模糊综合评价模型在许多领域得到了广泛的应用,但当前绝大多数基于模糊模型的综合评价系统的设计往往缺少实用性、灵活性、通用性,智能化程度较低。文章以决策支持系统的理论方法为基础,综合运用系统工程、人工智能、模糊集理论等技术,探讨了智能模糊综合评价决策支持系统(IFCEDSS)的结构设计及其实现方法,以弥补上述缺陷。  相似文献

This paper presents the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) for the management of ship locks that relies on fuzzy logic. It contains a brief overview of the history and the construction of locks and basic information related to fuzzy logic, fuzzy linguistic variables and methods used in approximate reasoning. In reality, ship lock control is mostly based on the subjective estimations and the experience of a lock master (ship lock operator). The fuzzy set theory is the most favourable mathematical approach for consideration of indefiniteness and subjective estimates. This paper analyses the control process of a ship lock on a two-way waterway, with one chamber designed for one vessel. A control algorithm is constructed according to a set of linguistic rules that describes the operator’s control strategy. The subjective estimations are therefore implemented in the algorithm as fuzzy sets. Fuzzy rules aggregate the final fuzzy set and defuzzification produces a decision. A set of ship traffic data is generated for analysis and simulation purposes based on the annual distribution of ship arrivals at the lock. Two criteria are presented and used in parallel with the Fuzzy DSS (FDSS). These two extreme criteria reflect the interests of shippers on one side and workers and owners of the lock on the other side. These interests occur in actual systems and are used here to evaluate the results obtained using the FDSS. This paper additionally describes the design of the SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) software. This software relies on a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and provides a platform on which to implement the desired fuzzy algorithm. The software was developed with the suggestions of operators who have extensive experience in ship lock control. The presented control system can be used for support in decision making in control processes and in the training of new operators of ship locks.  相似文献

In this study Forest Fire Decision Support System (FOFDESS) which is a multi-agent Decision Support System for Forest Fire has been presented. Depending on the existing meteorological state and environmental observations, FOFDESS does the fire danger rating by predicting the forest fire and it can also approximate fire spread speed and quickly detect a started fire. Some data fusion algorithms such as Artificial Neural Network (ANN), Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC), Fuzzy Switching (FS) and image processing have been used for these operations in FOFDESS. These algorithms have been brought together by a designed data fusion framework and a novel hybrid algorithm called NABNEF (Naive Bayes Aided Neural-Fuzzy Algorithm) has been improved for fire danger rating in FOFDESS. In this state, FOFDESS is an integrated system which includes the dimensions of prediction, detection and management. As a result of the experiments, it was found out that FOFDESS helped determining the most accurate strategy for fire fighting by producing effective results.  相似文献

This article introduces a new Cost Management and Decision Support System (DSS) applicable to Order Management. This model is better fit and compatible with today's competitive, and constantly changing, business environment. The presented Profitable-To-Promise (PTP) approach is a novel modeling approach which integrates System Dynamics (SD) simulation with Mixed-Integer Programming (MIP). This Order Management model incorporates Activity-Based Costing and Management (ABC/M) as a link to merge the two models, MIP and SD. This combination is introduced as a hybrid Decision Support System. Such a system can evaluate the profitability of each Order Fulfillment policy and generate valuable cost information. Unlike existing optimization-based DSS models, the presented hybrid modeling approach can perform on-time cost analysis. This will lead to better business decisions based on the updated information.  相似文献

A Cascaded Fuzzy Inference System for Indian river water quality prediction   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Now-a-days, Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) is considered as an effective tool for solution of many complex engineering systems when ambiguity and uncertainly is associated with the systems. Mamdani and Takagi, Sugeno and Kang (TSK) models poses simplicity in modeling but their system performance prediction capability is severely affected as complexity of the problem increases. In a multi-input, multi-output situation where a system consists of many subsystems and different outputs are desired from each subsystem, an improved version of FIS must be adopted rather than developing FIS for each subsystem. When dealing with such a system, it is prudent to use cascading systems rather than developing models for individual systems. To this end, a new Cascaded Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System is proposed in this paper and its performance is evaluated with the help of prediction of Indian River water quality index (WQI). In general, WQI value is a dimensionless number ranging from 0 to 100 (best quality) and plays an important role in evaluating the water quality of rivers. The proposed model is designed to predict WQI for five rivers in India. The cascaded fuzzy system simplifies and speeds up the computation of WQI as compared to the currently existing standards. In this paper, the proposed model is compared with three International water quality criteria and it is found that the designed model results in accurate prediction.  相似文献

