针对高光谱遥感图像复杂农作物分类问题,提出了一种基于空谱融合和随机多图的高光谱遥感图像农作物分类方法。通过使用一种潜在特征融合和最优聚类(Latent Features Fusion and Optimal Clustering Framework, LFFOCF)的波段选择方法和分段主成分分析(Segmented Principal Component Analysis, SPCA)进行光谱降维,采用多尺度二维奇异谱分析(2-D-Singular Spectrum Analysis, 2-D-SSA)应用于降维图像,以提取不同尺度的空间特征。将多尺度空间特征与主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis, PCA)得到的全局光谱特征融合送到随机多图(Random Multi-Graphs, RMG)中进行分类。在印度松树、萨利纳斯和龙口数据集上,所提出的方法与一些现有的方法进行了对比实验。实验结果表明,该方法的类别精度(Class Accuracy, CA)、总体分类精度(Overall Accuracy, OA)、平均分类精度(Average Accurac... 相似文献

针对卷积神经网络(CNN)在分类高光谱图像时空-谱特征利用率不足和分类效率低的问题,提出基于超像素分割与CNN的高光谱图像分类方法。首先利用主成分分析(PCA)提取图像的前12个成分后对前3个主成分进行滤波,对滤波后的3个波段进行超像素分割;然后将样本点映射到超像素内,使其以超像素而不是像素为基本的分类单元;最后利用CNN进行图像分割。在两个公共的数据集WHU-Hi-Longkou和WHU-Hi-HongHu上进行实验,实验结果表明,相比仅利用光谱信息的方法,融合空-谱特征信息的方法的精度得到提升,在两个数据集上的分类精度分别达99.45%和97.60%。 相似文献

人脸自动识别是模式识别和图像处理等学科的一大研究热点,在身份鉴别、信用卡识别、护照核对以及监控系统等方面有着广泛的应用。提出一种基于概率主成分分析方法(PPCA)的人脸识别,该方法与传统的主成分分析(PCA)相比,克服了简单的“丢弃”其他非主成分因子,在PPCA中将“丢弃”因子作为噪声成分进行估计.同时PPCA方法是一种基于概率模型的方法,因此很容易延伸为混合模型,对于PPCA概率模型参数,提出利用EM算法对其进行估计。用两个不同的数据集(姿势表情变化集和光照变化集),将PPCA人脸识别算法和传统的PCA算法进行比较,基于PPCA的人脸识别算法中的“丢弃”方差的收敛速度快于传统的PCA算法。实验结果表明.无论是姿势表情变化集,还是光照变化集,PPCA算法的识别率都优于传统的PCA识别算法。 相似文献

卫星在获取地面信息时会受到大气、电磁波的干扰,导致高光谱影像本身产生坏线和噪声。针对这一问题,本文结合高光谱遥感影像的特性提出了一种基于空谱联合和波段分类的影像重构方法。首先,根据噪声影响程度将影像波段分为坏线强干扰波段和非干扰低噪声波段;其次,对波段进行分组,确定每组参考波段,并对参考波段进行独立重构;然后,根据参考波段构建双模式空谱联合预测模型,利用正则化交叉投影得到非参考波段重构影像;最后,对坏线强干扰波段,先进行独立重构,然后对重构影像进行小波分解,通过高频校正得到了干扰波段最终重构影像。实验表明,本文方法对重构高光谱影像的平均信噪比较传统方法提高了1~2dB。 相似文献

针对传统高光谱图像分类算法多利用目标的光谱信息,不重视空间信息的问题,本文提出了一种综合利用谱域-空域信息的最小二乘支持向量机分类算法。首先利用主成分分析进行特征提取,然后在保留的主分量图像上用数学形态学得到目标的空域信息。并结合光谱域特征,探讨了各种组合策略,构造组合核函数。通过在分类器中引入空域信息,提高了分类准确率。而且采用了最小二乘支持向量机,将标准向量机的二次规划问题转换为求解线性方程组的问题。利用了其训练速度快、效率高的优点。高光谱数据实验表明,本文提出的方法和单独使用谱域或空域信息进行分类相比表现出了一定的优越性,从而适用于较大规模的高光谱图像分类。 相似文献

高光谱成像技术在近十几年里实现了飞跃式的发展。高光谱图像分类的应用受到广泛关注,其分类精度的提升是当前研究的重点。高光谱图像分类是利用不同地物的诊断性吸收特征区分地物类别。传统的高光谱图像分类仅利用图像的光谱特征,分类效果不明显。近些年的研究表明,同时分析地物光谱特征和空间分布能有效提升分类精度。首先总结了众多空谱联合分类方法,依据空谱信息融合阶段的不同,将空谱联合分类分为预处理的分类、综合处理的分类和后处理的分类,简要介绍了深度学习在空谱联合分类中的实现方法,最后对空谱联合分类的研究前景进行了展望。 相似文献

The existing analytical average bit error rate (ABER) expression of conventional generalised spatial modulation (CGSM) does not agree well with the Monte Carlo simulation results in the low signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) region. Hence, the first contribution of this paper is to derive a new and easy way to evaluate analytical ABER expression that improves the validation of the simulation results at low SNRs. Secondly, a novel system termed CGSM with enhanced spectral efficiency (CGSM‐ESE) is presented. This system is realised by applying a rotation angle to one of the two active transmit antennas. As a result, the overall spectral efficiency is increased by 1 bit/s/Hz when compared with the equivalent CGSM system. In order to validate the simulation results of CGSM‐ESE, the third contribution is to derive an analytical ABER expression. Finally, to improve the ABER performance of CGSM‐ESE, three link adaptation algorithms are developed. By assuming full knowledge of the channel at the receiver, the proposed algorithms select a subset of channel gain vector (CGV) pairs based on the Euclidean distance between all CGV pairs, CGV splitting, CGV amplitudes, or a combination of these. 相似文献

The authors present a statistical approach to the analysis of random pulsewidth modulation (RPWM) methods which generate PWM signals by comparing a reference modulating function with random numbers or signals. Such an approach is used to analyze and optimize a new weighted RPWM (WRPWM) method and also a standard trapezoidal RPWM method. The WRPWM scheme combines the advantages of the nondeterministic and deterministic PWM methods by adding some deterministic nature into the nondeterministic RPWM method. This paper proposes a new approach to simplify the two-dimensional random walk models capturing the movement of mobile users in personal communications services (PCS) networks. Analytical models are proposed for the new random walks. For a PCS network with hexagonal configuration, our approach reduces the states of the two-dimensional random walk from (3n2+3n-5) to n(n+1)/2, where n is the layers of a cluster. For a mesh configuration, our approach reduces the states from (2n2-2n+1) to (n2+2n+4)/4 if n is even and to (n 2+2n+5)/4 if n is odd. Simulation experiments are conducted to validate the analytical models. The results indicate that the errors between the analytical and simulation models are within 1%. Three applications (i.e., microcell/macrocell configuration, distance-based location update, and GPRS mobility management for data routing) are used to show how our new model can be used to investigate the performance of PCS networks 相似文献
