This paper presents an optimization of pin through hole (PTH) connector in the wave soldering process; the optimization was performed by using response surface methodology. The geometrical and process parameters (i.e., offset position, pin diameter, offset angle, and solder temperature) were optimized by using response surface methodology via central composite design for the wave soldering process. Thermal fluid–structure interaction aspects were considered in the optimization. A mesh-based parallel code-coupling interface was employed to connect both fluid and structural solvers. The interactive relationship between independent variables (i.e., offset position, pin diameter, offset angle, and solder temperature) and the responses (i.e., filling time at 75% volume, von Mises stress, and maximum displacement) were investigated. The generated empirical models were examined and well substantiated by the simulation results. The optimum geometrical and process parameters of the wave soldering process for the PCB and PTH connector were as follows: 0.12 mm of PTH offset position, 0.17 mm of PTH diameter, 0° of offset angle, and 473 K of molten solder temperature.  相似文献

使用从分子一级拓扑结构出发、结合分子中非氢原子电性和键连属性以及原子间相对距离的分子电性距离矢量(MEDV-B),对58个血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)抑制剂二肽和48个苦味(BT)二肽进行定量结构活性相关(QSAR)研究,用多元线性回归建立矢量描述子与活性观测值间相关模型,并用留一法交互校验(LOO-CV)检验其预测力,取得较满意的结果(ACE:n=58,m=10,R=0.894,RCF=0.818;BT:n=48,m=10,R=0.947,R=0.898);再用逐步回归对变量进行筛选与优化,建立新模型,稳定性与预测力得到进一步改善(ACE:n=58,m=5,R=0.859,RCV=0.824;BT:n=48,m=5,R=0.931,RCV=0.908)。结果表明:该矢量描述子可用于二肽结构表征与生物功能预测,且计算简便。  相似文献

Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs) support service lifecycle tasks, including Development, Deployment, Discovery and Use. We observe that there are two disparate ways to use Grid SOAs such as the Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) as exemplified in the Globus Toolkit (GT3/4). One is a traditional enterprise SOA use where end-user services are developed, deployed and resourced behind firewalls, for use by external consumers: a service-centric (or ‘first-order’) approach. The other supports end-user development, deployment, and resourcing of applications across organizations via the use of execution and resource management services: A Resource-centric (or ‘second-order’) approach. We analyze and compare the two approaches using a combination of empirical experiments and an architectural evaluation methodology (scenario, mechanism, and quality attributes) to reveal common and distinct strengths and weaknesses. The impact of potential improvements (which are likely to be manifested by GT4) is estimated, and opportunities for alternative architectures and technologies explored. We conclude by investigating if the two approaches can be converged or combined, and if they are compatible on shared resources.  相似文献

In this paper, variational iteration method and Adomian decomposition are implemented to construct solitary solutions for variants of K(n, n) equation. In these schemes the solution takes the form of a convergent series with easily computable components. The chosen initial solution or trial function plays a major role in changing the physical structure of the solution. Comparison between the two methods is made and many models are approached. The obtained results reveal that the two methods are very effective and convenient for constructing solitary solutions.  相似文献

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a cyclical syndrome characterized by recurrent episodes of autumn or winter depression and atypical depressive symptoms. This paper describes the characteristics of an international sample of 425 Internet users who responded to newsgroup advertisements seeking people who experienced seasonal changes in mood and behaviour, and completed a modified version of the Seasonal Patterns Assessment Questionnaire. The relationship between SAD and latitude and the relatively novel use of the Internet as a means of data collection are discussed, with emphasis upon the theoretical, methodological and ethical issues encountered during such research.  相似文献

苯丁酸氮芥是一种良好的抗癌药物,但其在水溶液中溶解度低和易水解的特点,使得它的疗效和发展受到限制,瓜环可以包合小分子物质并改善小分子的理化性质,本实验采用分子模拟的方法对瓜环和苯丁酸氮芥包合物的稳定性进行了研究。首先利用分子力学的方法,确定苯丁酸氮芥与七、八元瓜环包合物的最稳定优势构型,在此基础上模拟一定时间内包合物的动态结构,统计苯丁酸氮芥包合前后结构的变化,计算结果表明:由于范德华力和氢键的作用,苯丁酸氮芥和瓜环包合后势能明显下降,证明了七、八元瓜环包合苯丁酸氮芥的包合物动力学上可以稳定的存在。  相似文献

