广西气刀土原料Al2 O3含量较高 ,Fe2 O3、TiO2 含量小 ;粒径微细 ,数量分布统计结果显示 ,≤ 1.0 μm粒级达 97%以上 ,平均颗粒仅 0 .2 5 5 μm。在釉料中加入 4%~ 6%的广西气刀土替代等量的 1#苏州土 ,提高了釉浆性能 ,可增强釉面乳浊效果 ,提高产品白度 ,保证和提高产品的热稳定性能。  相似文献

以氯化钡和尿素为原料,采用均相沉淀法制备针状碳酸钡超细粉体。研究了合成条件对产物理化性能的影响。当氯化钡浓度为1.0mol/L,配料比(摩尔比)为:BaC12:CO(NH2)2:NaOH=1:6:2.5,反应温度为80℃,反应时间6h时,得到分散性良好、长度为10~35μm、直径为0.4~1.2μm的针状碳酸钡,其纯度大于99.8%,CaCO3含量低于0.03%,收率大于95%。  相似文献

采用真空/压力烧结工艺制备样品。研究复合添加晶粒长大抑制剂及烧结温度对WC-12%Co超细硬质合金微观结构及性能的影响。结果表明.当晶粒抑制剂含量为0.5%VC/0.2%Cr3C2.1430℃;和4MPa烧结制备的WC-12%Co超细硬质合金的抗弯强度达3786MPa。硬度为91.7HR。WC平均晶粒尺寸为0.6μm。富集在WC品粒(0001)面上的V阻止WC晶面迁移.固溶在粘结相中的Crsca减缓WC颗粒在粘结相中溶饵析出和再结晶长大过程.二者综合作用使WC晶粒细化。  相似文献

采用挤出成型工艺,选择合适用量的开孔剂和合理的烧结温度及原料粒径,制备19通道的α-Al2O3。粉体,以7%碳粉为开孔剂,烧结温度为1300℃,可以成功制得孔径分布较窄、平均孔径为2.1μm、孔隙率为48.9%的多通道无机膜支撑体。实验中成功制备了管长1m,外径30mm,内径4mm的多孔氧化铝陶瓷膜支撑体。  相似文献

吉林宝仁球粘土由无序高岭石及少量的石英和其它粘土类矿物组成 ;耐火度>1710℃ ;开始烧结温度为1050℃ ,烧结温度范围>200℃ ;分散后的颗粒平均粒径为0.67μm ;胶砂试样的抗折强度大 ,分别比紫木节和苏州土的试样高20 %和50 %以上 ,结合性能明显优于紫木节和苏州土 ;可塑性强于紫木节粘土 ;且工艺性能优良 ,品质稳定 ,是一种可广泛应用于陶瓷、耐火材料等领域的优质粘土  相似文献

研究处理中低品位铝土矿(A/S为5左右)的两段烧结工艺。结果表明,一段烧结最佳条件为碱比1.2、烧结温度1100℃、烧结时问40mm。一段烧结氧化铝溶出率达87.99%,90℃时,溶出溶液硅量指数已大于400。二段烧结最佳条件为钙比2.25、烧结温度1200℃、烧结时间40min。氧化铝溶出率达86.04%。两段烧结氧化铝总溶出率达98.23%,碱化学损失约11.20kgNa2CO3/t-Al2O3。  相似文献

以铁尾矿粉、粉煤灰作为原料,通过高温烧结过程制备出了铁尾矿陶粒.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了铁尾矿陶粒的晶相与微观结构,系统研究了铁尾矿含量、煅烧温度及保温时间对铁尾矿陶粒性能的影响,确定较优的铁尾矿含量、煅烧温度及保温时间.结果表明:随着铁尾矿含量、煅烧温度及保温时间的增加,铁尾矿陶粒的堆积密度、表观密度及筒压强度显著增强;较优的铁尾矿含量(质量分数)为70%,铁尾矿陶粒较优的煅烧工艺制度为1100℃、保温40 min.随着煅烧温度及保温时间增加到1100℃及40 min,铁尾矿陶粒主要由CaSiO3,Al2SiO5,MgSiO3,Ca2Fe2O5,Ca7Si2P2O16及CaAl2Si2O8晶相构成.煅烧温度低于900℃、保温时间为10 min时,陶粒由松散的微米级及亚微米级尺寸的颗粒及孔洞构成;随着煅烧温度、保温时间分别增加到1100℃、40 min,铁尾矿陶粒中存在尺寸为数百微米的致密无规则颗粒,从而使陶粒密度、筒压强度显著提高.  相似文献

以4种不同Al2O3含量的矾土及SiO2微粉和Al2O3微粉为原料,以Al(H2PO4)3/H3PO4和铝酸钙水泥为结合剂和促凝剂,通过混炼、成型、养护、烘干等工序制备了Al2O3-SiO2质可塑料。通过引入不同品位矾土原料,重点研究不同Al2O3含量的矾土原料对烘干后及1100℃烧后可塑料体积密度、常温强度、烧后线变化率、耐磨性、矿物相组成及基质微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着矾土Al2O3含量增大(即提高矾土品位),烘干后和烧后Al2O3-SiO2质可塑料体积密度逐渐增大,常温强度减小。随着原料矾土品位提高,可塑料烧后矿物组成中刚玉相特征峰强度会逐渐增强,矾土中杂质及铝酸钙水泥对可塑料起助烧结作用。矾土中Al2O3含量增大,会增大骨料颗粒强度,但会降低基质烧结性,最终导致基质与骨料强度匹配性变弱,烧后可塑料磨损量增大,耐磨性降低。  相似文献

利用天然黏土(凹土、膨润土等)和粉煤灰作为主要原料,制备曝气生物滤池陶粒滤料。研究了焙烧温度对滤料孔径分布、比表面积、显气孔率等性质的影响。测试结果表明:当焙烧温度在950-1050℃时,滤料的比表面积为4.26-7.24m^2/g,孔径范围0.003-10μm,显气孔率为72.29%-73.21%,容重O.73-0.74cm^2/g,表面粗糙,物理化学稳定性良好。  相似文献

对陆川富硅高岭土进行了原矿性质分析和选矿试验研究,确定了合理的工艺流程,经捣浆、分级、磁选、剥片,获得产率为27.25%、Al2O3 22.17%、Fe2O3 0.40%、-2μm37.81%和产率为3.68%、Al2O3 27.12%、Fe2O3 1.25%、-2μm31.05%两种级别的陶瓷用高岭土,为陆川高岭土的开发利用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
