以醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,水为介质,采用微胶囊制备技术合成了粒度小、均一稳定的乳液,添加香料和纳米二氧化钛等助剂,得到了耐擦洗、杀菌、放香的新型多功能水性内墙涂料,并对影响微胶囊乳液性能的几种因素进行了讨论。对该涂料的各种指标进行了检测,结果表明各种指标均符合使用要求。  相似文献

采用溶剂挥发的方法,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为胶囊壁材,对CaCl2.6H2O进行包覆制备微胶囊相变材料。讨论了壁材、芯材质量比对微胶囊相变材料性能的影响。将微胶囊相变材料加入到内墙涂料中制成自调温涂料,并对其性能进行测试,结果表明,涂料中的微胶囊粒径均匀、壁材完整;相变焓随着微胶囊质量分数、涂料放置时间的不同而有微小改变。  相似文献

水性化技术是消除传统溶剂型涂料中挥发性有机物(VOC)的有效手段,但现有水性涂料的耐腐蚀性与溶剂型产品相差较大。本文以二元醇、异氰酸酯、环氧树脂等为基本原料,合成一种自乳化型耐腐蚀水乳液并制备相应涂料,对乳液进行红外表征,优化乳液固化条件,并对固化后涂料的耐热性及其基本性能进行分析测试。结果表明:所制备的乳液分子中各原料发生了预设的反应;二元醇分子量对产物耐腐蚀性能有一定影响,当分子量为4 000时,产物耐腐蚀性最优;乳液与固化剂质量比为8:1时达到最优配比;该涂料的耐中性盐雾试验时间可达1 100 h以上;其他各种性能良好。  相似文献

以环氧E-51与St、BA、MAA及N-MA等单体经乳液聚合制成环氧改性丙烯酸乳液.以此乳液为成膜物组分,与颜料、固化剂等制成双组分涂料,其涂层的耐腐蚀等性能获得了很大的提高.讨论了环氧树脂对乳液的各种稳定性及对涂料耐腐蚀性能的影响,并对成膜性能进行了研究.  相似文献

为了研究微胶囊型潜伏性固化剂的制备方法及工艺,以二氨基二苯甲烷(diaminodiphenylmethane,DDM)为芯材、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)为壁材,采用溶剂挥发法制备了DDM-PMMA微胶囊固化剂.讨论了溶剂挥发法制备微胶囊的工艺过程中,乳化方法及表面活性剂和分散剂对乳液稳定性及微胶囊成形过程的影响.通过定时拍照记录的方式,记录并对比了不同乳液体系的静态沉降时间长短,用于评价乳液的稳定性.采用红外光谱法(infrared spectra analysis,IR)和热重分析法(thermogravimetric analysis,TGA)分别对微胶囊的表面化学组成和芯材质量分数进行了表征,并采用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)对微胶囊的表面形貌进行了表征.结果表明,以十二烷基硫酸钠(sodium dodecyl sulfate,SDS)和聚酰胺650为表面活性剂、聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)为分散剂时,采用相反转乳化方法可得到较稳定的乳液,制备的微胶囊接近球形,表面光滑无粘连,且粒径分布较均匀.  相似文献

探讨复相乳液法制备聚乳酸(PLA)/胰岛素缓释微胶囊的制备工艺. 以聚乳酸为包裹载体,胰岛素为模型药物,通过复相乳液法制备出胰岛素缓释微胶囊,通过考察稳定剂、超声时间及功率、搅拌速度、聚乳酸分子量等条件对粒径大小及其分布、表面形态的影响,初步探讨了聚乳酸包裹胰岛素微胶囊的制备工艺.经粒度分析仪、扫描电镜、激光共聚焦显微镜观察结果显示,制备的微胶囊表面光滑圆整,平均粒径在4 μm左右. 复相乳液法制备载药微球工艺简单,乳液稳定性好,可以负载具有生物活性的药物.  相似文献

In order to produce the hear-resistant inner layer of hot-forging die, plasma spraying and plasma re-melting and plasma spray welding were adopted. Substrate material was W6Mo5Cr4V2, including 10%, 20%, 30% SiC ceramic powder used as coating material to obtain different Ni-based SiC alloys coating. Micro-structure and micro-hardness analysis of the coating layer were followed, as well as thermophysical properties for the coating layer were measured. The experimental results show that the coating prepared with 70% Ni60, 30% SiC powder has best properties with plasma spray welding, in which the micro-hardness can achieve 1100 HV, meanwhile can improve the thermal property of hot-forging die dramatically.  相似文献

