准确掌握风电出力特性是保证其安全并网及主动参与电网调度的有效手段之一。文章在综合考虑并网风电场出力特性的具体技术要求基础上,提出了包括风电场出力限制能力、风电场出力变化率控制能力、风电场出力预测能力及风电场源荷跟随能力在内的风电主动参与电网调度的多指标评估集合;进一步结合侧重定性分析的情景分析法与定量分析的熵权法,提出了基于最小二乘准则的多指标混合权值赋值方法,建立了风电主动参与电网调度的多指标评估模型。以新疆某区域电网若干个风电场及其历史运行数据为实例,分析并验证了所提出的风电主动参与电网调度评估方法的正确性。  相似文献

风电场有功频率控制是风电场接入电网运行的关键技术。在分析双馈风力发电机组减载运行控制策略及超速法下双馈风力发电机组的减载运行调节能力的基础上,提出了提高双馈风电场的有功调节能力及接入电网后系统频率稳定性的有功频率分层控制策略。该策略根据不同风速区风电机组的减载运行调节能力差异,设计了风电场层分配策略及风电机组层控制策略,在满足有功控制要求的前提下,尽可能提高风电场对电力系统暂态频率稳定的支持。仿真结果表明,该控制策略在系统稳定运行时尽可能存储转子动能,当出现功率扰动后,能够通过快速释放转子存储的动能响应系统频率变化,从而提高了双馈风电场接入电网后的系统频率稳定性。  相似文献

目前风电发展主要集中在研发效率更高,容量更大的机组上,因此很少关注风电场场站级的有功控制。对风电场场站级有功控制策略进行研究,提出了一种根据优先级顺序对风电机组的有功出力进行分配的方法,使得风电场出力在执行电网调度计划的同时,能快速有效地跟踪调度指令变化,并且减小了风电场内部机组的有功出力波动,降低了控制系统的损耗。  相似文献

介绍了西北电网的风电场现状、规划容量及接入情况.阐述了大规模风电场接入对西北电网调频、调峰、稳定性及无功调节等各方面安全运行带来的影响,分析研究了大量风电场集中投运对发电计划编制、调度运行控制、电力市场交易模式、并网运行管理所提出的新要求,最后提出了加快750骨干网架建设、提高对风电的监控能力及调度技术支撑手段、探索电量交易模式及消纳机制、加强风电并网运行管理等解决方案和应对策略,确保西北风电与电网实现协调、有序的发展。  相似文献

针对基于全功率换流器的直驱式永磁同步风电机组所建海上风电场,通过高压直流输电远距离并网,研究整个系统的暂态特性。全功率换流器和并网VSC-HVDC均实现有功无功独立控制。提出在应对电网故障时新的控制策略,即故障期间换流器站间交互协调控制,遏制VSC-HVDC直流电压上升幅度过大。利用PSCAD/EMTDC平台建立整个风电场并网模型,针对风速变化、风电场集电系统故障、电网故障几种常见情况进行暂态特性分析,对电网故障时是否加入换流器站间交互协调控制系统暂态特性进行比较,研究结果验证了并网系统及相应控制方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

目前光伏接入电网后以自由发电的形式向电网输送电能,光伏出力的不确定性和预测手段的局限性,将对传统的电网调度、运行和控制带来极大的挑战。首先介绍西藏电网考虑光伏接入的有功调度控制系统体系架构,并阐释光伏有功控制两层控制框架和控制数据流程。然后结合西藏地区电源结构,建立光伏资源优先接纳的优化调度模型,并进一步提出适应光伏接入的多源协调控制策略。文中提出的有功控制系统已在实际电网得到应用,通过算例验证所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

