Experimental studies on the solids holdup of a high‐flux circulating fluidized bed (HFCFB) at an operating pressure up to 0.5 MPa were carried out. The effects of operating pressure, solids mass flux and superficial gas velocity on the solids holdup distribution were systematically tested. It was found that the solids holdup at elevated pressure increases with increasing solids mass flux but decreases with increasing superficial gas velocity, which is similar to the trends at atmospheric condition. As a result, the condition of a high‐density circulating fluidized bed (HDCFB), i.e., solids holdup in everywhere of the riser is larger than 10 %) is easier to be achieved at elevated pressure than in a HDCFB operated at atmospheric pressure. In the current work, the condition of a full HDCFB with Geldart group B particles has been achieved successfully at 0.5 MPa.  相似文献

Axial and radial profiles of gas and solids holdups have been studied in agas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed at 140mm i.d..Experimental results indicate that the axialand radial profiles of gas and solids holdups are more uniform than those in a conventionalfluidized bed.Axial and radial liquid dispersion coefficients in the gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidizedbed are investigated for the first time.It is found that axial and radial liquid dispersioncoefficients increases with increaes in gas velocity and solids holdup.The liquid velocity has littleinfluence on the axial liquid dispersion coefficient,but would adversely affect the redial liquiddispersion coefficient.It can be concluded that the gas-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed hasadvantages such as better interphase contact and lower liquid dispersion along the axial directionover the expanded bed.  相似文献

In this work, the electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) with neural network multi-criteria optimization image reconstruction technique (NN-MOIRT), early developed by the authors, is applied to imaging bubble column and three-phase fluidized bed systems in the real time manner. Air, norpar (paraffin) and glass-beads are used as the gas, liquid, and solid phases, respectively. A three-phase capacitance model coupled with a two-region model is proposed to attain the gas holdup and the solids fraction from the permittivity maps of the three-phase system. The two-region model assumes that the solids fraction in the emulsion phase in the no bubble region is the same as in the bubble region. The three-phase capacitance model combines series and parallel capacitance connections among gas, liquid and solid components to relate the three-phase permittivity to each phase holdup. A direct image calculation to obtain the gas holdup from the permittivity map of the three-phase system is also performed by determining the permittivity threshold for the gas bubbles. Comparisons of the gas holdup obtained by ECT with that obtained from liquid head measurement showed a good agreement, validating the applicability of the model and its associated image calculation.  相似文献

An inverse liquid–solid circulating conventional fluidized bed (I-CCFB) is realized by injecting particles from the top of a conventional liquid–solid fluidized bed (0.076 m ID and 5.4 m height) that is operated in a newly developed circulating conventional fluidization regime located between the conventional and circulating fluidization regimes. The I-CCFB can achieve a higher solids holdup compared to both conventional and circulating liquid–solid fluidized beds. A new parameter, the bed intensification factor, is defined to quantify the increased solids holdup observed with external solids circulation. The Richardson–Zaki equation is shown to be applicable to the I-CCFB regime and can be used to correlate the slip velocity and solids holdup, both of which increase with the solids circulation rate. A new flow regime map is presented, including the I-CCFB and a variety of other liquid–solid fluidized beds.  相似文献

研究了大颗粒体系气升式环流反应器的流体力学行为,考察了表观气速和颗粒质量分数对床层膨胀高度、循环液速和固含率分布的影响。实验结果表明,按颗粒的运动状态不同可以将反应器内的流动分为3个区域,即固定床区域、膨胀床区域和循环床区域,各流动区域内的流动行为存在显著差异。随着颗粒质量浓度的增大,起始流化气速和最小循环气速均显著增大。基于三相流化床的流化模型和环流反应器的特点建立了相应的数学模型,对大颗粒三相气升式环流反应器的起始流化气速和最小循环气速进行了预测,模型预测值与实验测量值吻合良好。  相似文献

结合重构相空间方法与人工神经网络法,建立了混沌时间序列预测模型. 应用此模型对f100 mm?16 m的上行气固循环流化床系统中的FCC固体颗粒局部颗粒浓度波动信号进行了预测. 结果表明:循环流化床的颗粒浓度波动信号只能被短期预测,其长期行为是不可预测的,这从另一个角度说明气固循环流化床系统是一混沌系统.  相似文献

