为了解决醇胺法燃烧后捕集二氧化碳再生能耗过高的问题,研究了一种向胺溶液中添加金属离子以降低其CO2解吸能耗的方法,称之为金属离子络合物热缓冲自热利用技术。以广泛商业化应用的单乙醇胺(MEA)溶液为研究载体,并在MEA溶液中分别添加金属离子铜或镍, 通过建立含有金属离子的MEA捕集CO2体系的化学反应模型,解释金属离子热缓冲剂效应的内在机理。机理显示在MEA-金属离子-CO2-H2O体系中,金属-MEA络合物作为一种有效的反应热缓冲剂,将有机胺吸收CO2过程中释放的反应热(放热反应)存储于金属络合物的解离键能中(吸热反应),在CO2高温解吸中通过其络合放热反应将储存的能量释放出来用于CO2解吸,形成自热再生低能耗CO2捕集技术,从而降低了MEA再生的能耗。本文进行了综合的实验测定来评价金属离子对MEA溶液捕集CO2过程的性能提升影响,包括CO2反应热、解吸速率、吸收-解吸循环负载、汽液平衡溶解度等。实验结果表明铜离子或镍离子作为添加剂,能增加MEA的CO2平衡循环负载14%~20%或7%~10%,同时能够降低MEA的CO2反应热值6.6%~24%或6.0%~20%。  相似文献

有机胺法是最有效的燃煤烟气二氧化碳(CO2)捕集技术之一。使用Aspen plus模拟乙醇胺(MEA)捕获烟气CO2的过程,先进行单独的吸收塔与再生塔模拟,在单独系统模型收敛的基础上,再进行吸收-解吸的综合模拟。在入塔烟气流量为8.22 m3/min、CO2物质的量分数为0.18、MEA流量为2 311.3 kg/h、MEA物质的量分数为0.12条件下,MEA捕集燃煤烟气中CO2的模拟结果: CO2脱除率为69.3%,净化气中CO2物质的量分数为5.33×10-2,再生塔顶再生气中CO2物质的量分数为0.956,基本达到了设计要求。此为更深入地开展胺法吸收CO2的研究提供了依据。  相似文献

Solid amine-based adsorbents were widely studied as an alternative to liquid amine for post-combustion CO2 capture (PCC). However, most of the amine adsorbents suffer from low thermal stability and poor cyclic regenerability at the temperature of hot flue gases. Here we present an amine loaded proton type Y zeolite (HY) where the amines namely monoethanolamine (MEA) and ethylenediamine (ED) are chemical immobilized via ionic bond to the zeolite framework to overcome the amine degradation problem. The MEA and ED of 5%, 10% and 20% (mass) concentration – immobilized zeolites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and N2 -196 ℃ adsorption to confirm the structure integrity, amine functionalization, and surface area, respectively. The determination of the amine loading was given by C, H, N elemental analysis showing that ED has successfully grafted almost twice as many amino groups as MEA within the same solvent concentration. CO2 adsorption capacity and thermal stability of these samples were measured using thermogravimetric analyser. The adsorption performance was tested at the adsorption temperature of 30, 60 and 90 ℃, respectively using pure CO2 while the desorption was carried out with pure N2 purge at the same temperature and then followed by elevated temperature at 150 ℃. It was found that all the amine@HY have a substantial high selectivity of CO2 over N2. The sample 20% ED@HY has the highest CO2 adsorption capacity of 1.76 mmol·g-1 at 90 ℃ higher than the capacity on parent NaY zeolite (1.45 mmol·g-1 only). The amine@HY samples presented superior performance in cyclic thermal stability in the condition of the adsorption temperature of 90 ℃ and the desorption temperature of 150 ℃. These findings will foster the design of better adsorbents for CO2 capture from flue gas in post-combustion power plants.  相似文献

The solubility of H2S and CO2 in aqueous solutions of the sterically hindered amine, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP), was determined at 40 and 100°C. Partial pressures of C)2 ranged from approximately 2 to 6000 kPa and of H2S from 2 to 2200 kPa. The solubility results were compared with previously reported acid gas solubilities in aqueous monoethanolamine (MEA) solutions.  相似文献

