Over the past few decades, crystalline silicon solar cells have been extensively studied due to their high efficiency, high reliability, and low cost. In addition, these types of cells lead the industry and account for more than half of the market. For the foreseeable future, Si will still be a critical material for photovoltaic devices in the solar cell industry. Silicon nanowire homojunction p-n solar cells were fabricated using Zn and Au metals as catalysts for growing the NWs. This design consisted of SiNWs, doped as p and n-types, catalyzed with Zn and Au catalysts to fabricate p-n homojunctions within each wire. The surface morphology, structure, and photovoltaic properties were investigated. The morphology for each of the catalyzed SiNWs was significantly different; the Zn catalyst produced short and thick NWs with diameters ranging from 190nm to 260nm, whereas the Au catalyst produced long SiNWs with diameters ranging from 140nm to 210nm. The Zn-catalyzed SiNW p-n solar cell showed a higher efficiency of 1.01 % compared with the Au-catalyzed SiNW p-n solar cell with an efficiency of 0.67 %. 相似文献

将金纳米颗粒(Au NPs)掺入导电聚合物聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩∶聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT∶PSS)薄膜中,制备了有机-硅杂化光伏电池。利用TEM和SEM对Au NPs及其掺杂的有机膜进行了表征。考察了金纳米颗粒对有机-硅杂化光伏电池光学和电学性能的影响。电池的电流密度-电压曲线(J-V)、外量子效率(EQE)和电容-电压曲线(C-V)测试结果表明,Au NPs的引入提高了电池的光电性能,与纯PEDOT∶PSS-硅电池相比,掺入金纳米颗粒制备的杂化光伏电池的光电转化效率(PCE)提高了24%,达到12.87%;在金纳米颗粒的等离子共振区域,电池对光的反射性能降低;当V(金纳米颗粒)∶V(PEDOT∶PSS)=0.15∶1.0时,膜的导电率由560 S/cm增加到860S/cm、PEDOT∶PSS-硅光伏电池的内建电场(Vbi)由0.68 V增加到0.78 V,金纳米颗粒与PEDOT∶PSS共同作用,极大地减少了电荷在传输过程中的损失,提高了电池中电荷的传输和收集效率。 相似文献

不同吸收层结构的非晶硅/锗太阳能电池转换效率的模拟计算(英文) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
设计了2种太阳能电池结构:结构A为a-Si:H/a-Si0.65Ge0.35:H多吸收层结构;结构B为a-Si0.65Ge0.35:H单吸收层结构。采用AMPS-ID程序分析了2种电池结构的光电性质。模拟计算中光学吸收系数和缺陷浓度均采用实验数据以便确保模拟的可靠性。分析了2种电池结构的短路电流密度、断路电压、填充因子和转换效率。结果表明:对于结构A,当吸收层厚度达180nm时,转换效率达到饱和值6.88%;对于结构B,当吸收层厚度达45nm时,转换效率达到最大值3.44%;利用载流子产生和复合机制分析了采用多吸收层结构更有利于提高太阳能电池的转换效率。 相似文献

Recently, innovative perovskite hybrid solar cells have attracted great interest in solar cell research fields, such as dye-sensitized solar cells, organic photovoltaics, thin-film solar cells, and silicon solar cells, because their device efficiencies are gradually approaching those of crystalline Si solar cells, and they can be fabricated by cheap low-temperature solution processes. Here, we review the recent progress of innovative perovskite hybrid solar cells. The introduction includes the general concerns about solar cells and why we need innovative solar cells. The second part explains the structure and the material properties of hybrid perovskite materials. We focus on why the hybrid perovskite materials can exhibit excellent solar cell properties, such as high open-circuit voltage. The third part introduces recent progress in innovative perovskite hybrid solar cells, in terms of device architecture and deposition methods for dense perovskite thin films with full surface coverage. The device architecture is important in attaining high power conversion efficiency; the device operating mechanism is dependent on the device structure; and the pinhole-free dense perovskite thin films with full surface coverage are crucial for achieving high efficiency. Finally, we summarize the recent progress in perovskite hybrid solar cells, and the issues to be solved, in the summary and outlook section. 相似文献

针对改良西门子法中尾气回收精馏工序的节能要求,用过程模拟软件Aspen Plus对流程进行模拟优化。首先,通过SiHCl3-SiCl4物系汽液平衡实验数据与用不同热力学模型模拟出的汽液平衡数据比较,然后将Aspen软件模拟出的进料物流的热容值与实际计算的热容值进行比较,筛选出了能最佳描述本体系热力学性质的热力学模型RK-Soave,建立了热力学模型;其次,将用Aspen软件模拟得出的进料物流的纯组分密度与查阅文献计算得到的密度进行比较,考查了所选热力学方程的可靠性。对多晶硅尾气回收段的精馏工序进行模拟优化,得出各塔的最优参数。 相似文献
