The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of different poly(ethylene glycol):poly(propylene glycol) (PEG:PPG) molar ratios in a triblock copolymer in the cure kinetics, miscibility and thermal and mechanical properties in an epoxy matrix. The poly(propylene glycol)‐block‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐poly(propylene glycol) (PPG‐b‐PEG‐b‐PPG) triblock copolymers used had two different molecular masses: 3300 and 2000 g mol?1. The mass concentration of PEG in the copolymer structure played a key role in the miscibility and cure kinetics of the blend as well as in the thermal–mechanical properties. Phase separation was observed only for blends formed with the 3300 g mol?1 triblock copolymer at 20 wt%. Concerning thermal properties, the miscibility of the copolymer in the epoxy matrix reduced the Tg value by 13 °C, although a 62% increase in fracture toughness (KIC) was observed. After the addition of PPG‐b‐PEG‐b‐PPG with 3300 g mol?1 there was a reduction in the modulus of elasticity by 8% compared to the neat matrix; no significant changes were observed in Tg values for the immiscible system. The use of PPG‐b‐PEG‐b‐PPG with 2000 g mol?1 reduced the modulus of elasticity by approximately 47% and increased toughness (KIC) up to 43%. Finally, for the curing kinetics of all materials, the incorporation of the triblock copolymer PPG‐b‐PEG‐b‐PPG delayed the cure reaction of the DGEBA/DDM (DGEBA, diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A; DDM, Q3‐4,4′‐Diaminodiphenylmethane) system when there is miscibility and accelerated the cure reaction when it is immiscible. All experimental curing reactions could be fitted to the Kamal autocatalytic model presenting an excellent agreement with experimental data. This model was able to capture some interesting features of the addition of triblock copolymers in an epoxy resin. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

The triblock energetic copolymer poly(lactic acid)‐block‐(glycidylazide polymer)‐block‐polystyrene (PLA‐b‐GAP‐b‐PS) was synthesized successfully through atom‐transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene and ring‐opening polymerization of d,l ‐lactide. The energetic macroinitiator GAP‐Br, which was made from reacting equimolar GAP with α‐bromoisobutyryl bromide, firstly triggered the ATRP of styrene with its bromide group, and then the hydroxyl group on the GAP end of the resulting diblock copolymer participated in the polymerization of lactide in the presence of stannous octoate. The triblock copolymer PLA‐b‐GAP‐b‐PS had a narrow distribution of molecular weight. In the copolymer, the PS block was solvophilic in toluene and improved the stability of the structure, the PLA block was solvophobic in toluene and served as the sacrificial component for the preparation of porous materials, and GAP was the basic and energetic material. The three blocks of the copolymer were fundamentally thermodynamically immiscible, which led to the self‐assembly of the block copolymer in solution. Further studies showed that the concentration and solubility of the copolymer and the polarity of the solvent affected the morphology and size of the micelles generated from the self‐assembly of PLA‐b‐GAP‐b‐PS. The micelles generated in organic solvents at 10 mg mL?1 copolymer concentration were spherical but became irregular when water was used as a co‐solvent. The spherical micelles self‐assembled in toluene had three distinct layers, with the diameter of the micelles increasing from 60 to 250 nm as the concentration of the copolymer increased from 5 to 15 mg L?1. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Three types of pegylated amphiphilic copolymers of poly(δ‐valerolactone) (PVL) were copolymerized with methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MePEG) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG4000 and PEG10,000), respectively. Pegylation of PVL allowed copolymers possessing amphiphilic property and efficiently self‐assembled to form micelles with a low critical micelle concentration (CMC) in the range of 10?7–10?8M. The average molecular weight of copolymers was in the range of 10,000–20,000 Da, and the polydispersity of copolymers was about 1.7–1.8. Higher mobility of low molecular weight PEG (i.e., MePEG and PEG4000) than high molecular weight PEG10,000 allowed valerolactone ring opening more efficient in terms of PVL/MePEG and PVL/PEG4000 copolymers possessing longer chain length in hydrophobic domain. Pegylated PVL with low CMC and triblock structure was preferred to encapsulate drug during micelle formation. Although all of these amphiphilic copolymers exhibited controlled release character, the micelles formed by triblock copolymer possessed a more stable core‐shell conformation than that by diblock copolymer, and resulted in the release of drug from triblock micelles slower than that from diblock micelles. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The aim of the work reported was to synthesize a series of double‐hydrophilic poly(methacrylic acid)‐block‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐poly(methacrylic acid) (PMAA‐b‐PEG‐b‐PMAA) triblock copolymers and to study their self‐assembly behavior. These copolymeric self‐assembly systems are expected to be potential candidates for applications as carriers of hydrophilic drugs. Bromo‐terminated difunctional PEG macroinitiators were used to synthesize well‐defined triblock copolymers of poly(tert‐butyl methacrylate)‐block‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐block‐poly(tert‐butyl methacrylate) via reversible‐deactivation radical polymerization. After the removal of the tert‐butyl group by hydrolysis, double‐hydrophilic PMAA‐b‐PEG‐b‐PMAA triblock copolymers were obtained. pH‐sensitive spherical micelles with a core–corona structure were fabricated by self‐assembly of the double‐hydrophilic PMAA‐b‐PEG‐b‐PMAA triblock copolymers at lower solution pH. Transmission electron microscopy and laser light scattering studies showed the micelles were of nanometric scale with narrow size distribution. Solution pH and micelle concentration strongly influenced the hydrodynamic radius of the spherical micelles (48–310 nm). A possible reason for the formation of the micelles is proposed. A thermosensitive amphiphilic triblock copolymer, poly(d,l ‐lactide) (PLA)‐b‐poly(N‐isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAAM)‐b‐PLA, was synthesized by the ring‐opening polymerization of d,l ‐lactide; the reaction was initiated from a dihydroxy‐terminated poly(N‐isopropyl acrylamide) homopolymer (HO‐PNIPAAM‐OH) created by radical polymerization. The molecular structure, thermosensitive characteristics, and micellization behavior of the obtained triblock copolymer were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 1H‐NMR, gel permeation chromatography, dynamic light scattering, and transmission electron microscopy. The obtained results indicate that the composition of PLA‐b‐PNIPAAM‐b‐PLA was in good agreement with what was preconceived. This copolymer could self‐assemble into spherical core–shell micelles (ca. 75–80 nm) in aqueous solution and exhibited a phase‐transition temperature around 26 °C. Furthermore, the drug‐delivery properties of the PLA‐b‐PNIPAAM‐b‐PLA micelles were investigated. The drug‐release test indicated that the synthesized PLA‐b‐PNIPAAM‐b‐PLA micelles could be used as nanocarriers of the anticancer drug adriamycin (ADR) to effectively control the release of the drug. The drug‐delivery properties of PLA‐b‐PNIPAAM‐b‐PLA showed obvious thermosensitive characteristics, and the release time of ADR could be extended to 50 h. This represents a significant improvement from previous PNIPAAM‐based drug‐delivery systems. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Sci. 2017 , 134, 45304.  相似文献

