绝缘材料是冶金电炉、有色电解设备中必不可少的关键材料,这类材料要求耐温度高、抗弧度强,阻燃性好、且有一定的抗热温性,并能长期经受高温、高辐射的考验,能在明火焰中可靠使用,但长期以来,我国冶金电炉、有色电解设备所用的绝缘材料大部分是虫胶云母制品。虫胶云母制品瞩B级绝缘材料,其耐热、耐湿、阻燃等项物理性能指标较低,耐温在130℃以下,当外界温度达到105℃时,虫胶开始软化,熔解。外界温度达130℃以上时逐步焦化,结构很快疏松、风化,进而导致表面碳化为导体引起打弧。而且这类材料耐热湿性能也很差,机械强…  相似文献

Integrated capillary electrophoresis (ICE) is emerging as a new analytical tool allowing fast, automated, miniaturized and multiplexed assays, thus meeting the needs of the pharmaceutical industry in drug development. The current state-of-the-art of ICE is described with an emphasis on the choice of the support material (glass or polymeric materials), electrokinetic fluid handling, and injection and detection issues. Strategies and chip designs for pre- or post-column derivatization, DNA sequencing, on-line PCR analysis, on-chip enzymatic sample digestion, fraction isolation, and immunoassays are presented. Published data on the genetic control of isolating mechanisms in the genus Drosophila are discussed. The main isolation types of genetic mechanisms (ecological isolation, behavioral isolation, hybrid sterility, and the inviability or impaired development of interspecific hybrids) are considered. It is shown that each of the isolation barriers between different species is controlled by a small number of genes. However, as each pair of sibling species is usually separated by several barriers, the total number of isolation genes is about 20 to 30. The probable sequence of events in the appearance of isolation barriers during the divergence of novel species is discussed. A concept of the consolidation of a new species is proposed. This concept is based on the assumption of the genetic determination of behavior that promotes crossing between individuals of the new genotype and constrains their crosses with individuals of the ancestral genotype.  相似文献

Foundation Isolation for Seismic Protection Using a Smooth Synthetic Liner   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Smooth synthetic materials placed underneath foundations of structures can provide seismic protection by absorbing energy through sliding. Cyclic and shaking table tests were conducted on a variety of synthetic interfaces to identify a suitable liner for use as foundation isolation. It was concluded that a high strength, nonwoven geotextile placed over an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, UHMWPE (geotextile/UHMWPE) constitutes a liner that is well suited for this application. The static friction coefficient of the interface (between the geotextile and the UHMWPE) is about 0.1. The dynamic coefficient is about 0.07 and is insensitive to changes in slip rate and normal stress. A single-story structural model with and without foundation isolation was tested using a shaker table. The results demonstrate the role of foundation isolation in substantially reducing the seismic shear forces in the model. Accompanying this reduction in shear forces are slip displacements along the isolation liner. Permanent slip (final location of the structure relative to its initial position) can be reduced through the use of a small restoring force that could be provided through passive soil resistance. Peak-to-peak slip (maximum slip during shaking) needs to be permitted for foundation isolation to be effective. The experimental and analytical research results demonstrate the technical feasibility of using a smooth synthetic liner in earthquake hazard mitigation.  相似文献

The deformation behavior of several single-and two-phase coarse microstructures has been examined using microhardness measurements. It has been found that the strength response of a coarse phase in isolation is distinctly different from its response when it exists in a two-phase system. The second phase alters the mechanical state of the first one andvice versa even in the plastically undeformed condition. This phenomenon is explained in terms of the existence of an appreciable amount of residual stresses in two-phase coarse microstructures. These stresses primarily arise due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficients of the phases. The influence of elastic stress field on microhardness response is shown with a new type of experiment to support the proposed explanation. The present results question the existing expressions for deformation modeling of multiphase materials because of the uncertainties in the estimation of the average strength of the phases in a two-phase system.  相似文献

A large scale extraction and isolation method was developed for the purification of clonidine-displacing substance (CDS) activity from bovine lung or brain. This optimised method used direct freeze drying of tissue, hexane removal of lipids, and methanol extraction of CDS activity. Using a bioassay directed isolation strategy a new CDS compound was purified from an extract of bovine lung. The isolation strategy involved subsequent steps of flash C-18 chromatography, ion exchange, size exclusion, and C-18 HPLC. An HPLC detection method was developed and applied to show that the new CDS is present in both lung and brain tissue. Spectroscopic data for this new CDS indicates that it is related to guanosine, but is not noradrenaline, adrenaline, histamine, agmatine, guanosine, GMP, GDP or GTP.  相似文献
