基于浓香型白酒的乙醇纯化实验研究

以浓香型白酒为应用背景,结合其主要呈香成分己酸乙酯等的蒸馏特点,探讨了乙醇精馏过程浓度、反应时间等操作参数的优化条件。实验结果表明,原料液的最佳浓度配比为30%,最优产品的采集段为蒸馏的前30 min。

Fe-Zn film stripping voltammetry: Theoretical and experimental study

The voltammetric dissolution of an iron-zinc alloy film, deposited potentiostatically from −0.2 to −1.4 V, was studied. Dissolution curves of the film at different sweep rates showed only one anodic peak, whose current density (j_p) was higher than the divacancy current density, implying that Fe and Zn in the film dissolved simultaneously. Equations relating j_p to sweep rate (v) and peak potential (E_p) to v, for the dissolution process of thick alloy film, were developed on the basis of Brainina's theory of pure metal layer dissolution. These equations were applied to the dissolution of Fe-Zn alloy film. The results obtained showed that the j_p × v and E_p × v plots were linear, corroborating the equations developed based on Brainina's theory and indicating that this alloy dissolves as one metal.     

Theoretical study on composition- and pressure-dependent mechanical properties of AlON solid solution

In view of the application of γ-AlON as transparent structural materials, it is significant to have a deep understanding of mechanical properties of γ-AlON as well as their response to external pressure. First-principles calculation combined with bond valence models was used to reconstruct Fd3m structure, and explore the composition and applied pressure dependence of mechanical properties of Al_24−8/3xO_24+8xN_8−8x. The reconstructed Fd3m structure of Al_24−8/3xO_24+8xN_8−8x was proved to be reasonable. The investigation demonstrated that the hardness and bulk modulus of bonds can be enhanced by increasing the ratio of bond valence to bond length and the bonds in octahedra contribute more to hardness and bulk modulus of Al_24−8/3xO_24+8xN_8−8x. The applicability of the inferences was assessed by MgAl₂O₄ and c-Si₃N₄. It can be inferred that the inferences cannot be applied to other spinel-type compounds but also provide guidance to designing new spinel-type compounds with desirable hardness and bulk modulus.

神经元网络软测量模型在中药浓缩工段的应用

运用人工神经网络技术建立了在中药浓缩工段对药液浓度进行测量的BP网络软测量模型,利用Matlab6.5神经网络工具箱对该模型进行了初始化、训练和测试,样本数据来自某中药自动化智能控制系统的浓缩工段,训练采用Levenberg-Marquardt训练方式,结果表明该模型的输出与样本值的一致性较好.     

中药注射剂致死亡59例调查与分析

目的了解中药注射剂在临床应用中导致死亡的主要原因和特点。方法以国内公开发行的医药期刊中有关中药注射剂致死的病例报道为基础进行分析整理。结果致死病例报道涉及17种中药注射剂,以葛根素、双黄连、复方丹参、清开灵、柴胡、鱼腥草、茵栀黄等报道频率较高;严重过敏是中药注射剂致死的最主要原因,给药方法不合理、抢救时机与措施不当也与死亡有关。结论中药注射剂临床应用的安全性问题应引起医药人员的高度重视。
