在实验室研究了AH-70和AH-90两种高等级道路沥青在老化过程中,正戊烷沥青质及针入度、软化点、延度等指标的变化,并根据老化过程中,正戊烷沥青质的变化,进行了沥青老化动力学研究,计算得出了有关动力学参数,得到了沥青老化动力学方程,其计算值与试验数据相吻合。表明高等级道路沥青老化属于一级动力学反应。实际老化过程中针入度、软化点及延度的变化进一步证明了所得动力学模型是可靠的。  相似文献

利用催化油浆馏后残油调合低针入度硬质道路沥青,不仅可以合理利用有限的石油资源,提高炼油厂经济效益,同时也可以解决低针入度硬质道路沥青的生产,满足交通发展对低针入度硬质沥青的需要。对利用催化油浆馏后残油与商品70号沥青调合沥青性能变化规律进行了研究,探索了利用催化油浆制备低针入度硬质沥青的可能性。研究结果表明:催化油浆馏后残油掺兑比在6%~12%范围内与70号商品道路沥青可以调合,随着催化油浆馏后残油掺兑比的提高,调合沥青的软化点增加,针入度下降,延度减小,动力黏度增加,催化油浆馏后残油调合后,调合沥青的黏温性能有所改善,能调合出满足50号B指标要求的道路沥青。  相似文献

对孤岛减压渣油异丁烷馏分脱沥青及掺兑催化油浆脱沥青的脱油沥青生产道路沥青的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:孤岛减压渣油掺兑催化油浆脱沥青获得的脱油沥青的延度有所改善,在相同的收率下获得的脱沥青油的性质更好。在适宜的条件下,脱油沥青的主要指标满足道路沥青标准。  相似文献

糠醛抽出油对道路石油沥青性能的影响分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以70号沥青为基质沥青,在其中加入4种掺配比例的4种糠醛抽出油来制备16种不同的调合沥青。通过测试16种调合沥青的三大指标(针入度、软化点和延度),发现了调合沥青的针入度和软化点与糠醛抽出油掺配比例之间存在着指数关系,确定了糠醛抽出油的最佳掺配比例为2%~4%。同时,还测试了在3%最佳掺配比例下调合沥青的高温性能、低温性能和耐久性,研究表明:在70号沥青中加入3%最佳掺配比例的糠醛抽出油可调合出90号沥青,且调合沥青的各项性能均满足现行规范相关技术要求。  相似文献

选用环氧大豆油改善氧化沥青物理与力学性能,使改性沥青的软化点下降,延度与针入度显著升高,其综合性能基本接近优质道路沥青的指标。扫描电镜与红外光谱分析结果表明:环氧大豆油中环氧基与沥青质、树脂质中的羟基、酚基之间发生物理化学作用,显著提高了环氧大豆油与沥青之间相容性,使沥青质更均匀地分散在改性沥青中,从而改善了氧化沥青的性能。  相似文献

对中石油某厂的脱油沥青(DOA)组成性能进行分析,以DOA、油浆和抽出油等为原料进行沥青调合,并对调合沥青进行软化点、延度、针入度、动力黏度等性质分析。结果表明,DOA与油浆进行沥青调合,可制备满足JTG F40—2004《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青;DOA、油浆和抽出油进行沥青调合,可制备满足相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青;DOA、重脱油和抽出油调合,可制备满足相关技术要求的70#、90#A级重交道路沥青,且70#调合沥青经SBS改性后各项物理性能较好,符合JTG F40—2004改性沥青I-D要求。  相似文献

天然沥青是一种高软化点的沥青,利用天然沥青调合生产硬质沥青是一条解决硬沥青生产的途径.对天然沥青调合商品70号沥青制备硬质沥青技术进行了实验研究,研究结果表明:调合沥青的针入度、延度等指标随天然沥青的添加而降低,软化点及PI值随调合比例提高而增加,在优化的调合比例范围内(外加法)(2.0%~5.0%),调合沥青满足50号道路沥青B级要求,调合天然沥青后可以有效改善沥青的抗车辙性能.  相似文献

针对催化裂化油浆与高蜡含量的减压渣油调合生产道路沥青存在的针入度指数和延伸度低的缺点,通过加入PI值改进剂和增延剂,对调合沥青进行轻度改性。制备符合70B标准的道路沥青。对制得道路沥青试样进行性能评价研究,包括沥青胶结料常规性能评价、沥青胶结料SHRP性能分级评价、沥青混合料性能评价等。评价结果显示,通过该工艺生产的道路沥青满足技术指标要求。  相似文献

