Researchers have begun developing a color version of electronic paper, just when the monochromatic version has begun to take off in consumer applications. E Ink is one company working on the concept and has already released a demonstration version.     

Contracting agents: legal personality and representation

The combined use of computers and telecommunications and the latest evolution in the field of Artificial Intelligence brought along new ways of contracting and of expressing will and declarations. The question is, how far we can go in considering computer intelligence and autonomy, how can we legally deal with a new form of electronic behaviour capable of autonomous action? In the field of contracting, through Intelligent Electronic Agents, there is an imperious need of analysing the question of expression of consent, and two main possibilities have been proposed: considering electronic devices as mere machines or tools, or considering electronic devices as legal persons. Another possibility that has been frequently mentioned consists in the application of the rules of agency to electronic transactions. Meanwhile, the question remains: would it possible, under a Civil Law framework, to apply the notions of “legal personhood” and “representation” to electronic agents? It is obvious that existing legal norms are not fit for such an endeavouring challenge. Yet, the virtual world exists and it requires a new but realistic legal approach on software agents, in order to enhance the use of electronic commerce in a global world.

ECC离线可分电子现金支付协议

椭圆曲线密码体制以其特有的优越性被广泛用于数据加密，数字签名，同样也可用来构建电子现金系统。因此设计出了一个基于椭圆曲线离散对数的可分电子现金协议系统。此系统是基于椭圆曲线离散对数表示问题的。其安全性是基于椭圆曲线离散对数的安全性。系统采用限制性盲签名，因此满足公平匿名性。     

椭圆曲线密码体制在电子商务中的应用与研究

采用椭圆曲线密码体制ECC对电子商务EC中的信息进行了数字签名验证DSA的系统设计。将ECC公钥算法和高级加密标准AES私钥算法有机结合,解决了密码体制中速度和安全性不能兼顾的问题,并进一步讨论了ECC的实现速度和安全性问题。     

一个优化的公平的电子支付方案

在电子商务中，交易双方往往是互不信任的，交易中的任意一方总担心另一方在交易过程中处于比自己更加有利的位置，从而可能使自己蒙受损失，公平的电子支付方案和协议就是为解决这类问题而设计的，该文借鉴转化数字签名的思想，提出了一个公平的电子支付方案，使交易中的双方在方案中处于平等的位置，实现了交易过程的公平性，该方案涉及到一个可信任的第三方（TTP），但只有在注册阶段和产生争议的时候，才会涉及到TTP，正常的支付过程并不需要TTP，也就是说TTP的引入并不影响支付过程的效率，因而该方案是一个“优化“意义上的公平的电子支付方案。     

Analysing legal status of electronic agents in contracting through interactive websites: comparative study of American,English and EU laws developing Iranian legal system

In the modern world, electronic communications play a significant role in national and international electronic transactions. This issue has forced all legal systems to face up to many emerging legal problems in the context of electronic communications, such as the legal status of electronic agents in contracting electronically. Regarding the legal validity of e-contracts made through interactive websites, the legal status of electronic agents which play an important role in this process is questionable to see whether they are akin to real agents in the physical world or they are only a mere tool of communication. The current article tries to analyse this question by criticising a number of theories and some others based on the technical nature of the Internet, the traditional legal rules and principles and the UNCITRAL regulations on e-commerce and also the statues of American, English and EU laws on e-commerce to develop Iranian legal system.     

可扩展的电子地图符号体系的设计与实现

随着地理信息技术的快速发展和电子地图应用领域的不断拓展,电子地图可视化成为目前GIS和地图学的研究热点之一,而地图符号化处理则是其中的核心问题.应用面向对象及组件化的方法,给出了一种可扩展的地图符号体系的设计方案.基于这种体系结构,可以方便地扩展地图符号类型,实现多种地图符号化方法,从而使电子地图的内容表现及绘制效果达到对丰富性、美观性、艺术性的要求.

随着电力电子装置的广泛应用,谐波问题变得日益严重,而谐波测量是研究谐波问题的重要依据。本文对谐波测量问题进行了分析,讨论了ARM嵌入式应用于谐波测量中的方法.在傅立叶变换上提出了改进的算法,这种方法使谐波测量在实时性、测量精度上得到提高。     

Data standards quality measured for achieving enterprise interoperability: the case of the SETU standard for flexible staffing

Data standards should play an important role in achieving inter-organizational interoperability. Millions are spent on development and adoption of these standards, but does it lead to interoperability? This important question is often not addressed. In this study data interoperability in the Dutch temporary staffing industry is studied by focusing on the quality of the SETU standard and its implementations in practice. The Stichting Elektronische Transacties Uitzendbranche (foundation for electronic transactions in the staffing industry) or SETU, develops and maintains standards for exchange of electronic data in the staffing industry. Our results show that although the SETU standard is equipped for achieving interoperability, this in practice has not been achieved due to low quality implementations. We raise the question why these studies are not being performed on every standard. Another result is that localizations (profiles) may be needed for high quality standards; without localizations interoperability is limited in the SETU case.

电子商务是现代商业方法,其安全性是保证其顺利开展的前提。该文论述和分析了加密技术及其在电子商务安全方面的应用现状。在对称加密体制方面,重点讨论了DES算法,给出了其在密钥管理、安全应用方面存在的问题;在非对称加密体制方面,重点研究RSA及其应用中存在的问题、ECC的优点及应注意的问题等。通过比较对称密钥加密体制和公开密钥加密体制的优缺点,总结出在电子商务中应采用混合密钥加密体制,既保证数据安全,又可提高加密和解密速度。
