针对变形前后的有限元网格模型及原始曲面模型,提出一种保持参数分布状态的B样条曲面重建算法。在裁剪区域,通过对原始曲面进行平移、延伸、截取及重新参数化等操作,构造初始拟合曲面;在非裁剪区域,在垂直于大曲率边界的参数方向上插入截面线并重新参数化两条大曲率边界,用双向蒙皮的方法重建拟合曲面。然后进入重新参数化网格点和重新拟合曲面的迭代过程,直至满足终止准则。在曲面迭代修改过程中,通过计算基函数的极值点给出一种更精确的欠约束区域判定方法;利用插值四边/三角细分算法细化粗糙网格模型,补充约束条件,提高拟合曲面的光顺性;借助拟合曲面补充边界约束条件,结合网格点插值和形状保持约束,改进裁剪曲面的拟合精度。实验结果验证了算法的有效性。 相似文献

在反求工程中,从样件表面采集得到的通常是数量非常庞大的点云数据,严重影响了曲面重建算法的效率;另外,基于四边域曲面的重建算法通常要求型值点数据呈拓扑矩形排列,而采样得到的散乱点云通常不满足这一拓扑要求。文中提出了一种新的数据压缩技术路线,用于把海量散乱点云数据合理地压缩到四边域曲面重建所要求的数据量和拓扑形式。该方法的核心是B样条曲线的拟合和采样。为使采样点更好地反映原始模型的外形特征,给出了一种基于曲率的自由曲线自适应采样算法。应用实例表明本文提出的方法达到了预期的效果。 相似文献

针对现有曲面上自由曲线设计方法的不足,提出一种插值于流形网格曲面上给定点列的测地B样条曲线生成方法。用流形网格曲面上两点间的最短测地线代替欧氏空间中的两点间直线,将欧氏空间中的德布尔算法拓展到曲面空间,得到流形网格曲面上的测地B样条表示形式。对于给定的约束于网格曲面上的点列,基于欧氏空间中的B样条插值理论,反算出其控制顶点,将这些控制顶点投影到网格曲面上,作为待求曲线的初始控制顶点,生成初始的测地B样条曲线。为使曲线尽可能逼近于型值点,提出反向误差补偿策略,通过简单迭代求取约束于网格曲面上的控制顶点。根据曲线的凸包性,将曲线所在测地凸包区域与整体网格曲面虚拟分割,使插值测地B样条曲线的计算量仅与曲线所在测地凸包区域内的网格顶点数有关,而与整体网格大小无关,从而大大减少计算量。试验结果表明,所介绍方法健壮、有效,能满足曲面上曲线的交互设计要求。 相似文献

提出一种在三角网格模型上生成与编辑勾画曲线的方法.首先通过人机交互获得一个屏幕坐标系下的有序点集S,拟合点集s为一条3次非均匀B样条曲线C,对曲线进行重采样,得到一系列的采样点.把采样点由屏幕坐标系映射到三维世界坐标系,即获得了一个位于三角网格模型上的有序点集,用直线段将这些点依次顺序相连,即获得了三角网格模型上的勾画曲线,该曲线线性逼近于3次非均匀B样条曲线.同样地,通过位于屏幕空间的曲线的编辑来实现三角网格模型上勾画曲线的编辑修改.最后,给出了所介绍算法在帮样设计CAD系统中的应用实例,结果显示,算法实时交互性好,能够满足工程应用的要求. 相似文献

Free-form surfaces have been widely used in aerospace, automotive and other fields. Due to its complex geometry, free-form surface inspection is generally conducted by touch-trigger or measuring probe-based Coordinate Measurement Machines or On-machine Measurement. Sampling strategy plays a decisive role in improving both measurement accuracy and efficiency, which is determined by sample size and distribution of sample points. However, it is difficult to simultaneously take the surface curvature, sampling density and approximation error into account, considering the complexity of surface geometry. In this paper, triangle mesh simplification is innovatively adopted in sampling planning to achieve multi-geometric constraints. As triangle mesh has outstanding advantages in representing the surface features, strong stability and is easy to modify its structure, free-form surface is converted to a dense triangle mesh. Triangle mesh simplification is implemented by iteratively contracting triangle edges. An improved quadric error metric is established to decide contraction order and optimal target vertices under discrete curvature constraint. Sampling density is controlled by limiting the triangle edge length. Detailed adaptive sampling algorithm under multi-geometric constraints is then developed. Both simulation and experiment are conducted to validate feasibility and robustness of the proposed method. The results are compared with uniform sampling and existing adaptive sampling strategy to show that the proposed method can prominently reduce sampling error when sample size is small. 相似文献

