研究了铍与磺基水杨酸的显色反应条件。结果表明,铍在pH9.2~10.8的氨性缓冲溶液中,与磺基水杨酸作用形成稳定的无色络合物[Be(OH)2(C6H4OHCOO)2]2,方法的最大吸收波长316 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.2×103,在100 mL溶液中铍质量在0~100μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法简单、快速、准确、选择性好,用于铍铜母合金中铍的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

The thermal stresses that may develop due to crystal anisotropy within the microstructure of beryllium and certain other hcp materials are described. The magnitude of the unrelaxed thermal stress in polycrystalline beryllium is estimated numerically. The calculated values for the local thermal stresses that might occur in polycrystalline beryllium are comparable to the bulk stresses that are measured for yielding and fracture. The possible influence of these stresses on the initiation of cleavage cracks in rolled beryllium sheet and in extruded beryllium plate is described. N. R. Borch, formerly with Lawrence Radiatior. Metallic biomaterials are mainly used for replacing failed hard tissue. The main metallic biomaterials are stainless steels, Co-based alloys, and titanium and its alloys. Recently, titanium alloys are getting much attention for biomaterials. The various kinds of new high strength α+β and low-modulus β-type titanium alloys composed of nontoxic elements, such as Nb, Ta, Zr, etc., are developed for biomedical applications because of the toxicity of alloying elements and lack of mechanical biocompatibility of conventional titanium alloys, such as Ti-6Al-4V. Recent research and development in other metallic alloys, such as stainless steels and Co-based alloys, also will be discussed.  相似文献

高熵合金与非晶合金作为新一代金属材料,具备许多优异的物理、化学及力学性能,在柔性电子领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。传统的块体高熵合金与非晶合金虽然性能优异,但由于材料本身的刚性特点无法满足可变形电子设备的柔性需求,因此需要通过一定方式如降低维度、设计微结构等赋予其柔性特征。在简述高熵合金柔性纤维的力学性能特点的基础上,介绍了高熵合金薄膜作为潜在柔性材料的制备方式与结构性能特点,总结了非晶合金薄膜应用于电子皮肤、柔性电极、微结构制作等柔性电子领域中的最新进展,最后讨论了现有工作的不足之处并对未来柔性电子的发展前景进行了展望。   相似文献

The change in electrical resistance of copper fiber and powder compacts upon heating from room to the sintering temperature was studied. It was found that different regimes of heating in vacuum did not affect the temperature dependence of electrical resistance. A relationship between electrical conductivity and the relative size of interparticle contacts was derived for a model fiber body. This was in good agreement with data on the tensile strength of real fiber materials.  相似文献

The flow behaviour of iron and steel X 2 CrNiMo 18 10 is studied in impact tension tests with strain rates between 1000 and 7000 s?1 on smooth specimens and on notched bars. The neck formation is discussed on the basis of the theory of imperfections. The temperature increase during the adiabatic process promotes deformation localisation and instability. However, the stabilising effect of the strain rate sensitivity is dominating and leads to an increase in ductility. On the other hand, increased strain rates reduce the local fracture strain leading to an increased dynamic notch sensitivity. Through combination of experiment and simulation, the location of void initiation could be estimated and the influence of strain rate on the local failure strain could be determined.  相似文献