利用电导探头测试技术,以不同粒径的玻璃珠颗粒、金精矿、金矿氰化尾渣为固相,空气为气相,不同粘度的液体为液相,对三相流化床中不同测孔的电导率进行测试和计算,系统研究了颗粒粒径(dp)、密度(r)、质量(q)、表观气速(Ug)、液体粘度(ml)等对相含率的影响. 结果表明,dp从0.05 mm增加到0.15 mm,气含率(eg)增加2%~3%,而固含率(es)减小2%~4%;其他条件相同,密度大的颗粒es和eg较小;随q增加,eg降低,es增加,玻璃珠颗粒每增加100 g,eg减小约2.5%,es增加约1.5%;随Ug增大或减小,eg和es亦随之增大或减小;随ml增大或减小,eg和es亦呈增大或减小趋势.  相似文献

The effects of liquid surface tension (42.6 ∼ 72,4 mN/m) and viscosity (1 ∼214mPa • sn), liquid (0.01 ∼0.12m/s) and gas (0.01 ∼0.20m/s) velocities and particle sizes (1 — 8 mm) on phase holdup and mass transfer coefficient ( kLa) have been determined in a 0.142 m-I.D. × 2.0 m-high Plexiglas column. The gas phase holdup increases with liquid velocity, and the rate of increase in gas phase holdup sharply increases with gas velocity in the bed of surfactant solutions. In the beds of 1.0 and 1.7 mm glass beads, the bed contraction occurs whereas in the beds of 2.3 mm glass beads the bed contraction does not occur with an aqueous soltuion of ethanol (σ = 50.4 mN/m). The value of kLa increases with decreasing surface tension (σ ) but it decreases exponentially with increasing liquid viscosity in continuous bubble columns and three-phase fluidized beds. In three-phase fluidized beds with surfactant solutions, kLa increases with gas and liquid velocities and particle size. In three-phase fluidized beds of viscous or surfactant soltuions, kL,a can be estimated in terms of the energy dissipation rate based on the isotropic turbulence theory and a flow regime map is proposed based on the drift flux theory.  相似文献

Hydrodynamic characteristics, viz. bed pressure drop and gas holdup, have been studied for ternary mixtures of homogeneous regular particles in a co-current three-phase fluidized bed. For this, a series of experiments have been carried out in a 5-cm diameter column with air as the gas phase, water as the liquid phase, and ternary mixtures of glass beads (1.54, 1.3, and 1.1 mm) as the solid phase. The dependence of bed pressure drop on the average particle diameter, superficial gas velocity, and initial static bed height has been discussed. Based on the dimensional and statistical analyses, correlations have been developed with the system parameters, for both bed pressure drop and gas holdup. Experimental values of bed pressure drop and gas holdup have been found to agree well with those calculated from developed correlations.  相似文献

在不同结构形式的主分布器条件下,研究了表观液速对换热管中固含率、下管箱内床层高度、静压降及平均固含率的影响。利用体积容积法测量了换热管束中的固含率、刻度尺测量了下管箱中的床层高度、U形管测量了下管箱的静压降,并运用差压法测量了下管箱中平均固含率。采用不均匀度函数衡量了不同结构条件下管束间固含率的不均匀程度。实验结果表明:在换热管下方增加优化后的主分布器可以均匀分布固液两相;主分布器直径变化时对下管箱内流动特性的影响大于主分布器轴向位置改变时的影响。  相似文献

A new internal-circulation gas-solid contactor has been developed to improve and simplify the operation and the structure of the existing circulating fluidized bed (CFB). The contactor consists of a column in which an ascending-flow-type inertial gas-solid separator is equipped to return the solids to the column. To keep gas-solid contact effective, the contactor is operated at a gas velocity above the terminal settling velocity of solid panicles (like the existing CFB). Characteristics of the separator and the rise in holdup in the contactor are described.  相似文献