Well‐defined poly(dimethylsiloxane)‐block‐poly(methyl methacrylate)‐block‐poly(2,2,3,3,4,4,4‐heptafluorobutyl methacrylate) (PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PHFBMA) triblock copolymers were synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Surface microphase separation in the PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PHFBMA triblock copolymer films was investigated. The microstructure of the block copolymers was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Surface composition was studied by X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The chemical composition at the surface was determined by the surface microphase separation in the PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PHFBMA triblock copolymer films. The increase of the PHFBMA content could strengthen the microphase separation behavior in the PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PHFBMA triblock copolymer films and reduce their surface tension. Comparison between the PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PHFBMA triblock copolymers and the PDMS‐b‐PHFBMA diblock copolymers showed that the introduction of the PMMA segments promote the fluorine segregation onto the surface and decrease the fluorine content in the copolymers with low surface energy. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The block copolymer polystyrene‐b‐poly[2‐(trimethylsilyloxy)ethylene methacrylate] (PSt‐b‐PTMSEMA) was synthesized using atom‐transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The hydrolysis of PSt‐b‐PTMSEMA led to the formation of an amphiphilic block copolymer, polystyrene‐b‐poly(2‐hydroxylethyl methacrylate) (PSt‐b‐PHEMA), which was characterized by GPC and 1H‐NMR. TEM showed that the PSt‐b‐PHEMA formed a micelle, which is PSt as the core and PHEMA as the shell. Under appropriate conditions, the nickel or cobalt ion cause chemical reactions in these micelles and could be reduced easily. ESCA analysis showed that before reduction the metal existed as a hydroxide; after reduction, the metal existed as an oxide, and the metal content of these materials on the surface is more than that on the surface of the copolymer metal ion. XRD analysis showed that the metal existed as a hydroxide before reduction and existed as a metal after reduction. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, we describe the synthesis and solution properties of PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers via ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of trimethylene carbonate (TMC) monomer initiated at the hydroxyl end group of the core PEG using HCl Et2O as a monomer activator. The ROP of TMC was performed to synthesize PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers with one, two, four, and eight arms. The PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers with same ratio of between hydrophobic PTMC and hydrophilic PEG segments were obtained in quantitative yield and exhibited monomodal GPC curves. The amphiphilic PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers formed spherical micelles with a core–shell structure in an aqueous phase. The mean hydrodynamic diameters of the micelles increased from 17 to 194 nm with increasing arm number. As arm number increased, the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers increased from 3.1 × 10?3 to 21.1 × 10?3 mg/mL but the partition equilibrium constant, which is an indicator of the hydrophobicity of the micelles of the PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers in aqueous media, decreased from 4.44 × 104 to 1.34 × 104. In conclusion, we confirmed that the PEG‐b‐PTMC star block copolymers form micelles and, hence, may be potential hydrophobic drug delivery vehicles. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An amphiphilic triblock poly (ethylene glycol)-block-poly (acrylate acid)-block-poly (ε-caprolactone) (PEG-PAA-PCL) copolymer was synthesized by sequential anionic polymerization. By comparing with diblock copolymer poly (acrylic acid)-block-poly (ε-caprolactone) (PAA-PCL), the triblock copolymer (PEG-PAA-PCL) micelle has core-shell-corona structure, which possesses better dispersion, could be a good candidate as structure template for the controlled mineralization of hydroxyapatite (HA). The interactions between inorganic ions and polymers were studied by using Ca2+ ion selective electrode and zeta potential, which indicated the “reservoir” effect of micelles and the “barrier” effect of PEG segments during mineralization process. Ca2+ ions can penetrate through the corona and interact with PAA segments. When PO43− ions were added, Ca2+ ions diffuse out, and react with PO43− ions to form the new apatite layer. Thus the supersaturation could be well tuned by the triblock copolymer micelles, and the nucleation and crystal growth in nano scale could be controlled by appropriate usage of this template system.  相似文献