In this paper, various brand heavy paving asphalts conforming to GB/T15180-94 standard have been prepared by blending-oxidizing Anshan vacuum residue, and their pavement performances have been evaluated. The laboratory test shows that the prepared AH-70 and AH-90 has the characteristics of good temperature susceptibility, good high-temperature stability and good low-temperature cracking resistance. The mathematic model of the relationship between penetration, softening point of the asphalt and the blender content has been set up and, the relationship between penetration, softening point and the oxidation time has been found. Those mathematic models built by gradual regression of the experiment data can be used to determine the adding amount of the two blenders. Fan daobo experiential equation, which described the relationship between softening point of the paving asphalt and its compositions, has been corrected and the corrected equation is more suitable for the prepared paving asphalts than Fan daobo experiential equation.  相似文献

Solvent deasphalting process is an effective pretreatment upgrading technology for vacuum residuum. The rational use of the de-oiled asphalt with high softening point needs to be solved when the process was applied to upgrade the residue oil. Preparation of the hard paving asphalt with low penetration by adding a certain proportion of high softening point de-oiled asphalt to the commodity 70# paving asphalt was investigated. The performance and The feasibility of the preparation 50# paving asphalt with high softening point de-oiled asphalt has been also discussed. The experimental results showed that the properties of the blend asphalt were changed in different extent with the different proportion between 70# paving asphalt and high softening point de-oiled asphalt. The rheological behavior tests showed that the anti-rutting performance of blending asphalt could be improved due to the addition of de-oiled asphalt. The qualified 50# paving asphalt could be prepared from the de-oiled asphalt and the commodity 70# paving asphalt with the appropriate blending ratio.  相似文献

The changes of n-pentane asphaltene content, penetration, softening point, and ductility of two Saudi Arabian paving asphalts have been studied during aging. Further, aging kinetics of asphalt, based on the change of n-pentane asphaltene content, has been studied. Some correlative kinetic parameters were calculated and the aging kinetics equation of asphalt was gained. The value calculated depending on the equation was in accordance with the experimental data. And the relationship between the composition of the high grade paving asphalt and its aging resistant performances was revealed. It showed that the aging of high grade paving asphalt was a first-order reaction. AH-70 paving asphalt has the following characteristics: higher reaction active energy, less reaction velocity constant, lower aging velocity, and better aging resistance performance compared with AH-90 paving asphalt. The changes of penetration, softening point, and ductility of asphalt during aging further proved that the kinetic model is reliable.  相似文献

在用标准方法测定的沥青软化点和针入度数据的基础上.运用多元同归法建立了沥青软化点和针入度预测模型,并对该模型进行了验证。结果表明:该模型是可靠的,与标准方法相比,用该模型计算沥青针入度的标准偏差南5.61降低到0.42,软化点的标准偏差由0.98降低到0.21;分析针入度时间由至少150min减少到5min,分析软化点由至少60min减少到5min。利用该方法测定沥青软化点和针入度每年可为企业创经济效益至少14万元。但是当原料变化等原因出现模型不能覆盖的试样时,需要用标准方法测量。  相似文献

Grey System Theory is used to study the relationship between the change of compositions of the aged asphalt and the change of its service performance, such as softening point, penetration, and viscosity. The results show that the increase of the asphaltene content and the collapse of the colloidal stability are the main reasons why the service performances of the aged paving asphalt deteriorate. In this paper, the mathematical method is first introduced to the study on the relationship between the change of compositions of the aged paving asphalt and the change of its service performance. The result from Grey System Theory is in accordance with that from the experiential analysis.  相似文献

测试了不同新疆岩沥青掺量的改性沥青针入度、软化点、复数模量、相位角等技术指标,分析了新疆岩沥青对基质沥青高温性能的影响。结果表明:随着新疆岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青的针入度减小、软化点提高、车辙因子变大,改性沥青的高温性能得到增强:新疆岩沥青可改善沥青结合料的粘弹性质,表现为复数剪切模量的增加和相位角的减小;根据Superpave沥青胶结料高温性能分级标准,研究了新疆岩沥青对高温等级的增强效果。  相似文献
