矿用电驱动装置振动时频特性研究

介绍了振动信号时频分析方法,分析了矿用电驱动装置故障诊断的难点,构建了电驱动装置振动测试系统,拾取了电驱动装置振动加速度信号。应用小波阈值去噪方法,滤除了振动信号噪声,评价了去噪效果。利用小波时频分析技术,获得了电驱动装置振动时频图,分析了电驱动装置振动时频特性,计算了振动故障特征频率,诊断了电驱动装置故障并进行了结构改进,测试验证了改进效果。为矿用电驱动装置可靠性提升奠定了基础。     

变频恒压供气在矸井瓦斯泵站的应用

采用变频传动与PLC技术相结合,设计了矸井瓦斯泵站恒压供气控制系统,优化了泵站的控制过程。控制系统实现了闭环控制,既保证了系统瓦斯压力稳定,降低了系统瓦斯压力的波动,提高了相关设备的寿命,又节约了电能,降低了能耗,更好地推动了节约型矿山、低碳开采、绿色矿山的建设。