Post-combustion CO2 capture (PCC) process faces significant challenge of high regeneration energy consumption. Biphasic absorbent is a promising alternative candidate which could significantly reduce the regeneration energy consumption because only the CO2-concentrated phase should be regenerated. In this work, aqueous solutions of triethylenetetramine (TETA) and N,N-diethylethanolamine (DEEA) are found to be efficient biphasic absorbents of CO2. The effects of the solvent composition, total amine concentration, and temperature on the absorption behavior, as well as the effect of temperature on the desorption behavior of TETA-DEEA-H2O system were investigated. An aqueous solution of 1 mol·L-1 TETA and 4 mol·L-1 DEEA spontaneously separates into two liquid phases after a certain amount of CO2 is absorbed and it shows high CO2 absorption/desorption performance. About 99.4% of the absorbed CO2 is found in the lower phase, which corresponds to a CO2 absorption capacity of 3.44 mol·kg-1. The appropriate absorption and desorption temperatures are found to be 30℃ and 90℃, respectively. The thermal analysis indicates that the heat of absorption of the 1 mol·L-1 TETA and 4 mol·L-1 DEEA solution is -84.38 kJ·(mol CO2)-1 which is 6.92 kJ·(mol CO2)-1 less than that of aqueous MEA. The reaction heat, sensible heat, and the vaporization heat of the TETA-DEEA-H2O system are lower than that of the aqueous MEA, while its CO2 capacity is higher. Thus the TETA-DEEA-H2O system is potentially a better absorbent for the post-combustion CO2 capture process.  相似文献

ZIF-8/2-甲基咪唑-乙二醇-水浆液(ZIF-8浆液)可以高效低耗能地分离CO2。为了进一步评估ZIF-8浆液在填料塔中分离CO2的塔效率及能耗,使用Peng-Robinson(PR)状态方程,求出CO2和ZIF-8浆液的二元交互作用参数(kCO2),将二元交互作用参数和Aspen Plus软件进行关联,对CO2/N2多级吸收分离进行过程模拟。计算结果表明在中试填料塔中,ZIF-8浆液仅需要5块理论塔板即可将CO2浓度由20%(mol)降低至2%(mol)以下,填料塔的塔板效率为25%。对中试分离CO2/N2进行能耗计算,结果表明当解吸条件为解吸温度333 K,解吸压力0.8 MPa和空气吹扫流量200 L/h时,CO2捕集等效功最低可至0.474 GJ/t CO2。在同样条件下使用ZIF-8浆液和MEA(30%(mass))水溶液进行碳捕集时,CO2捕集等效功分别为0.507 GJ/t CO2和0.957 GJ/t CO2,ZIF-8浆液的CO2捕集等效功仅为MEA水溶液的53%。  相似文献

在密闭空间实际工况下,通过两组平行对照试验,考察了长时间吸脱附循环对固态胺材料CO2吸附性能的影响,对材料进行长寿命试验,并验证一年内固态胺材料性能的稳定性。结果表明,两组试验分别经过2128轮和2267轮吸脱附循环后,固态胺材料仍表现出良好的吸脱附稳定性。在长寿命试验条件下,两组吸附剂的CO2的吸附量维持在约28 mg·g-1,有机胺含量未见流失,活性胺含量比初始材料有所提高并不再降低,材料机械强度未受到影响。结果证明,高分子树脂基固态胺材料不仅能在室温条件下高效吸附CO2,且能在温和条件下实现CO2的解吸,在减少能耗的同时还有利于材料使用寿命的延长,适宜作为太空密闭空间中去除低浓度CO2的吸附材料,为航天员的生命保障提供技术支撑。  相似文献