The photoinduced proton-coupled electron transfer chemistry is very crucial to the development of nonlinear optical (NLO) materials with large first hyperpolarizability contrast. We have performed a systematic investigation on the geometric structures, NLO switching, and simulated absorption spectra of rhenium(I) complexes via density functional theory (DFT). The results show that the first hyperpolarizabilities (βvec) increase remarkably with further extending of the organic connectors. In addition, the solvent leads to a slight enhancement of the hyperpolarizability and frequency dependent hyperpolarizability. Furthermore, the proton abstraction plays an important role in tuning the second-order NLO response. It is found that deprotonation not only increases the absolute value of βvec but also changes the sign of βvec from positive to negative. This different sign can be explained by the opposite dipole moments. The efficient enhancement of first hyperpolarizability is attributed to the better delocalization of the π-electron system and the more obvious degree of charge transfer. Therefore, these kinds of complexes might be promising candidates for designed as proton driven molecular second-order NLO switching.  相似文献

The close price prediction model of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Crobex® index is presented in this paper. For the input/output data plan modeling the Crobex® index close price historical data are retrieved from the Zagreb Stock Exchange official internet pages. The prediction model is created in the way that for each of 5 days in advance it predicts the Crobex® close price. The prediction model is generated based on the input/output data plan by means of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system method, representing the fuzzy inference system. It is of the essence to point out that for each day a separate fuzzy inference system is created by means of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system method based on the same set of input/output data, the only difference being that for every separate fuzzy inference system different subsets for training and checking are used so that input variables are differently created. The input/output data set represents the historical data of the Crobex® index close price from 4 November 2010 to 24 January 2012 and the Crobex® index close price is predicted for the subsequent 5 days, the first day of prediction being 25 January 2012. After that the above mentioned input/output data set is shifted 5 days in advance and the Crobex® index close price is predicted in advance for the next 5 days starting with the last day of the input/output data set. In that way the Crobex® index close prices are predicted until 19 October 2012 based on the Crobex® index close price historical data. At the end of the paper qualitative and quantitative estimates are presented for the given approach of predicting the Crobex® index close price showing that the approach is useful for predicting within its limits.  相似文献

Many studies report changes taking place in the field of higher education, changes which present considerable challenges to educational practice. Educational science should contribute to developing design guidance, enabling practitioners to respond to these challenges. Design patterns, as a form of design guidance, show potential since they promise to facilitate the design process and provide common ground for communication. However, the potential of patterns has not been fully exploited yet. We have proposed the introduction of a task conceptualization as an abstract view of the concept chosen as central: the task. The choice of the constituting elements of the task conceptualization has established an analytical perspective for analysis and (re)design of (e)learning environments. One of the constituting elements is that of ‘boundary objects’, which has added a focus on objects facilitating the coordination, alignment and integration of collaborative activities. The presented task conceptualization is deliberately generic in nature, to ease the portability between schools of thought and make it suitable for a wide target audience. The conceptualization and the accompanying graphical and textual representations have shown much promise in supporting the process of analysis and (re)design and add innovative insights to the domain of facilitating the creation of design patterns.  相似文献

A facile method has been utilized to synthesize a hydrophobic form of nano-scaled iron (II) tetrasulfophthalocyanine (nanoFeTSPc), integrated with functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (fMWCNT-nanoFeTSPc). The nanocomposite was characterized by UV–visible spectra, EDX, FESEM, and TEM. The electrocatalytic properties of the film on a glassy carbon electrode were investigated using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, chronoamperometry and square wave voltammetry. The fMWCNT-nanoFeTSPc modified electrode demonstrated higher catalytic performance in terms of electron transport and current response compared to the other electrodes studied towards dopamine (DA) detection giving a sensitivity of 0.314 μA μM−1 and a limit of detection of 9.86 × 10−8 mol L−1. A selective detection was realized in elimination of ascorbic acid response on the film of fMWCNT-nanoFeTSPc. The detection limit in the presence of a high concentration of ascorbic acid was 3.5 × 10−7 mol L−1.  相似文献

