将发电企业的设备运行信息实时传输到电力科学研究单位的技术中心,可以及时组织专家力量开展发电设备的远程监测和诊断分析。提出了集团级发电设备远程监测与诊断平台建设的总体技术方案,系统功能包括数据集成、在线监测及诊断分析3个层次,通过加密和压缩实现了远程海量数据的传输,基于SOA标准搭建了分层构件化及应用模块化的系统架构,采用统一信息建模技术和数据适配接口解决了异构大数据的利用,并通过基于设备工作机理的软测量及诊断技术,以及实时数据智能挖掘技术等,实现了锅炉、汽轮机、发电机等设备的远程监测与诊断。示范工程应用表明:提出的总体技术方案和系统架构正确合理,有助于提高发电设备运行的安全性和稳定性。 相似文献

发电集团要实现电力生产过程集中控制、集中调度、集中管理的技术基础,是要实现将不同区域、不同发电形式的电厂实时产生的海量生产数据同步采集、传输、汇总至集控中心及集团级生产调度中心以供监视、控制、筛选、归类、统计、分析及应用。现今通信技术快速发展,基本能满足生产数据实时性传输的要求,但在数据应用可靠性、稳定性、有效性和安全性方面仍有提高空间,本文结合电力行业发电集团在建设集团级生产调度中心和省级(区域)级集控中心过程中发现的数据质量问题进行总结,分析问题原因,并提出相应解决方案。以量化的方式细分影响数据可靠性的因子,对方案中可落实的措施进行了总结及效果评估。 相似文献

基于电力系统实时数据通信应用层协议提出了水调数据远程实时传输应用层协议,并基于此协议实现了基于星形网络结构的东江水电厂水调数据实时传输系统。在系统的开发中充分考虑了系统的稳定性和可靠性要求,实现了水调实时数据的自动传输和水调历史数据的自动补传。近4年的实际运行结果表明,该系统的设计是科学、合理的,运行效果令人满意。 相似文献

Hot electron distributions within the active region of quantum well lasers lead to gain suppression, reduced quantum efficiency, and increased diffusion capacitance, greater low-frequency roll-off and high-frequency chirp. Recently, tunnel injection lasers have been developed to minimize electron heating within the active quantum well region by direct injection of cool electrons from the separate confinement region into the lasing subband(s) through a tunneling barrier. Tunnel injection lasers, however, also present a rich physics of transport and scattering, and a correspondingly rich set of challenges to simulation and device optimization. For example, a Golden-Rule-based analysis of the carrier injection into the active region of the ideal tunnel injection laser would suggest approximately uniform injection of electrons among the nominally degenerate ground quantum well states from the separate confinement region states. However, such an analysis ignores (via a random-phase approximation among the final states) the basic real-space transport requirement that injected carriers still must pass through the wells sequentially, coherently or otherwise, with an associated attenuation of the injected current into each subsequent well due to electron-hole recombination in the prior well. Transport among the wells then can be either thermionic, or, of theoretically increasing importance for low temperature carriers, via tunneling. Coherent resonant tunneling between wells, however, is sensitive to the potential drops between wells that split the energies of the lasing subbands and (further) localizes the electron states to individual wells. A Monte Carlo algorithm based on the concept of Wigner paths has been developed to study quantum transport in mesoscopic systems in strict analogy with the traditional Monte Carlo simulation used to solve the Boltzmann transport equation. Scatterings with both phonons and impurities can be accounted for. As regards a structure potential profile the effect of the corresponding classical force can be inserted in the dynamics of the free flight, while quantum effects due to rapid potential variations are included as a special scattering mechanism. 相似文献

Polycrystalline Bi2-xLaxV0.90Cu0.10O5.5- (x = 0, 0.10 and 0.20) and Bi1.90Pr0.10V0.90Cu0.10O5.5- were prepared by the standard ceramic synthesis technique. Electrical conductivity of the Bi1.90La0.10V0.90Cu0.10O5.5- solid solution at temperatures above 500 K is lower in comparison with undoped BICUVOX.10, whereas transport properties of these materials at 370–450 K are close to each other. Doping Bi2V0.90Cu0.10O5.5- with praseodymium was found to result in segregating secondary phases and decreasing conductivity and thermal expansion of the ceramics. Oxygen ion transference numbers of the oxides with moderate rare-earth dopant content (x 0.10) vary in the range of 0.90–0.99 at 780–910 K, decreasing with increasing temperature. Thermal expansion coefficients of Bi2-xLnxV0.90Cu0.10O5.5- ceramics were calculated from the dilatometric data to be (16.1–18.0) × 10-6K-1 at 730–1050 K. 相似文献

Three-dimensional simulation based on a non-equilibrium Green’s function method including electron-phonon interaction and Si/SiO2 interface roughness has been performed for ultra-small FinFETs. Comparing the simulated drain-current–gate-voltage characteristics with those obtained in the ballistic limit, effects of the scatterings on the device characteristics are discussed.
