In order to enlarge the size of bulk metallic glasses (BMGs),two Cu_(36)Zr_(48)Al_8Ag_8 BMGs plates were successfully welded by friction stir welding (FSW) without obvious crystallization.The effect of friction stir welding on microstructure and mechanical properties of the BMGs was investigated.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to evaluate the changes of the crystalline particles in the BMGs.Nanoindentation was applied to analyze the changes of the amorphous matrix.Micro-hardness of the stir zone before and after FSW was tested to explore changes of the mechanical properties.Results show that the original Al_3Zr particles in the BMGs were refined and some cavities parallel to the rotating direction of the pin were observed in the amorphous matrix after FSW.Furthermore,micro-hardness of the stirred zone rises approximately 50 Hv compared with the as-cast sample due to structure relaxation of the amorphous matrix.  相似文献

The unusual glass-forming ability(GFA) of the Zr_(48)Cu_(36)Ag_8Al_8 alloy and the high ductility of the Zr_(48)Cu_(36)Ag_8Al_8 metallic glass-matrix composites containing Ta powder were reported.The bulk metallic glass rod with a diameter of 25 mm was successfully synthesized using copper mold casting for the Zr_(48)Cu_(36)Ag_8Al_8 alloy.High GFA of this alloy was found to be related to a large supercooled liquid region and a quaternary eutectic point with low melting temperature.The bulk metallic glass...  相似文献

Glass-forming ability(GFA) and mechanical properties of(Zr_(0.58)Nb_(0.03)Cu_(0.16)Ni_(0.13)Al_(0.10))_(100-x)Lu_x(x= 0-3 at%) alloys have been investigated.The GFA of Zr_(58)Nb_3Cu_(16)Ni_(13)Al_(10) alloy is dramatically enhanced by adding Lu.The(Zr_(0.58)Nb_(0.03)Cu_(0.16)Ni_(0.13)Al_(0.10))_(98)Lu_2 alloy possesses the highest GFA in the studied Zr-Nb-Cu-Ni-Al-Lu alloys,with its critical diameter for glass formation reaching 20 mm by copper-mould casting method,while that of the Lu-free Zr_(58)Nb_3Cu_(16)Ni_(13)Al_(10) alloy is 7 mm.The critical diameters of(Zr_(0.58)Nb_(0.03)Cu_(0.16)Ni_(0.13)Al_(0.10))_(100-x)Lu_x(x =1 at%and 3 at%) alloys are 15 mm and 12 mm,respectively.The Lu addition to Zr_(58)Nb_3Cu_(16)Ni_(13)Al_(10) alloy induces the change of initial crystallization phases from face-centred-cubic Zr_2Ni and tetragonal Zr_2Ni phases for the Lu-free Zr_(58)Nb_3Cu_(16)Ni_(13)Al_(10) alloy to an icosahedral quasi-crystalline phase for the Lu-doped alloys,which may be the origin for the enhanced GFA of the Lu-doped alloys.The compressive fracture strength and plastic strain of the bulk glassy(Zr_(0.58)Nb_(0.03)Cu_(0.16)Ni_(0.13)Al_(0.10))_(98)Lu_2 alloy are1 610 MPa and 1.5%,respectively.  相似文献

对以激光熔覆方式在45钢基体上制备的FeNiSiBVRE非晶涂层进行激光晶化,制备非晶/纳米晶复合涂层.利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、扫描电镜和磨损试验机研究非晶/纳米晶复合涂层的组织与性能.研究结果表明,涂层存在着分层结构,组成相有晶化相、非晶相和纳米晶相;涂层底部和顶部的显微组织由大量的稀土树枝晶、板条状硼化物和粒状碳化物组成,涂层中部的显微组织是由大量的纳米晶相镶嵌在非晶基体上构成.与没有进行激光晶化的非晶涂层相比,涂层的耐磨损性能下降.其磨损机制以粘着磨损和剥层磨损为主.  相似文献

The correlation between the internal friction behaviour of Zr_(55) Al_(10) Ni_5 Cu_(30) BMG samples and their quenching temperatures was investigated. It was found that, below the glass transition temperature, the activation energy decreased with increasing quenching temperature, but in the surpercooled liquid region the activation energy tended to be enhanced with a further increase in the quenching temperature. Besides, there were both anelastic and viscoelastic relaxation for the amorphous alloys. The anelastic behaviour would change into viscoelastic relaxation easily for the samples prepared at higher temperature.  相似文献

