以硅酸盐体系为电解液,利用扫描式微弧氧化(SMAO)方法在铝合金 2024 的表面成功制备出"蛇形"和"HIT"图案的陶瓷膜层。对扫描式和传统微弧氧化工艺进行了对比,采用扫描电镜和 X 射线衍射研究了 SMAO 陶瓷膜的结构和相组成。结果表明,与传统微弧氧化放电过程不同,扫描式微弧氧化在沿阴极前进的方向上依次分布着钝化区、阳极氧化区和微弧氧化区,没有观察到弧光放电。经过一次扫描生成的陶瓷膜厚度约为17 μm,膜层只有疏松层,且其中的α-Al2O3含量高于γ-Al2O3。对扫描式微弧氧化放电机理的分析表明,电场在阳极表面的梯度变化可能是同一时间内存在不同放电区域的原因,高达2 400 A/dm2的电流密度使扫描式微弧氧化具有高的成膜效率,同时也导致了疏松层内含有大量的α-Al2O3。 相似文献

在硅酸钠电解液体系中,利用微弧氧化技术,对无预制膜层和含化学氧化膜或稀土转化膜的6061铝合金表面进行陶瓷化处理,研究了预制膜层处理对陶瓷膜层性能的影响。结果表明,预制膜层处理能够降低起弧电压,有利于膜层增厚和硬度提高。无预制膜的铝合金微弧氧化膜层表面呈现凹凸不平的多孔状结构,经预制膜层处理后,其表面粗糙度变小。微弧氧化后,铝合金表面膜层主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3晶体相组成,而含预制膜层试样中,硬度较大的α-Al2O3相的相对含量较高。与无预制膜层及含化学氧化膜的试样相比,稀土转化膜试样的膜层厚度和硬度最大,粗糙度最小,表面较大较深的孔洞缺陷减少。 相似文献

为了给研究微弧氧化起弧的能量临界条件奠定基础,以达到制备高产能、低能耗微弧氧化装备的目的,对微弧氧化起弧前后不同氧化时间的铝合金6061试样进行了电性能测试、能谱成分分析和扫描电镜表面形貌分析,测定了微弧氧化起弧的表面临界条件,揭示了起弧前试样表面变化过程和起弧后陶瓷层的生长特点。实验结果表明:铝合金起弧的表面临界条件是试样的整个表面覆盖一层电阻为0.4Ω的AlxOy膜;起弧前,非晶态AlxOy氧化物以点面方式生长;起弧后,起弧面呈树枝状生长,膜层电阻快速增大。 相似文献

光整铝车轮对表面光泽要求高,而普通预处理工艺极易破坏其表面质量,导致失光或变色。采用双官能团自组装分子(SAM)无铬封闭预处理技术对光整铝车轮进行表面处理,讨论了预处理工艺流程,对影响光整铝车轮表面光泽和耐蚀性能的主要工艺参数进行了正交试验,获得了最佳的工艺参数:脱脂碱洗总碱点为6,无铬转化膜电导率为120μS/cm,SAM封闭电导率为160μS/cm。在此条件下对光整铝车轮表面进行预处理,然后喷涂丙烯酸透明粉,与经过普通预处理的试样进行对比,测试了涂膜性能。结果表明,经过SAM无铬封闭预处理的光整铝车轮,其表面光泽度保持率达97.7%,附着力0级。与普通预处理相比,SAM无铬封闭能显著提高光整铝车轮的耐蚀性能。 相似文献

采用微弧氧化技术在以Na2SiO3为主的碱性电解液中于6063铝合金表面制得均匀的陶瓷膜。研究了陶瓷膜的生长规律,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分别观察和分析了不同氧化时间下制备的陶瓷膜的表面形貌及相组成,并研究了陶瓷膜的完整性和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着氧化时间的延长,膜层的总厚度逐渐增加,膜层的生长由向外生长逐渐过渡到向内生长,表面粗糙度线性增加。膜层内部致密层的硬度高于外面疏松层的硬度,并随着氧化时间的延长,两者硬度的差值增大。膜层主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3组成,且随着氧化时间的延长,γ-Al2O3含量逐渐减少而α-Al2O3的含量逐渐增加。不同氧化时间所得陶瓷膜的γ值均大于1,膜层的完整性符合要求,在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性随着氧化时间的延长而先增大后减小。 相似文献