A novel biodegradable triblock copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(l-lactide)-b-poly(l-lysine) (PEG–PLA–PLL) was synthesized by acidolysis of poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(l-lactide)-b-poly(ɛ-benzyloxycarbonyl-l-lysine) (PEG–PLA–PZLL) obtained by the ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of ɛ-benzyloxycarbonyl-l-lysine N-carboxyanhydride (ZLys NCA) with amino-terminated PEG–PLA–NH2 as a macroinitiator, and the pendant amino groups of the lysine residues were modified with a peptide known to modulate cellular functions, Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser-Tyr (GRGDSY, abbreviated as RGD) in the presence of 1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole (CDI). The structures of PEG–PLA–PLL/RGD and its precursors were confirmed by 1H NMR, FT-IR, amino acid analysis and XPS analysis. The cell adhesion and cell spread on the PEG–PLA–PLL/RGD film were enhanced compared to those on pure PLA film. Therefore, the novel RGD-grafted triblock copolymer is promising for cell or tissue engineering applications. Both copolymers PEG–PLA–PZLL and PEG–PLA–PLL showed an amphiphilic nature and could self-assemble into micelles of homogeneous spherical morphology. The micelles were determined by fluorescence technique, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and field emission scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) and could be expected to find application in drug and gene delivery systems.  相似文献

The synthesis of polyacrylonitrile‐block‐poly(ethylene oxide) (PAN‐b‐PEO) diblock copolymers is conducted by sequential initiation and Ce(IV) redox polymerization using amino‐alcohol as the parent compound. In the first step, amino‐alcohol potassium with a protected amine group initiates the polymerization of ethylene oxide (EO) to yield poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) with an amine end group (PEO‐NH2), which is used to synthesize a PAN‐b‐PEO diblock copolymer with Ce(IV) that takes place in the redox initiation system. A PAN‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐PAN (PAN‐PEG‐PAN) triblock copolymer is prepared by the same redox system consisting of ceric ions and PEG in an aqueous medium. The structure of the copolymer is characterized in detail by GPC, IR, 1H‐NMR, DSC, and X‐ray diffraction. The propagation of the PAN chain is dependent on the molecular weight and concentration of the PEO prepolymer. The crystallization of the PAN and PEO block is discussed. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 89: 1753–1759, 2003  相似文献