采用停留光谱法和核磁共振(氢谱)法系统地研究了二氧化碳(aq)、碳酸氢盐与一乙醇胺(MEA)、L-氨基丙醇(2-AP)、1-氨基-2-丙醇(1-AP)、N-甲基正丙胺(IBA)、3-氨基丙醇(3-AP)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、吗啉(MORP)、哌啶(PIPD)和4-哌啶甲醇(4-PIPDM)在水溶液中25℃下的反应动力学,阐明其反应机理,给出二氧化碳、碳酸氢盐与有机胺的反应速率常数、氨基甲酸盐质子化常数和氨基甲酸盐的稳定常数。研究发现:二氧化碳与伯胺和仲胺的反应速率常数与其氨基甲酸盐的稳定常数具有线性关系。发现氨基甲酸盐稳定常数代表液态有机胺(氨)分子的空间位阻效应、溶剂化效应和电子效应的协同作用,它对于设计新型液态有机胺分子具有重要理论指导作用。  相似文献

In this work, an air-blast atomizing column was used to study the CO2 capture performance with aqueous MEA (mono-ethanol-amine) and NaOH solutions. The effects of gas flow rate, the liquid to gas ratio (L/G), the CO2 concentration on the CO2 removal efficiency (η) and the volumetric overall mass transfer coefficient (KGav) were investigated. The air-blast atomizing column was also compared with the pressure spray tower on the studies of the CO2 capture performance. For the aqueous MEA and NaOH solutions, the experimental results show that the η decreases with increasing gas flow rate and CO2 concentration while it increases with increasing L/G. The effects on KGav are more complicated than those for η. When the CO2 concentration is low (3 vol%), KGav increases with increasing gas flow rate while decreases with increasing L/G. However, when the CO2 concentration is high (9.5 vol%), as the gas flow rate and L/G increases, KGav increases first and then decreases. The aqueous MEA solution achieves higher η and KGav than the aqueous NaOH solution. The air-blast atomizing column shows a good performance on CO2 capture.  相似文献

在某燃煤电厂用乙醇胺(MEA)作吸收剂进行了CO2燃烧后捕集中试,并对系统的排放物进行了分析。吸收塔尾气和再生气用GASMET烟气监测系统进行在线监测,可得到二者组分及含量。结合电厂烟气、连续监测系统(CEMS)数据及实验室溶液分析,根据烟气数据对MEA的挥发及降解情况作了研究,比较了系统前后烟气组分的变化,讨论其尾气对环境是否造成二次污染。试验结果表明:MEA在吸收塔中主要发生氧化降解,在再生塔中主要发生热降解,且溶剂损耗主要来自氧化降解和挥发;降解的主要产物为NH3和乙醛,二者在气体中含量变化情况与溶液中MEA浓度变化基本一致;预洗塔能除去原烟气中部分酸性气体。故CO2捕集系统可以进一步减少电厂净烟气中的原有污染物,但也会产生新的污染组分。新生成的污染物含量很少,符合国家标准,不会造成二次污染。  相似文献

构建了氨基修饰微孔/介孔复合材料AM-5A-MCM-41的全原子模型,采用巨正则Monte Carlo(GCMC)方法研究了它的CO2吸附分离性能,采用加权混合规则来描述氨基和CO2分子的弱化学作用。模拟结果表明,CO2分子优先吸附在复合材料介孔表面的氨基附近,CO2纯气体的吸附量和吸附热有了显著提高,而N2的吸附量和吸附热则基本不受影响。对于CO2和N2的混合气分离,由于复合材料对CO2的弱化学吸附作用,显著提高了CO2吸附量和吸附选择性,在573 K和100 kPa时CO2/N2的选择性达到了87.0。通过分子模拟研究可以从微观角度了解CO2在氨基修饰的微孔/介孔复合材料中的吸附分离的细节和机理,为实验设计和合成高效CO2吸附剂提供指导。  相似文献

