The class I cytokine receptors consist of multiple subunits without any intrinsic enzymatic activities. Receptors for a subset of cytokines with overlapping biological activities often share a common receptor subunit with a signaling function. Each receptor regulates its specific signaling pathways, as well as common pathways depending on the target cell type.  相似文献

The systematic study of the reduction of pure wustites (FeO) between 600 and 1100°C in H2/H2O gas mixtures has revealed a number of important morphological changes. It has been shown that dense wustite can decompose to form a highly porous wustite before iron nucleation takes place. The product morphologies of iron formed on the wustite on reduction have been classified into three types, (a) porous iron, (b) porous wustite covered by dense iron, and (c) dense wustite covered by dense iron.  相似文献

Clark's equation used in its inverted form (double reciprocal plots) was shown to be valid regarding the interaction of histamine with its receptors in the guinea-pig ileum. Burimamide, a typical H2-receptor antagonist potentiated the stimulating effect of small concentrations of histamine (10(-6) M) on the intestinal smooth muscle, probably, by blocking H2-receptors which may show the opposite effect. The calculated parameters of affinity (pKn) remained constant under different conditions. A linear correlation between length of the preparation and maximal contractions has been found.  相似文献

The reduction of dense wustite in H2/H2O/CO/CO2 gas mixtures has been carried out at temperatures between 1073 and 1373 K. The critical conditions for the formation of porous iron product morphologies have been identified and the results discussed in relation to the breakdown of dense iron layers on wustite surfaces. Formerly with the University of Queensland.  相似文献
