换热器内管束的流体诱导振动所产生的危害严重影响其运行的安全性。本文对近年来国内外学者对管束振动机理的研究现状进行了综述,说明由于振动损坏,传热管的平均服役寿命仅达到设计寿命的一半,同时系统总结并提出了防振措施。阐述了随着换热器的设计趋于大型化和壳程流动高速度化,对换热器内流体诱导振动问题的正确分析,成为延长换热器服役寿命的关键因素之一。指出了未来研究应重点关注换热管束的激振原因,提出了更有效的防护措施,对实际换热器设计具有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

以降低合成橡胶生产厂后处理装置各种振动机造成的地基振动为目的,对双质体振动机的隔振效能进行了定量分析。通过生产实践,总结了单质体振动机、非平衡型双质体振动机和对称平衡型双质体振动机的优缺点,给出了后者的设计计算数据。经综合分析和生产考核,认为采用对称平衡型双质体振动机是降低地基振、降低噪音、延长振动机的运转周期和使用寿命的最佳方法。 相似文献

针对传统大型振动筛筛箱侧帮易断裂,参振质量大,隔振效果差等问题,提出了将反共振理论用于振动筛的设计理念,建立了反共振振动筛的力学模型,并进行动力学分析,得到筛箱和下质体稳态时的响应振幅,通过绘制双质体系统的幅频特性曲线得到反共振振动筛的激振频率。利用Solidworks软件对反共振振动筛进行三维建模,完成了大型原点反共振振动筛的初步设计。结果表明:可调激振器位置的斜面设计使激振力通过上质体质心,保证了筛箱的正常工作。由圆柱形螺旋弹簧组成的弹簧座连接上、下质体及地面,保证了系统所需弹性系数;通过应用PID控制技术监控上下质体振幅,并改变激振频率来稳定上、下质体振幅,实现原点反共振振动筛振幅的稳定性控制。 相似文献

In this study, we carried out experiments to measure the electrostatic charge of a granular matter in a vertical shaker device. The purpose was to quantify the effect of the vibrating conditions on electrostatic charging in the granular matter. In each experimental run, 3 mm glass beads were first discharged to remove any residual charge prior to subsequently studying their electrostatic charging. The accumulative electrostatic charges of the granular materials were measured using a Faraday cage. The findings show that the vibrating conditions play an important role in the saturated electrostatic charge and time constant. The electrostatic charges of granular materials are mainly generated by the contact potential difference mechanism in the vibrating granular system. The results show that the saturated accumulation charge increases as the dimensionless vibrating acceleration increases, and decreases with increasing vibrating frequency. The time constant is small when a higher vibrating frequency is applied in the vibrating granular system. Finally, we demonstrate that the saturated accumulation charge increases linearly with the increase of the dimensionless vibrating velocity regardless of the vibrating frequency. 相似文献

In this paper, molecular dynamics simulation is applied to inspect the effect of sliding, rolling, vibrating and rolling plus vibrating movements of a diamond abrasive on nanotribology properties of a 4H–SiC substrate. The effect of the abrasive size, depth of polishing, sliding speed, rolling, and vibrating movements on material removal are surveyed. For the first time in literature, the rolling in x-axis, vibrating in horizontal direction, and rolling combined with vibrating movements are considered. The results present that a bigger abrasive mostly gains a lower asperity height and a higher number of atoms removed. The rolling motion in the x-axis achieves the highest number of atoms removed while the rolling motion in the reverse z-axis achieves the lowest asperity height. In the vibrating movements, the horizontal vibrating movement creates a lower asperity and a higher number of atoms removed than the vertical and the rolling plus vibrating motions. The number of atoms eliminated does not sensitive to the vibrating amplitude and the vibrating frequency. Moreover, a multi-asperities model is constructed to estimate the global-scale surface of the substrate after removing the asperities. The asperity height is removed effectively by the rolling plus vibrating motion. The surface roughness produced by rolling in x-axis movement and vibrating motions are better than other motions. This model also points out the saturated behavior of all types of movements, except the rolling plus vibrating motion. The interactions between the abrasive and the asperity could create a lengthened asperity, amorphization, new C–C bonding, clusters of atoms adhered on the abrasive surface, a high temperature at the interface, atomic strain, cleavage event and fly away atoms. 相似文献