Information on acid gas solubility in solvents utilized is needed for the design of gas plants. A mathematical model for the prediction of equilibrium solubility of CO2 and H2S in aqueous 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol (AMP) solutions is presented. The equilibrium constant, K1 governing the main amine reaction is expressed as a function of not only temperature but also acid gas partial pressure and AMP concentration. 建立了一套放大脱硫装置, 利用该装置研究了乙醇胺乳酸盐([MEA]L)水溶液在不同条件下吸收SO2的性能, 确定出了较优的实验条件, 并在该条件下进行吸收-解吸SO2循环实验。研究结果表明:烟气中SO2的去除率随[MEA]L中水分的增加而增加;SO2的去除率随着气液比的减少而增加, 在气液比为420, SO2浓度为2850~14280 mg·m-3范围内时, 出口烟气中SO2浓度均小于285 mg·m-3, 满足排放标准;烟气中的CO2对[MEA]L水溶液吸收SO2没有影响;利用蒸汽对富液进行解吸再生, 解吸后的贫液可以继续使用, 并且仍具有很高的SO2去除率。  相似文献

N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)是一种很有前途的吸收剂,具有较快的反应速率和较高的CO2捕集能力。在本研究中,DMEA作为一种新型吸收剂被应用于中空纤维膜接触器,用于从CO2/CH4气体混合物中分离CO2。通过建立二维稳态数学模型,模拟了MEA、DEA、MDEA和DMEA四种吸收剂在不同操作条件下对CO2吸收性能的影响。结果表明,脱碳性能大小为MEA>DMEA>DEA>MDEA;气相参数对脱碳率的影响比液相参数更显著;提高气体流速和CO2浓度,脱碳率均会下降;提高液速和吸收剂浓度,脱碳率均增大,适当提高吸收剂流速和吸收剂浓度可以提高CO2去除效率。此外,CO2吸收通量将随着气体速度的增加而增加,随着液相中CO2负荷的增加而减少。最后,通过两种影响因素共同作用确定了膜接触器分离酸性气体的最佳操作条件。因此,膜吸收法在天然气脱碳方面有良好的潜力。  相似文献

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is one of the commonly emitted gaseous by-products in industrial processes. While CO2 gas is the main cause to greenhouse effect, various CO2 capture technologies have been proposed and implemented to sequester the CO2 before the waste gases being released into the atmosphere. One of the mature technologies for CO2 absorption is by using amine-based solvents. In this regard, different single amine solvents or blended amine solvents have been proven for their capability to remove CO2. However, the dissolution and reaction of CO2 gas with the amine solvents turn the solution corrosive. Such phenomenon is undesired as it posts corrosion problem to the absorption column, which normally built of carbon steel material. Henceforth, understanding the behaviour of different amine-based solvents in absorbing CO2 and its subsequent impact on carbon steel corrosion is very significant. In this review article, we will outline some of the more commonly used solvents and their respective advantages and disadvantages, motivating further investigation into the corrosion tendency. Meanwhile, existing gaps in this research area are discussed for future investigation.  相似文献

The absorption of dilute CO2 into aqueous solutions of sterically hindered 2-methyl aminoethanol (MAE) and the desorption of CO2 from CO2-loaded MAE solutions into N2 stream were investigated separately for the various combinations of operational variables, using a hydrophobic microporous hollow fiber (polytetrafluoroethylene, PTFE) contained gas-liquid contactor with aqueous solutions of MAE as liquid media in the shell side at 30°C. The absorption of CO2 in this contactor is governed by resistance in the liquid and hollow fiber phases. The resistance to diffusion in the hollow fiber phase amounts to 76-80% of the total resistance. Nevertheless, the absorption rates of CO2 into aqueous MAE solutions in this contactor are higher than those into aqueous solutions of sterically hindered 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) in the stirred tank with a plane unbroken gas-liquid interface. The process of desorption of CO2 from CO2-loaded MAE solutions can be regarded as being controlled by diffusion and chemical reaction in both the stagnant film of the liquid phase and the liquid-filled pore of the hollow fiber phase under the slow or intermediate reaction regime. Both absorption and desorption rates under the simultaneous absorption-desorption operation in a single unit tend to approach the respective constant values as process time elapses. The total absorption rate here seems to be almost balanced with the total desorpion rate at the constant mass transfer rate periods.  相似文献