结合电阻层析成像技术和差压法,以平均粒径为3 mm的聚氨酯为固相,空气为气相,水为液相,对f90 mm的气升式三相外循环环流反应器中局部相含率及其径向分布进行了研究. 结果表明,在实验范围内,增大固相体积分率不影响气含率在上升管中的分布特征;固含率随着表观气速的增大先增大,当表观气速ug=0.09 m/s时反应器达到充分发展段,固相已充分循环;上升管中气固虚拟相的径向分布呈中心高、边壁低的特征,但并非严格对称,在r/R=0~0.2间出现极大值;下降管中气固虚拟相在径向上分布较为均匀. 本工作证实了两种技术相结合测量气液固三相相含率的可行性.  相似文献

A new fiber optic probe system has been developed for measuring the gas-holdup εg and bubble size distribution Ps(db) in multiphase reactors. Experiments have been carried out in a gas-liquid-solid three-phase circulating fluidized bed (TPCFB) with 140mm inner diameter and 3 m height, in which air, tap water and 0.4 mm glass beads are used as the gas, liquid and solid phase, respectively. Based on the measured data, the gas-liquid interracial area a, one or the most important parameters concerning the mass transfer, has been derived. The radial profile of the gas holdup and the gas-liquid interracial area, and the influence or main operating conditions have been studied experimentally in TPCFBs.  相似文献

The distributions of the three phases in gas–liquid–solid circulating fluidized beds (GLSCFB) were studied using a novel measurement technique that combines electrical resistance tomography (ERT) and optical fibre probe. The introduction of gas into a liquid–solid circulating fluidized bed (LSCFB), thus forming a GLSCFB, caused the increase of solids holdup due to the significantly decreased available buoyancy with the lower density of the gas, even with a somewhat increased liquid velocity due to the decreased liquid holdup giving space for the gas holdup. The gas passed through the riser in the form of bubbles, which tended to flow more through the central region of the riser, leading to more radial non‐uniformity in radial holdup of the phases. The gas velocity has the most significant effect on the gas phase holdup. While the gas velocity also has an obvious effect to the solids holdups, the liquid flow rate had a much more considerable effect on the phase holdups. The solids circulation rate also had a significant effect on the phase holdups, with increasing solids circulation rate causing much more increased solids holdup in the central region than close to the wall. A correlation was developed for the relative radial distributions of solids holdup in GLSCFB, as such radial profiles were found similar over a wide range of operating conditions, like those in a typical gas–solid circulating fluidized beds (GSCFB). Finally, the axial solids profiles in a GLSCFB was found to be much closer to those in an LSCFB which are very uniform, than those found in a GSCFB which are less uniform and sometime having a S shape. Water was used as the continuous and conductive phase, air was the gas phase and glass bead and lava rock particles were used as the solid and non‐conductive phase.  相似文献

床层压降、最小流化速度、固含率及其分布和气相返混系数是气固磁稳定反应器放大与优化所必需的基础数据.采用压降法、光电法及瞬态点源示踪技术试验研究了以SRNA-4催化剂为固相的气固磁稳定床的流动特性.试验结果表明:最小流化速度、最小流化状态下的床层空隙率与磁场强度无关;固含率的径向分布基本均匀;磁场强度的增大抑制了颗粒的运动,使得局部固含率略微增加;空塔气速的增加促进了气固磁稳定床的膨胀,使得固含率减小;粒径较小时,随磁场强度及气速的变化贝克来数(Pe)变化不大;粒径较大情况下,Pe随气速增大而减小,随着磁场强度的增大,先增大后减小.试验获得了最小流化速度、固含率和床层高度的关联式,预测值与试验值吻合良好.  相似文献

应用自行开发的微电导探针测试技术,以玻璃珠(dp=0.48 mm, ρs=2460 kg•m-3)和苯乙烯颗粒(dp=1.45mm,ρs=1264 kg•m-3)为固相,空气为气相,水及0.05%、0.20% (质量)SCMC(羧甲基纤维素钠)水溶液为液相,对三相循环流化床(TCFB)的各相局部含率进行了同时测定.考察了不同表观液体速度、辅助液体速度、液体黏度及颗粒密度对局部相含率轴径向分布的影响. 在不同操作条件下,获得了1286套局部相含率实验数据. 给出了局部固含率和局部气含率与操作条件、流体物性及床层轴径向位置的关联式,关联式的计算值与实验值吻合较好.  相似文献