A cholic acid (CA)‐containing biodegradable hydrogel (PLA‐PEG‐PLA‐co‐MACAH) was synthesized from the photoinduced copolymerization of a CA‐modified methacrylate monomer (MACAH), bearing a spacer of hexane‐1,6‐diol spacer between the methacryloyl and the cholanoate moieties, and a macromonomer (PLA‐PEG‐PLA‐DA), bearing two acryloyl end groups derived from a poly(lactic acid)‐b‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(lactic acid) triblock copolymer. The structure of MACAH was confirmed by FTIR, 1H‐NMR, and MS. The hydrogel PLA‐PEG‐PLA‐co‐MACAH was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X‐ray diffraction. The experiment results showed that the swelling ratios of the hydrogels decreased with the increase of the CA fraction. The investigation on the in vitro degradation of the hydrogel showed that the CA‐containing hydrogels degraded much slower than the hydrogels without CA component. The bioactivity of the synthesized hydrogels was assessed by the simulated body fluid method. The observed formation of hydroxyapatite on the scaffold of the hydrogels indicated that the hydrogels possess good bioactivity. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009  相似文献

An approach to achieve confined crystallization of ferroelectric semicrystalline poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was investigated. A novel polydimethylsiloxane‐block‐poly(methyl methacrylate)‐block‐polystyrene (PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PS) triblock copolymer was synthesized by the atom‐transfer radical polymerization method and blended with PVDF. Miscibility, crystallization and morphology of the PVDF/PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PS blends were studied within the whole range of concentration. In this A‐b‐B‐b‐C/D type of triblock copolymer/homopolymer system, crystallizable PVDF (D) and PMMA (B) middle block are miscible because of specific intermolecular interactions while A block (PDMS) and C block (PS) are immiscible with PVDF. Nanostructured morphology is formed via self‐assembly, displaying a variety of phase structures and semicrystalline morphologies. Crystallization at 145 °C reveals that both α and β crystalline phases of PVDF are present in PVDF/PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PS blends. Incorporation of the triblock copolymer decreases the degree of crystallization and enhances the proportion of β to α phase of semicrystalline PVDF. Introduction of PDMS‐b‐PMMA‐b‐PS triblock copolymer to PVDF makes the crystalline structures compact and confines the crystal size. Moreover, small‐angle X‐ray scattering results indicate that the immiscible PDMS as a soft block and PS as a hard block are localized in PVDF crystalline structures. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Self‐assembly of thermo‐sensitive poly (t‐butyl acrylate)‐b‐poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PtBA‐ b‐PNIPAM) micelles in aqueous medium and its applications in controlled release of hydrophobic drugs were described. PtBA‐b‐PNIPAM was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization and aggregated into thermo‐sensitive core‐shell micelles with regular spheres in water, which was confirmed by 1H‐NMR, fluorescence spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopic (TEM), and UV–vis spectroscopic techniques. The critical micelle concentration of micelles decreased with the increase of the hydrophobic components. The anti‐inflammation drug naproxen (NAP) was loaded as the model drug into polymeric micelles, which showed a dramatic thermo‐sensitive fast/slow switching behavior around the lower critical solution temperature (LCST). When the temperature was enhanced above LCST, release of NAP from core‐shell micelles was accelerated ascribed to the temperature‐induced deformation of micelles. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(ethylene glycol)‐octafunctionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) (Mn = 5576.6 g/mol) alloying agent stabilized amphiphilic silica@silver metalloid nanocomposite blended with a triblock copolymer poly(p‐dioxanone‐co‐caprolactone)‐block‐poly(ethylene oxide)‐block‐poly(p‐dioxanone‐co‐caprolactone) (POSS‐SiO2@Ag/PPDO‐co‐PCL‐b‐PEG‐b‐PPDO‐co‐PCL) has been synthesized in both water and in organic medium utilizing ultrasonochemical reaction. The POSS stabilized pre‐made metalloid was successfully dispersed in amphiphilic PPDO‐co‐PCL‐b‐PEG‐b‐PPDO‐co‐PCL (ABA) triblock copolymer matrix of molecular weight 45.9 × 104 g/mol. The mechanism of synthesis of high concentration of SiO2@Ag nanocomposite from TEOS/AgNO3 (in the presence of NH4OH as catalyst/NaBH4 as reductant) nonmetal/metal precursors and the successful EISA of POSS‐SiO2@Ag/ABA nanocomposite into films has been discussed. The successful synthesis of metalloid nanocomposite was morphologically accessed by field emission‐scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Surface plasmon resonance was ensured from UV–visible spectral analysis. Identity and the crystallinity of as prepared nanocomposite were studied by X‐ray diffractometer. Structural and luminescence properties of the nanocomposite were examined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and photoluminescence. Thermogravimetric analysis was carried out to study the thermal stability of the resulting hybrid nanocomposite. The resultant inorganic–organic nanocomposite can be easily suspended in water and would be useful in variety of applications. POLYM. This study describes the synthesis of amphiphilic ABC‐triblock copolymers comprising a central pseudopoly(4‐hydroxy‐L ‐proline) segment and terminal hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether as well as hydrophobic poly(ε‐caprolactone) blocks. Differential scanning calorimetry, 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, and gel permeation chromatography are used to characterize the copolymers. The thermal properties (Tg and Tms) of the triblock copolymers depend on the composition of polymers. Larger amounts of ε‐CL incorporated into the macromolecular backbone increased Tg and Tms. Fluorescence spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and dynamic light scattering are utilized to investigate their micellar characteristics in the aqueous phase. Observations showed a higher critical micelle concentration with higher hydrophilic components in the copolymers. The micelle exhibited a core‐shell‐corona and/or vesicle shape, and the average size was less than 300 nm. Drug entrapment efficiency and drug loading of micelles depending on the composition of block polymers are also described. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2010  相似文献