采用MIG熔化注射方法在低碳钢基体上制备WC颗粒增强耐磨层,利用扫描电镜对耐磨层进行组织分析,并测试耐磨层的硬度和耐磨性能。结果表明,耐磨层成形良好,WC颗粒在耐磨层中分布较均匀,无沉底现象,和胎体金属结合良好,最外层有少量熔化分解。紧邻WC颗粒析出有Fe3W3C和/或Co3W3C,稍远处为鱼骨状共晶组织。胎体金属为马氏体组织,WC型碳化物沿晶界呈网状析出。多道熔化注射没有明显增大WC熔化分解程度。耐磨层中WC颗粒硬度没有降低,胎体金属硬度为Hv700左右,耐磨层的耐磨性约为基体的850倍.  相似文献

为了提高镀层的耐磨性和硬度,在45碳钢基材上实施Ni-P/Al2O3化学复合镀,使纳米Al2O3微粒均匀分布于Ni-P基体中.研究了化学复合镀工艺条件和镀液组分对镀层性能的影响.镀件的耐蚀性实验和XRD分析表明:当硫酸镍25 g/L,次亚磷酸钠30 g/L,纳米Al2O3微粒加入量为5 g/L,乳酸20 mL/L和柠檬酸5 g/L,在pH=5.5,施镀温度为(85±2)℃,获得的Ni-P/Al2O3复合镀层表面光滑、胞状物致密,镀层的耐腐蚀性较高、硬度可达600HV,有利于得到综合性能较高的镀层.  相似文献

On the basis of good anticorrosion capability of silicate glass,silicate glass coating was sprayed by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) and the corrosion mechanism in 5% NaCl solution was studied. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) ,energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and potentiom- eter were used to study the coating composition and corrosion process. The result shows that silicate glass coating is entirely noncrystallizable. Silicate glass coating has very low incidence of hole with compact structure. Electric double-layer can form at coating/solution interface and corrosive solution performs as a lead connecting the coating surface and substrate after permeating through glass coating. The corrosion mechanism of silicate glass coating is similar to that of glass and the entire corrosion process can be divided into some states. The whole corrosion process happens in glass coating without substrate basically. The fluctuation of the self-corrosion potential about glass coating in corrosion solution can help to research the corrosion process.  相似文献

Fe-based amorphous and nanocrystalline coatings were fabricated by air plasma spraying. The coatings were further treated by laser remelting process to improve their microstructure and properties. The corrosion resistance of the as-sprayed and laser-remelted coatings in 3.5wt% NaCl and 1 mol/L HCl solutions was evaluated by electrochemical polarization analysis. It was found that laser-remelted coating appeared much denser than the as-sprayed coating. However, laser-remelted coating contains much more nanocrystalline grains than the as-sprayed coatings, resulting from the lower cooling rate in laser remelting process compared with plasma spraying process. Electrochemical polarization results indicated that the laser-remelted coating has great corrosion resistance than the as-sprayed coating because of its dense structure.  相似文献

采用高速电弧喷涂技术,制备了铝基非晶纳米晶复合涂层材料.经XRD、TEM分析发现,铝基非晶纳米晶复合涂层是由非晶相、纳米晶相和晶化相共同组成的;涂层呈明显层状结构,层与层之间结合良好;涂层结构致密,无明显裂纹和孔隙,孔隙率约为1.8%;涂层的平均显微硬度值约为311 HV100,已达到传统制备工艺获得的铝基非晶合金的显微硬度值.  相似文献

ZrN/Zr-N/Zr coatings were deposited on H13 steel by close field unbalanced magnetron sputtering ion plating (CFUBMSIP) technique. The effect of two main parameters such as OEM and bias voltage for the CFUBMSIP process on the microstructure, mechanical properties and impact fatigue behavior of the coatings was investigated. The results indicate that with OEM increasing from 55% to 65% the surface particles size of the coatings increases while it remains almost similar when the bias voltage changes from 60 to 75 V. An aggregation of the particles occurs on the coatings surface, with further increasing the OEM and bias voltage to 75% and 90 V, respectively. The coatings show a columnar grain structure and are mainly composed of two phases of ZrN and Zr. The coating hardness decreases with OEM value increasing and both the coating hardness and modulus go up with bias voltage. The coating deposited under OEM of 65% and bias voltage of 75 V shows the best impact fatigue property.  相似文献

为模拟Fe75Cr12.5Mo12.5合金非晶/纳米晶化的整个过程,采用分子动力学方法,通过动力学弛豫、淬火和退火处理得到了Fe75Cr12.5Mo12.5合金的非晶/纳米晶态结构.采用径向分布函数(radius distribution function,RDF)和X线衍射图(X-ray diffraction,XRD),分析了模拟过程中各阶段的原子结构.结果表明:Fe75Cr12.5Mo12.5合金的非晶和纳米晶形成能力较强,添加非金属元素能进一步提高非晶形成能力.分子动力学模拟技术为铁基非晶/纳米晶的成分配比和工艺选择提供了理论依据.  相似文献