针对镍钛形状记忆合金植入人体时易腐蚀、镍离子过量释放的问题,以NaAlO2、C10H14N2Na2O8、Na2HPO4·12H2O的混合溶液作为电解液对NiTi合金进行微弧氧化.分别以氧化膜的镍元素含量、腐蚀电位和水接触角为评价指标,对氧化电压、氧化电流、脉冲频率和氧化时间这4个因素进行正交试验,综合评价后得到的最佳工艺条件为:氧化电压400 V,氧化电流2 A,脉冲频率200 Hz,氧化时间15 min.借助扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、接触角测量仪和电化学工作站对微弧氧化前后的NiTi合金表面形貌、化学组成、耐蚀性、亲水性及生物相容性进行了分析和对比.结果表明,微弧氧化后,NiTi合金表面生成了外层多孔、内层致密的陶瓷氧化层,Ni含量减小90%,O和Al含量分别上升至38.97%和25.13%,腐蚀电流密度下降2个数量级,水接触角从63°减小到5°.NiTi合金微弧氧化后的耐蚀、亲水、生物相容等性能得到有效提高,Ni的释放将得到明显抑制. 相似文献

通过单因素试验讨论了镁合金微弧氧化电解液各组分对成膜的作用,得到电解液最佳配方:10g/L(NaPO3)6,5g/LNH4F,6g/LKOH,6mL/LC3H8O3。用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和能谱(EDS)分析了陶瓷膜层的表面形貌、截面形貌、相组成及元素组成;采用点滴试验、交流阻抗和盐雾试验考察了陶瓷层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:膜层表面分布着大量均匀的放电微孔,孔径在1~3μm之间,膜层截面内层与基体过渡部分呈犬牙交错状态,结合良好;膜层由大量非晶态相及少量MgO组成,耐蚀性能优良。P与F元素的存在,证明了电解液组分较好地参与了微弧氧化反应。 相似文献

Surface treatments are always needed to enhance corrosion-resistant performance of aluminum (Al) alloys when they are used in seawater environments. The paper aimed to prepare the composite oxide ceramic coating on Al alloy 7075 by combining micro-arc oxidation (MAO) and magnetron sputtering technology. The Al substrate was precoated with titanium (Ti) layer by using the magnetron sputtering technology and then treated by MAO in the alkaline aluminate electrolyte, resulting in a composite MAO coating, which is composed of Al2O3 and TiO2 along with the complex oxide (Al2TiO5). The potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were carried out to evaluate the corrosion performance of the MAO coatings in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Better corrosion resistance was observed for composite oxide coating than the reference MAO coating on the bare Al, as evidenced by the higher corrosion potential of −0.664 V versus Ag/AgCl and the lower corrosion current density of 4.41 × 10-6 A/cm2. 相似文献

High-purity aluminium rods with 5 mm2 cross-section were imbedded in epoxy resin and corroded from one end. Depths of these artificial pits were 0–1 mm. With concentrated aluminum chloride solution, > 80% of saturation, and high anodic potentials, it was possible to obtain a continuous salt film on the corroding surface and electropolishing. Current density under these conditions is mass transport controlled and increases with convective flow. At low salt concentrations and potentials the convection induced by simultaneous hydrogen evolution prevents continuous salt film formation. 相似文献

Ceramic coatings were obtained by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on the surface of AA1060 pure aluminum in alkaline silicate electrolyte with the addition of graphene. The effects of graphene contents in the range of 0–.30 g/L in the electrolyte on surface morphology, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of the ceramic coatings were investigated. The outer surface structure, outer surface element content, coating cross-section structure, coating cross-section element content, coating/substrate interface structure, and coating phase were characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. Potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to evaluate the corrosion behavior of MAO samples in a 3.5-wt% NaCl solution. In addition, the resistance to sliding and abrasive wear of the oxide coating were studied experimentally. The results show that the alkaline silicate electrolyte with the addition of graphene has a significant effect on the characteristics of MAO coating. The performance of micro-arc oxide coatings is best when the graphene content in the electrolyte is .15 g/L, the average thickness of the film is 7.24 μm, the average pore size is 6.07 μm, the impedance value is approximately 4.01 × 106 Ω, and its friction coefficient is .55. 相似文献