A new pH- sensitive thiol-ended amphiphilic triblock copolymer was synthesized by reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) value for the synthesized PAA-b-PDMAEMAQ-b-PCL-SH triblock copolymer was determined to be 0.0079?g?L-1 using fluorescence probe technique. The average sizes of PAA-b-PDMAEMAQ-b-PCL-SH micelles was obtained to be 30?±?5?nm using TEM observation. It is expected that the synthesized PAA-b-PDMAEMAQ-b-PCL-SH triblock copolymer considered as a prospective candidate in nanomedicine applications such as chemo-photothermal therapy and drug delivery, mainly due to the strong affinity of thiol-ended group toward gold nanoparticle and its excellent micellization behavior.  相似文献

A series of well‐defined and property‐controlled polystyrene (PS)‐b‐poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO)‐b‐polystyrene (PS) triblock copolymers were synthesized by atom‐transfer radical polymerization, using 2‐bromo‐propionate‐end‐group PEO 2000 as macroinitiatators. The structure of triblock copolymers was confirmed by 1H‐NMR and GPC. The relationship between some properties and molecular weight of copolymers was studied. It was found that glass‐transition temperature (Tg) of copolymers gradually rose and crystallinity of copolymers regularly dropped when molecular weight of copolymers increased. The copolymers showed to be amphiphilic. Stable emulsions could form in water layer of copolymer–toluene–water system and the emulsifying abilities of copolymers slightly decreased when molecular weight of copolymers increased. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Two series of poly(ε‐caprolactone)‐b‐poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(ε‐caprolactone) triblock copolymers were prepared by the ring opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone in the presence of poly(ethylene glycol) and dibutylmagnesium in 1,4‐dioxane solution at 70°C. The triblock structure and molecular weight of the copolymers were analyzed and confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FTIR, and gel permeation chromatography. The crystallization and thermal properties of the copolymers were investigated by wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results illustrated that the crystallization and melting behaviors of the copolymers were depended on the copolymer composition and the relative length of each block in copolymers. Crystallization exothermal peaks (Tc) and melting endothermic peaks (Tm) of PEG block were significantly influenced by the relative length of PCL blocks, due to the hindrance of the lateral PCL blocks. With increasing of the length of PCL blocks, the diffraction and the melting peak of PEG block disappeared gradually in the WAXD patterns and DSC curves, respectively. In contrast, the crystallization of PCL blocks was not suppressed by the middle PEG block. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009  相似文献

A novel thermo‐ and pH‐responsive thiol‐end‐capped ABC triblock copolymer, namely poly(acrylic acid)‐block ‐poly(N ‐isopropylacrylamide)‐block ‐poly(? ‐caprolactone)–SH (PAA‐b ‐PNIPAAm‐b ‐PCL‐SH), was synthesized using a combination of ring‐opening polymerization and reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer polymerization techniques. The chemical structures of all samples were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared and 1H NMR spectroscopies. The molecular weight of each segment was investigated using both 1H NMR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. The self‐assembly behavior of the PAA‐b ‐PNIPAAm‐b ‐PCL‐SH triblock copolymer under thermal and pH stimuli was fully investigated by means of fluorescence and UV–visible spectroscopies as well as dynamic light scattering measurements. The critical micelle concentration for the synthesized triblock copolymer was determined to be 0.0178 g L?1 using the fluorescence probe technique. The average size of PAA‐b ‐PNIPAAm‐b ‐PCL‐SH micelles was determined to be 25 nm using transmission electron microscopy observations, and its lower critical solution temperature was determined to be 41–43 °C using UV–visible spectroscopy. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