To improve the solid lubricity on the worn surface of frictional-pairs, a convenient and simple brush-painting technique was utilized to prepare the solid lubrication graphite coatings. The bonding between the coatings and substrate is good. To examine the influence of the different graphite contents on the tribological properties of the graphite coatings, the comparison experiments were carried out on the ring-on-block friction tester. The tribological results show a change law of saddle-shape between the tribological properties of graphite coatings and graphite content. When the amount of graphite is up to 28 g, the tribological properties of graphite coating are the best. The excellent anti-friction of the graphite coating is associated with the close-packed hexagonal crystal structure of graphite.  相似文献

To improve the bioactivity and corrosion resistance of AZ91 D magnesium alloy,hydroxyapatite(HAp) coatings with novel microstructured morphologies were prepared successfully on AZ91 D substrates via a facile hydrothermal method.Different chelating agents including polyaspartic acid(PASP) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) were introduced to investigate their effects on the morphology and corrosion resistance of the coated magnesium alloys.The results revealed that the coating prepared with PASP was composed of many uniform urchin-like microspheres,while the coating prepared with EDTA consisted of many flower-like particles.Moreover,the crystallinity of the coating prepared with EDTA was much higher than that of the coating prepared with PASP.Electrochemical tests revealed that the corrosion resistance of the substrate was significantly improved after being coated with each coating.Immersion test of the coated samples in simulated body fluid(SBF) demonstrated that the coatings could be biodegraded gradually and induce the formation of calcium phosphate particles.  相似文献

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy, the amorphous/nanocrystal Al-Cr-Fe film has been successfully prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy by double glow plasma technology. The amorphous/nanocrystalline consists of two different regions, i.e., an amorphous layer on outmost surface and an underlying lamellar nanocrystalline layer with a grain size of less than 10 nm. The corrosion behavior of amorphous/nanocrystalline Al-Cr-Fe film in 3.5% NaCl solution is investigated using an electrochemical polarization measurement. Compared with the AZ31 magnesium alloy, the amorphous/nanocrystalline Al-Cr-Fe film exhibits more positive corrosion potentials and lower corrosion current densities than that of AZ31 magnesium alloy. XPS measurement reveals that the passive film formed on the Al-Cr-Fe film after the anodic polarization tests is strongly enriched in Cr2O3, Fe2O3 and Al2O3 at outer surface of the film and in the inner layer consists of Cr2O3, FeO and Al2O3. 创新点说明:

本文采用单辊甩带法制备出的 Fe81.50B1.40Si7.95Nb7.37Cu1.73P0.05非晶合金带材,采用差热分析法(DSC)、X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)研究了 Fe81.50B1.40Si7.95Nb7.37Cu1.73P0.05非晶带材的微观组织及晶化过程,并使用INSTRON E3000电子万能材料试验机研究了非晶带材的力学性能。

1)Fe81.50B1.40Si7.95Nb7.37Cu1.73P0.05非晶薄带自由面与贴辊面的微观结构差异较大,自由面光洁平整,而贴辊面粗糙不平且有孔洞等缺陷。

2)对Fe81.50B1.40Si7.95Nb7.37Cu1.73P0.05非晶带材的力学性能研究表明,非晶带材内部应力分布严重不均匀,在拉伸过程中始终处于弹性变形阶段,Fe81.50B1.40Si7.95Nb7.37Cu1.73P0.05非晶带材的常温抗拉强度可达2000 MPa,弹性模量低于铁基合金材料。

3)对非晶薄带试样断口进行分析,非晶薄带试样断裂后断裂表面具有韧性断裂的韧窝特征。一般Fe-B-Si非晶带材脆性大,而Fe81.50B1.40Si7.95Nb7.37Cu1.73P0.05非晶带材具有一定的塑性。

为了探究基体材料纳米化对镀层性能的影响,采用直流电沉积方法在纳米晶工业纯铁和粗晶工业纯铁上制备了不同厚度的Ni镀层.利用扫描电子显微镜与X射线衍射仪观察并分析了镀层的组织形貌和结构.采用电化学测试和静态浸泡方法对基体和镀层进行了耐腐蚀性能研究.结果表明,纳米晶工业纯铁的基体及其Ni镀层的耐腐蚀性能略优于相同厚度下粗晶工业纯铁的基体及其Ni镀层,但随着镀层厚度的增加,这种差异逐渐减小.同时随着镀层厚度的增加,镀层表面越来越平整致密.  相似文献