One of the main concerns in the grid integration of large wind farms is their ability to behave as active controllable components in the power system. This article presents the design of a new integrated power control system for a wind farm made up exclusively of active stall wind turbines with AC grid connection. The designed control system has the task of enabling such a wind farm to provide the best grid support. It is based on two control levels: a supervisory control level, which controls the power production of the whole farm by sending out reference signals to each individual wind turbine, and a local control level, which ensures that the reference power signals at the wind turbine level are reached. The ability of active stall wind farms with AC grid connection to control the power production to the reference power ordered by the operators is assessed and discussed by means of simulations. Nowadays, a wind turbine generator (WTG) is required to provide control capabilities as the output power of WTG fluctuates. Under this scenario, this paper proposes an output power control method of a wind farm (WF) connected to a small power system using pitch angle control. In this control approach, the WF output power control is achieved by two control levels: central and local. In the central control, the WF output power command is determined by considering the frequency deviations and wind speeds using a fuzzy function. Then, the local output power commands for each of the WTGs are based on the proposed dispatch control. In the proposed dispatch control, the output commands of each WTG are determined by considering wind conditions for each of the WTGs. 以五大发电集团为代表的集团型风电企业已经成为我国风电投资开发的主体力量,如何管控好数量急剧增加的风电场成为企业安全生产中重要的课题。从风电场安全视频监控的角度,针对其普遍实行的三级责任主体的管控模式,提出了一种综合联网监控管理系统的构建方案。从需求分析、系统设计思路、系统的详细设计3个方面进行了阐述,其中专业网络视频管理系统是整个系统的核心,要求其具有容量大,承载能力强,可靠性好,扩展性、兼容性强的特点,且能容纳业已存在的若干风场的视频监控系统。文中提出的方案对集团型风电企业的综合联网监控管理系统的构建具有借鉴作用。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to quantify the cost of the provision of voltage control by wind power generation. A methodology for evaluating the economic impact of providing different types of voltage control is proposed. This evaluation examines the increase in costs caused by the change in active power losses due to the provision of wind farms voltage control. These losses are computed for different controllers: (a) wind farms are operated at a fixed power factor, (b) wind farms provide proportional voltage control, and (c) wind farms provide reactive power to minimize power losses. Furthermore, these three possibilities are compared with the option of adding flexible alternating current transmission system devices, which are another alternative for supporting the grid by controlling voltage. 提出一种新型双电池风电储能系统,它能以较低的运行成本将风电功率波动维持在规定的范围内;风电场可在每个调度时段内输出恒定功率,使风电稳定地并入电网。当调度功率低于实际风电功率时,起充电作用的电池处于工作状态,当调度功率高于实际风电功率时,起放电作用的电池处于工作状态;当其中一个电池充满电或深度放电时,2组电池的充、放电状态切换。为了延长电池使用寿命,对调度功率进行优化,以确保2组电池都在完整充、放电循环下运行,此双电池储能系统可显著降低系统运行成本。利用一台具有真实风电功率数据的3 MW风电机组进行仿真分析,验证了所提系统及控制策略的有效性。  相似文献

Wind power forecasting for projection times of 0–48 h can have a particular value in facilitating the integration of wind power into power systems. Accurate observations of the wind speed received by wind turbines are important inputs for some of the most useful methods for making such forecasts. In particular, they are used to derive power curves relating wind speeds to wind power production. By using power curve modeling, this paper compares two types of wind speed observations typically available at wind farms: the wind speed and wind direction measurements at the nacelles of the wind turbines and those at one or more on‐site meteorological masts (met masts). For the three Australian wind farms studied in this project, the results favor the nacelle‐based observations despite the inherent interference from the nacelle and the blades and despite calibration corrections to the met mast observations. This trend was found to be stronger for wind farm sites with more complex terrain. In addition, a numerical weather prediction (NWP) system was used to show that, for the wind farms studied, smaller single time‐series forecast errors can be achieved with the average wind speed from the nacelle‐based observations. This suggests that the nacelle‐average observations are more representative of the wind behavior predicted by an NWP system than the met mast observations. Also, when using an NWP system to predict wind farm power production, it suggests the use of a wind farm power curve based on nacelle‐average observations instead of met mast observations. Further, it suggests that historical and real‐time nacelle‐average observations should be calculated for large wind farms and used in wind power forecasting. To meet the national target of 29% for electricity production from renewable energy sources by 2020 in Greece, effective implementation of massive wind power installed capacity into the power supply system is required. In such a situation, the effective absorption of wind energy production is an important issue in a relatively small and weak power system such as that of Greece, which has limited existing interconnections with neighboring countries. The curtailment of wind power is sometimes necessary in autonomous systems with large wind energy penetration. The absorption or curtailment of wind power is strongly affected by the spatial dispersion of wind power installations. In the present paper, a methodology for estimating this effect is presented and applied for the power supply system of Greece. The method is based on probability theory, and makes use of wind forecasting models to represent the wind energy potential over any candidate area for future wind farm installations in the country. Moreover, technical constraints imposed by the power supply system management, the commitment of power plants and the load dispatch strategies are taken into account to maximize the wind energy penetration levels while ensuring reliable operation of the system. Representative wind power development scenarios are studied and evaluated. Results show that the spatial dispersion of wind power plants contributes beneficially to the wind energy penetration levels that can be accepted by the power system. 在风电场增设飞轮储能装置可以有效地平抑风电场的功率波动,提高电网的风电接纳能力。本文采用在风电场出口母线处接入飞轮储能装置,通过分析风电系统和飞轮储能装置的特性,提出了一种基于瞬时功率理论的有功功率平滑控制策略。在传统低通滤波器的基础上,增加高通滤波器,对网侧有功功率的快速扰动成分进行处理,最终通过低通、高通滤波器来获得飞轮装置的补偿功率,达到对网侧有功功率波动进行抑制的目的。最后利用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,文中的控制策略可以较好地实现电网侧有功功率的平滑控制,减小有功功率波动。  相似文献
