本文着重研究了Cu-Zn-Al合金α+β区淬火加低温时效、β区淬火加低温时效及冷变形加低温时效三种热处理工艺对Cu-Zn-Al合金组织和性能的影响,确定了该合金在工业化生产应用时比较适合的热处理工艺。并发现冷变形加低温时效热处理工艺不仅能极大地提高该合金的抗拉强度,且能使该合金保持较高的伸长率。  相似文献

制备了一种含微量稀土铈的银铈合金。研究了铈对合金基本性能的影响。用热重分析(TG)法研究了铈对合金氧化特性的影响。用该合金作为电接点材料进行了生产考核实验,发现该合金具有优良的导热性、导电性、接触电阻小而稳定、有一定的灭弧能力和有益的氧化特性。特别是微量铈的添加,使该合金具有特别优异的抗熔焊特性;并用分光分析实验初步探讨了合金在电弧作用下的物理化学过程。  相似文献

以聚氨酯泡沫树脂为基体,采用化学镀、电沉积、热解和氢气还原的方法制备出网状结构的泡沫Ni-Mo合金。对该泡沫合金的形貌、镀液组分与合金组分的关系和合金的抗拉强度、抗腐蚀性、高温抗氧化性进行了分析研究。试验结果表明:合金中Mo含量随着Na2MoO4浓度增加而增加,该泡沫合金骨架平整,泡沫Ni-Mo合金抗拉强度、耐腐蚀性和高温抗氧化性优于泡沫镍,在中性盐雾试验中的抗腐蚀性加强,高温抗氧化性也增强。  相似文献

The effects of magnetic heat treatment on magnetostriction properties of Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95 alloy were investigated.The directionally solidified alloy was heated to various temperatures near Curie temperature TC in vacuum, kept for a certain time under the application of magnetic field and then cooled to room temperature.The magnetostriction coefficient was measured by a resistance strain gage.The crystal structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD).The experimental results show that the magnetostriction coefficient obviously increases and the grains orientations along the axis changed somewhat as the field of 1 T vertical to axis of the rod-shaped specimen is applied for 5 min at the heating temperature slightly lower than TC.  相似文献

The iron- based nano- soft magnetic alloy is applied to many magnetic components such as choke coils and transformers due to its excellent soft magnetic properties such as high saturation magnetic induction, low coercivity and low loss, which has attracted widely attention. Firstly, the research progress of traditional nano soft magnetic alloy and new FeSiBPCu nano soft magnetic alloy is elaborated??and the exploration of nano- soft magnetic alloys by some researchers at home and abroad was introduced. Then, compare the new FeSiBPCu nano- soft magnetic alloy with traditional nano- soft magnetic alloy, its advantages and disadvantages were listed. The progress and current status of some extended research on new FeSiBPCu nano- soft magnetic alloy to deal with these disadvantages was introduced. 使用电弧熔炼法制备了La1.1Fe11.4Si1.55Ge0.05合金。研究了用少量的Ge替代Si后,La1.1Fe11.4Si1.55Ge0.05合金的磁性和磁热效应。粉末X射线衍射结果表明:在1273K真空退火处理10d后,合金La1.1Fe11.4Si1.55Ge0.05主相为NaZn13型立方结构,存在微量的α-Fe相。热磁曲线M-T与Arrott曲线表明:在居里温度Tc=205K处发生由铁磁性(TTc)转变为顺磁性(TTc)的二级磁相变。在磁场变化0~1.5T下,根据等温磁化曲线通过Maxwell关系式计算得出最大磁熵变-ΔSmmax=9J.kg-.1K-1。Ge替代Si后该合金在其居里温度Tc处-ΔSm-T曲线半高宽增大,使合金的相对制冷能力RCP(S)有所提高。  相似文献

 Fe Cr系软磁合金是一种抗蚀软磁材料。在Fe 13%Cr和Fe 17%Cr中添加不同含量的钼,对合金的抗点蚀、盐雾腐蚀、浸泡腐蚀以及大气腐蚀的能力和相应的磁性能进行了系统、全面的研究。结果表明,在这两种软磁合金中加入质量分数为20%和30%的钼,可明显提高合金的耐蚀能力;合理控制钼含量和采用相应的热处理工艺对合金磁性能的影响并不明显。  相似文献

摘要:利用激光多普勒法测量50Hz下非晶合金带材的磁致伸缩曲线,研究了磁场退火对Fe80Si9B11非晶合金带材的磁致伸缩特性的影响。结果显示,在相同的磁场强度下非晶带材经横磁退火后磁致伸缩最大,无磁场退火次之,纵磁退火时最小。然后,采用Kerr方法观察了非晶合金带材的磁畴形貌,从微观结构上解释了经不同磁场退火后磁致伸缩大小不同的机理。最后,对无磁场退火、横磁退火和纵磁退火后的Fe80Si9B11铁基非晶合金铁芯进行了噪音测试。结果显示,在相同的频率和磁通密度下,非晶合金铁芯经横磁退火后噪音最大,无磁场退火次之,纵磁退火时噪音最小,与非晶合金带材经不同磁场热处理后磁致伸缩大小的规律一致。为解决非晶合金铁芯在实际应用中的噪音问题提供了参考。  相似文献

The effect of adding 0.5mass% Cu on ductility and magnetic properties of Fe-6.5Si(mass%)alloy was investigated.The alloys with and without 0.5mass% Cu addition were warm rolled into thin sheets of thickness no more than 0.3mm at temperature below 600 ℃.It was found that the alloy with 0.5mass% Cu addition was more easily warm rolled than Cu-free alloy.Tensile tests were carried out to further investigate this phenomenon,which confirmed that the ductility of the alloy with 0.5mass% Cu addition was significantly higher than that of Cu-free alloy at 550 ℃.Based on the results of transmission electron microscopy analysis,the ductility increase of the alloy with 0.5mass% Cu addition was attributed to the effect of Cu on the promotion of dynamic recovery and suppression of long-range order in the alloy during warm rolling process.It was also observed that the iron loss was lower and inductance was higher for the alloy with 0.5 mass% Cu addition.Thus,it can be concluded that adding a suitably small amount of Cu would not only increase the ductility of Fe-6.5Si alloy at warm rolling temperatures but also improve its magnetic properties.  相似文献

Finemet type alloys attract a large number of scholars at home and abroad to study them due to their excellent soft magnetic properties such as high magnetic permeability, low loss and small magnetostriction coefficient. The structure and magnetic properties of Finemet type alloys were introduced and compared with other typical soft magnetic materials. The research work on improving the soft magnetic high saturation magnetic induction intensity of Finemet type alloy at home and abroad was reviewed, and the suggestions for future research directions were put forward.  相似文献
