＂Cleaner Production Standard for Paper Industry （Wastepaper Pulping）＂ （HJ468 2009） Has Been Issued

For the implementation of the ＂Environmental Protection Law of People＇s Republic of China＂ and ＂ Cleaner Production Promotion Law of People＇s Republic of China ＂, protecting the en- vironment, providing technical support and guidance for paper industry and enterprises using waste paper carrying out cleaner production, ＂Cleaner Production Standard for Paper Industry （Wastepaper Pulping）＂ （HJ468--2009）has been issued by the Environmental Protection Department on March 25th, and gone into effect since July 1st, 2009.