燃煤电厂烟气中存在的微量SO2对胺基CO2固体吸附剂的碳酸化反应及循环特性有不利影响。利用固定床反应器,针对采用溶胶凝胶法制备的胺基CO2固体吸附剂的碳酸化特性及其在含SO2气氛下的失效规律进行了实验研究,并结合红外光谱、有机元素分析、BET等测试手段,研究其失效机理。结果表明,所制备的胺基CO2固体吸附剂在反应温度50℃时具有较好的碳酸化反应特性和循环特性。当反应气氛中存在SO2时,由于生成了不可再生的亚硫酸/硫酸盐类物质而导致胺基活性位损失,孔隙结构发生变化,影响了吸附剂的脱碳性能,但适当提高反应温度可提高吸附剂的碳酸化反应竞争性。  相似文献

采用混合胺吸收剂替代传统一乙醇胺(MEA)吸收剂是降低有机胺法碳捕集工艺能耗的重要方法。利用Aspen plus软件模拟了以甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)/哌嗪(PZ)混合胺为吸收剂的燃煤电厂每年百万吨CO2捕集工艺系统,考察了贫液负荷、MDEA/PZ混合胺浓度、MDEA/PZ比例和解吸压力等因素对解吸塔再沸器热负荷和冷凝器冷负荷的影响。通过对这些影响因素下吸收塔内液相温度分布和CO2负荷分布变化揭示了MDEA/PZ对CO2的吸收特性。此外,进一步分析了不同影响因素下解吸塔内气液相CO2浓度驱动力和气液相级间温度驱动力分布特性,发现了强浓度驱动力和低温度驱动力分布更有利于降低再生能耗。研究表明,由30%MDEA和20%PZ组成的混合胺液在贫液负荷为0.08和解吸压力为2.02×105Pa时,再沸器热负荷和塔顶冷凝负荷分别为2.76GJ/tCO2和0.60GJ/tCO2,相比传统MEA吸收剂降低了20.92%和40.0%。  相似文献

化学吸收法CO2捕集技术的核心是吸收剂,吸收剂的稳定性是实现CO2捕集装置长周期连续运行的关键。本文针对0.6mol/L AEP-0.4mol/L DPA-0.1mol/L ACT相变有机胺吸收体系高温、含氧等条件下降解会带来腐蚀增强、吸收剂损耗的技术难题,进行了降解组分分析,研究了降解的主要影响因素。研究发现,CO2负载、O2、温度对降解率均有较大影响,其中影响因素排序为CO2>O2>温度,Fe3+对氧化降解影响大于对热降解的影响。通过GC-MS分析可知,热降解热稳定盐主要有3种,氧化降解热稳定盐主要有6种。为抑制热降解与氧化降解,研究选取酒石酸钾钠等6种抗氧化剂进行考察,得到最佳抗氧化剂为丙酮肟,最佳添加量为800mg/L,其中热降解抑制率为97.9%,氧化降解抑制率达到98.3%,实现了AEP-DPA-ACT相变体系的低降解率,为相变纳米流体的稳定运行提供了保障。  相似文献

The reaction of carbon dioxide catalytic reforming with methane is an attractive route because these greenhouse gases can be converted into variable feedstocks. However this reaction is a highly energy consuming and coke forming process. These problems were improved by the electrocatalytic reforming of CO2 with CH4 in a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) membrane reactor system, which generates high electrical power and synthesis gases. The single cell consists of catalyst electrode (NiO–MgO), counter electrode ((La,Sr)MnO3) and Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) electrolyte. The reaction rates of CO2 and CH4, and the electrochemical properties were investigated by an on-line GC and impedance-analyzer under open- and closed-circuit conditions, respectively. It was found that reaction rates of CO2 and CH4 under the closed-circuit condition were more stable than those of the open-circuit. The results were interpreted that the stability of catalyst anode was maintained by the reaction of oxygen ion transferred from the cathode with the surface carbon formed in the internal CO2 reforming by CH4 in SOFC system.  相似文献
