ZVLL mode. On the contrary, the DLL configuration demonstrates a significant reduction of 64 % in the propagation delay in comparison to the ZVLL. Similarly, NOR gate shows an increment of 24 and 30 % in voltage swing and noise margin, respectively under ZVLL configuration. However, the propagation delay for DLL NOR configuration is one-fourth of that of its ZVLL counterpart. 相似文献

在对实际大区域电网进行频率动态过程的研究中发现,仿真所得的频率轨迹与量测装置记录到的实测轨迹偏差较大。解释了轨迹偏差产生的原因和特点,指出仿真系统中所采用的火电机组负荷调节系统模型中未考虑锅炉主蒸汽压力对频率动态过程的影响。根据分析,在仿真系统中自定义了计及锅炉动态特性影响的机组负荷调节系统模型。考虑锅炉动态特性对发电机组输出功率的影响,将模型中锅炉主蒸汽压力侧的影响等效为一阶惯性环节,应用调整后的模型进行仿真计算。为使频率动态过程的仿真轨迹与实测轨迹相接近,进一步修正了惯性环节中的时间常数。 相似文献

针对现有通用性自动测试系统中矩阵开关体积大、性价比低、可靠性以及通用性差等问题,设计了一种基于PXI总线的继电器矩阵开关模块.该矩阵开关模块采用FPGA实现核心控制逻辑,采用Altera公司提供的基于SOPC Builder的IP核实现PXI总线接口逻辑,该设计不仅节省了电路板的面积,还省去了购买接口芯片的费用.利用NI公司的LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器软件编写驱动程序以及仪器软面板设计,该设计不仅集成度高、人机界面友好,还使得调试方便.该矩阵开关已得以实现,具有占用空间小、成本低、通用性强等特点,可广泛应用于基于PXI总线的通用性自动测试系统中. 相似文献

开关二极管是微波控制电路中的一种应用最普遍的控制器件,它可以实现近似短路和开路的功能.Ⅰ层厚度对PIN二极管的器件特性具有重要的影响.利用Silvaco TCAD软件对InP基PIN开关二极管器件结构进行建模仿真,分析不同1区厚度对二极管的电流电压特性的影响,得出最优值.利用化合物半导体材料外延与器件工艺平台,制备出InP基PIN开关二极管器件,直流特性测试结果表明,PIN开关二极管的开启电压为0.525 V,反向击穿电压大于12 V.为进一步实现毫米波开关电路奠定了基础. 相似文献