以环氧树脂、丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料合成水性光敏树脂。讨论了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成水性光敏树脂性能的影响。并初步研究了其在纸张湿部添加中的应用工艺,对其影响因素进行了讨论。结果显示:经过水性光敏树脂涂布后,纸张的物理性能得到了明显的改善。  相似文献

为保护大庆油田三元复合液中油管,以钛纳米改性聚合物为主要原料,研制了钛纳米改性聚合物重防腐涂料.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了钛纳米改性聚合物平均粒径.采用正交试验法,确定最佳原料配比.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了漆膜腐蚀.采用金相显微镜研究了钛纳米改性聚合物在漆膜中的分布.探讨了油管的腐蚀机理和钛纳米涂料的防护机理.实验结果表明:钛纳米含量为6%时,涂料具有最佳的防腐蚀效果,能很好的保护大庆油田三元复合液中的油管,并具有优异的抗化学药品介质的腐蚀性能.  相似文献

In order to restrain the carbon pollution, the feasibility of CaZrO_3 coating was studied. The precursor powder was synthesized via solid-state reaction using metal calcium as a raw material. The protective coating on graphite was prepared by impregnation sintering method, and the effects of slurry viscosity, graphite density and coating thickness for coating were compared. The phase composition and microstructure of coatings were characterized, and the thermodynamic process was analyzed when the coating composition changed from CaZrO_3 to ZrC. The results show that vacuum sintering can result in the decomposition of CaZrO_3 and an intact ZrC coating with beautiful porous structure can be obtained.  相似文献

为了提高压铸模的使用寿命,用有限元方法对涂层为功能梯度材料的压铸模进行分析.梯度材料涂层分为5层,沿模具表面法向氮化钛所占的比例逐渐增加,分别为20%、40%、60%、80%、100%.在不同厚度涂层的应力分析中,涂层中氮化钛的比例不变,只增加每一层的厚度,涂层总厚度分别为0.002 mm,0.004 mm,0.006 mm,0.008 mm,0.01 mm.功能梯度材料的性能参数采用简单混合物运算法则计算.应用有限元法对有功能梯度材料涂层的模具和没有功能梯度材料涂层模具的温度场、应力场进行比较分析,并对不同厚度功能梯度材料涂层的应力进行研究.结果显示:当功能梯度材料涂层的厚度为0.006 mm时温度场分布更合理,表面剪应力及压应力变化平缓,有效延长了模具寿命.  相似文献

针对厚壁细孔铸铁件在消失模铸造条件下的凝固特点,选用铬铁矿粉、石灰石粉及石墨粉作为耐火骨料,钠基膨润土、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和黄原胶为复合悬浮剂,聚醋酸乙烯乳液(自乳胶)和磷酸盐为复合粘结剂配制厚壁细孔铸铁件用消失模水基涂料。通过正交试验,确定了涂料的最佳配比,即耐火骨料由70%的铬铁矿粉、15%的石灰石粉和15%的石墨粉组成,钠基膨润土、CMC、黄原胶、白乳胶、磷酸盐与耐火骨料的质量比,分别为5.0%、0。5%、0.1%、0.5%和2.0%.试验和生产应用结果表明:该涂料具有优良的悬浮性、涂层强度、透气性和高温抗裂性等性能,能有效地防止铸件粘砂缺陷的产生。  相似文献

Common clay, Kaolin and Bentonite were used as additives to prepare water-transmitting coating fiber, respectively, and the water-transmitting characteristic of coating fiber was studied. Different water-transmitting coating fibers were prepared by coating fiber using coating material with different mass proportions of additives to adhesive. And the coating materials were made from three kinds of inorganic clays as additives respectively and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as adhesive. Furthermore, the surface morphology and water-transmitting capacity of coating fiber were studied by SEM, Perkin Elmer Diamond S II thermal multi-analyzer and instrument for quick measurement moisture M30. The experimental results indicate that water-transmitting coating fibers made from three kinds of clays all have water-transmitting capacity. The surface of water-transmitting coating fiber prepared by common clay T is continuous and compact, and the water-transmitting effect is better than coating fibers made from other clays. 以聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,合成水性聚氨酯乳液,采用外添加法制备膨胀型阻燃水性聚氨酯涂层胶.结果表明,采用该水性聚氨酯阻燃涂层胶整理后涤纶织物损毁炭长为5.3cm,在燃烧过程中低烟、低毒、无融滴,属环保型阻燃水性聚氨酯涂层胶.  相似文献