部分三角网格模型因数据量庞大而导致其不便于存储、分析和显示,本文提出了一种结合网格精细化方法的三角形折叠网格简化算法以解决此问题。首先通过3~(1/2)网格细分法确定待折叠三角形三个顶点的修正坐标,并根据修正坐标初步确定折叠点位置,然后引入折叠点的拉普拉斯坐标和原三角形法向信息来更新折叠点位置,最后由三角形折叠后该区域的体积误差和被折叠三角形的平展度共同确定折叠代价,从而使网格优先从较为平坦和特征点较少的区域开始依次进行三角形折叠简化。对多个模型进行了实验测试和数据分析,结果表明该方法能够有效精简网格数据,与3个不同类型的简化方法相比,该方法的简化效率最高,而且能有效保持原网格模型的几何特征并控制简化三角形的质量。 相似文献

基于NURBS直纹面拟合敏感点的空间凸轮侧铣刀轨算法优化原理,提出了拟合误差敏感点的选择方法,根据NURBS曲面重构的原理,将曲面曲率最值点和拟合误差最大点定义为理论加工刀轨曲面误差敏感点。利用曲率敏感点,在理论非等径刀轨曲面规划离散网格,得到初始数据点。通过最小二乘优化方法重构NURBS刀轨直纹面,再根据误差敏感点定义的等参数曲线来调整刀轨直纹面形状。构建了理论加工误差模型,并通过实例的仿真计算和数值模拟说明了该算法的有效性。 相似文献

提出一种从任意拓扑密集的三角网格模型拟合Loop细分曲面系统,包含对原网格模型进行特征识别,把保持了原有特征的简化网格和拓扑优化所获得的网格作为拟合初始控制网格。系统通过对控制网格顶点的循环修正和局部自适应细分来求解最终拟合细分曲面控制网格,避免了求解线性方程组,提高了拟合曲面的质量,实现了在给定精度下用较少的控制网格反映物体细节特征的分片光滑(片内除奇异点C^1外其余C^2连续)的Loop细分曲面重建。实例表明,Loop细分曲面重建系统对于任意拓扑海量三角网格测量数据的细分曲面重建是高效可行的。 相似文献

A novel method to improve the efficiency of error compensation in free-form surface machining based on the Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines (NURBS) surface control points reconstruction is proposed in this article. With the presented method, a relatively small number of inspection points are needed to be measured for error compensation. The machined surface is obtained by reconstructing the control points of the designed surface based on the on-machine measurement data. The machining error of the surface is obtained by calculating the difference between the machined surface and the designed one. Then a compensate surface is achieved using the mirror symmetry model and surface modification method to compensate the machining error. Experimental validation for the milling of a NURBS surface shows that the machining accuracy of the surface is improved by 62.57% through use of the proposed method. 相似文献

提出了一种新的三角网格模型光顺方法。首先,对模型中每个三角片的每个顶点,分别求出其一邻域内所有三角片与当前三角片法矢夹角的变化率。然后,根据这种变化率的不同,相应采用拉普拉斯算子或Kuwahara滤波算子对三角片法矢进行调整。最后,基于调整后的三角片法矢,调整模型中各顶点位置,实现三角网格模型的光顺处理。方法中的拉普拉斯算子,适合于对模型中的非尖锐特征区域的光顺,可以快速取得理想的整体光顺效果;而Kuwahara滤波算子则适合于对模型中的特征区域的法矢调整,能够在去除噪声的同时保留原有特征。另外,本文还提出了一种新的误差估计方法,通过计算模型光顺前后的近似间隙体积,可以得到较精确的模型光顺误差。实例表明,与传统方法相比,本文方法在获得理想光顺效果的同时,能充分保留甚至调整加强模型原有特征且光顺前后模型的变形很小。 相似文献

A method is introduced to predict uncertainties of the B-spline freeform surfaces that are reconstructed from the measurement points for inspection of freeform surfaces. The uncertainties of a reconstructed B-spline surface are modeled by variances of coordinates of points on this freeform surface. Prediction of the uncertainty at any location on the reconstructed B-spline surface is carried out in two steps: (1) estimation of variances of the B-spline surface’s control points introduced by the surface reconstruction process, and (2) propagation of the variances from the control points to the points on the B-spline freeform surface. In this research, the variances of the control points of the reconstructed B-spline surface in all three directions are considered to improve the accuracy of uncertainty prediction in the regions with significant changes of geometric shapes. Both the errors and uncertainties at different locations on the reconstructed surface are considered in freeform surface inspection to compare the manufactured surface against the design surface and its tolerance. The developed method has been applied to two case studies to demonstrate its effectiveness. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new neural network based on our two-level adaptive hierarchical clustering algorithm. The algorithm
is to manage unorganized points, so that the triangular mesh models can be correctly obtained by applying the triangular mesh
creation algorithm. We also develop adaptive self-flipping triangle edges to improve triangular mesh structure. Only one parameter,
the maximal edge length of triangle, is needed in the neural network. The proposed two-level consists of the first level for
clustering the cloud of points that has same order of the maximal edge length into a same cluster and the second level for
generating triangular surface model or drape surfaces over the points of the same cluster. The normal vector for the generated
triangular 3D surface model can be obtained from the second level. This helps to generate the STL file or stereolithography
format. From the experimental results it can be shown that the proposed method is very effective for clustering unorganized
point clouds for generating a triangular mesh of complex surfaces. 相似文献