Decision Support Systems (DSS) is one of the key tools to transform data to decisions. In this paper, a successful implementation of a web based DSS in a direct mail (letter shop) is explained. Utilizing continuous improvement framework, we provide how the Web-based Visual Decision Support System (WVDSS) helped the organization to successfully turn around the scheduling and capacity planning function along with extending the success to customer service, and warehouse operations. The outcome of implementing the WVDSS were (1) attainment of 100% scheduled delivery date, (2) improved efficiencies across the value stream, and (3) real-time notification of shipment to the customer service representatives. The unique contribution of this work is the original implementation of a web based decision support system in a high variety and low volume letter shop environment spanning transactional and manufacturing value streams.  相似文献

 The process of ranking (scoring) has been used to make billions of financing decisions each year serving an industry worth hundreds of billion of dollars. To a lesser extent, ranking has also been used to process hundreds of millions of applications by U.S. Universities resulting in over 15 million college admissions in the year 2000 for a total revenue of over $250 billion. College admissions are expected to reach over 17 million by the year 2010 for total revenue of over $280 billion. In this paper, we will introduce fuzzy query and fuzzy aggregation as an alternative for ranking and predicting the risk for credit scoring and university admissions, which currently utilize an imprecise and subjective process. In addition we will introduce the BISC Decision Support System. The main key features of the BISC Decision Support System for the internet applications are (1) to use intelligently the vast amounts of important data in organizations in an optimum way as a decision support system and (2) to share intelligently and securely company's data internally and with business partners and customers that can be process quickly by end users.  相似文献

目前,管理信息系统(MIS)已经在我国商业企业中得到了广泛的应用。但目前商业中的管理信息系统仍然还停留在基本事务处理的阶段,为决策者提供决策支持的功能比较弱。解决这一问题的途径是设计一套基于MIS的商业决策支持系统。决策支持系统是利用各种数据、信息、知识,特别是模型技术,辅助各级决策者解决结构化、半结构化决策问题的人机交互系统。该系统采用了模型/方法库、数据库、会话控制系统三模块的总体架构。模型/方法库的设计和管理是该系统的核心和难点所在。该文提出了利用面向对象技术实现模型/方法库的构造,参考数据库管理模式来管理模型库。预测是决策的基础。由于不同的模型针对不同的商业经营数据─主要表现为离散随机型的时间序列值─的预测效果不同,文章提出了一种思路,通过比较各预测模型的预测误差,选择出最优的预测模型,解决了多模型预测的自适应问题。该文所提出的模型的定义方法、模型/方法库的构造思路,基本上是一种通用的模型设计思路,对于其它决策支持系统的设计也有一定的参考作用。  相似文献

To visualize the water quality of the Lower Cape Fear River basin a Decision Support System (DSS) web site was developed which incorporates dynamic graphing and Geographic Information System (GIS) software. Together, these two software packages enable users to interact with water quality variables in order to investigate the spatial and temporal complexity of the data. The result of this research is that graphing and GIS technology are capable of being implemented over the Internet and that complex water quality data can be successfully disseminated using this medium. However, there remains a need to seamlessly link the graphing and GIS software which will make the visualization tools much more successful at communicating the complex spatial and temporal data.  相似文献

提出一种通过信念一愿望一意图(BDI)结构实现多Agent系统设计建模的方法.多Agent系统设计建模的目的是具体地模型化多Agent组织中承担不同组织职能的每一类Agent的结构,使其易于在现有的程序设计语言环境中实现,在该方法中,多Agent系统的设计建模需要建立三个模型:Agent模型、相互作用模型和相识者模型.Agent模型由信念、目标、计划三个基本子模型构成,这些子模型是根据分析阶段所获得的职能模型、协同工作过程模型以及领域本体来建立的,MAS系统中的每一Agent都是Agent模型中某一类Agent的一个实例.相互作用模型主要说明Agent之间的交互细节,如交互协议、交互语言、交互约束条件等.相识者模型说明每一类Agent的所有相识者及其属性,目前通过这一建模方法已在多智能体协同工作平台(MBOS)上开发出实际的应用系统“多智能体物资调配决策支持系统MAEDSS”。  相似文献

This paper presents a Fuzzy Estimation Approach based on Decision Making (FEADM) to estimate point soil moisture, in order to develop a regional soil moisture estimate. This keeps the advantages of an automatic irrigation system but avoiding their operational complexity. In the FEADM 's first stage, the Fuzzy Analytical Process weigh five fuzzified environmental inputs used as assessment criteria. These criteria are used by a selective assessment stage, where only the relevant criteria for each alternative are assessed. As result, the best assessments of each alternative and the best assessed alternative are obtained. In the second stage, an output membership function is assigned to every alternative for its forward aggregation and defuzzification. This process reaches a soil moisture estimate. Unlike other models, FEADM allows estimating a quantitative value from a decision making process. Furthermore, its computational cost is lower than conventional fuzzy estimation models due to the selective assessment.  相似文献