β-trefoil is one of the superfolds among proteins. Important classes of proteins like Interleukins (ILs), FibroblastGrowth Factors (FGFs), Kunitz (STI) family of inhibitors etc. belong to this fold. Kunitz (STI) family of inhibitors of proteins possess a highly conserved and structurally important Trytophan 91 (W91) residue, which stitches the top layer of the barrel with the lid. In this article we have investigated the molecular insights of the involvement of this W91 residue in the stability and folding pathway of Kunitz (STI) family. Winged bean Chymotrypsin inhibitor (WCI), a member of Kunitz (STI) family was chosen as a model system for carrying out the work. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations were run with a set of total six proteins, including wild type WCI (WT) & five mutants namely W91F, W91M, W91A, W91H and W91I. Among all of them the coordinates of four proteins were taken from their crystal structures deposited in the Protein Data Bank (PDB), where as the coordinates for the rest two was generated using in-silico modelling. Our results suggest that truly this W91 residue plays a determining role in stability and folding pathway of Kunitz (STI) family. The mutants are less stable and more susceptible to quicker unfolding at higher temperatures compared to the wild type WCI. These effects are most pronounced for the smallest mutants namely W91H and W91A, indicating more is the cavity created by mutation at W91 position more the proteins becomes unstable.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to present different fractional step schemes in the algebraic context to solve the incompressible Navier–Stokes equations, test them and pick the best one in terms of efficiency and robustness. The equivalence between fractional step schemes and iterative methods for the pressure Schur complement system has been well established in the literature. For example, the classical incremental projection scheme can be associated with a Richardson iteration for the pressure Schur complement plus a correction to enforce the mass conservation. We introduce in this paper an Orthomin(1) iteration which minimizes the Schur complement residual at each solver iteration by using, in the updating step, a factor dynamically computed. Two versions are considered, namely the momentum preserving and continuity preserving versions. The method is compared to the classical Richardson method, including the continuity and momentum preserving versions. In addition, two Schur complement preconditioners are considered and compared, based on the approximation of the weak Uzawa operator. From the implementation point of view, the benefit of the method is two fold. On the one hand, it can be easily implemented starting from the global matrix of the monolithic scheme, without changing the assembly. On the other hand, it enables the use of simple algebraic solvers without the need for complex preconditioners; this is a requirement for massively parallel computers. The four methods are finally tested and compared through the solution of numerical examples. The main conclusion is that with very few additional computation, the Orthomin(1) iteration largely improves the global convergence properties of the fractional schemes here presented.  相似文献

Internet contributes to the development of science and facilitates scientific demeanors while it also serves as a ground for academic misdemeanors. Recent studies indicate that Internet facilitates and spreads academic dishonesty. The purpose of the current study is to investigate the extent of involvement of Turkish university students in academic dishonesty practices facilitated through Internet (i.e. e-dishonesty) and to question the conditions which lead to e-dishonesty. Three hundred and forty nine education faculty students from the most populated state university in Turkey were administered two Likert-Scale questionnaires developed by the researchers. After the reliability and validity conditions were met, two exploratory factor analyses were conducted. The first one revealed the factors constituting common types of e-dishonesty among undergraduate students which were fraudulence, plagiarism, falsification, delinquency, and unauthorized help. The second factor analysis exhibited individual and contextual factors triggering e-dishonesty which were named as individual factors, institutional policies and peer pressure. Results of both analyses are discussed and suggestions for further research are provided.  相似文献

Two series of 1-furoylthioureas were used as modifiers of carbon paste electrodes (CPE). The preconcentration of Cd(II) at CPE modified with these 3-monosubstituted and 3,3-disubstituted 1-furoylthioureas and its subsequent voltammetric determination was studied with Cd(II) test solution. The preconcentration of cadmium at the surface of the modified CPE varied with the steric and electronic nature of the present CS neighboring groups. This is in accord with the changes observed in the Raman spectra of the ligands after complexation with CdCl2, and with the chemical yields of the complexes obtained.  相似文献
