研究了固相法合成BaTjO3粉体时,在滚筒磨和搅拌磨中球磨BaCO3和TiO2粉体过程中,浆料的粒度、凝聚程度与球磨时间、筒容积的关系,分析了粉体均匀性对BaTiO3、陶瓷介电性能的影响.研究结果表明:TiO2粉体在球磨过程中,粒度大小没有显著变化,导致粉体凝聚的主要原因是BaCO3粉体;应先球磨BaCO3粉体10小时后再加入TjO2粉体继续球磨2小时所得的物料颗粒要比钡钛一起球磨所得的颗粒均匀,合成BaTiO3均匀性好;采用搅拌磨时,制备的BaTiO3陶瓷介电性能优于滚筒磨. 相似文献

Grinding media 1 mm in diameter, containing 0.4 and 0.7 wt% SiO2, were fabricated using Y-TZP powder prepared by the liquid-phase method. The wear resistance of media for grinding, with and without the addition of BaTiO3 powder, was evaluated at 20–80°C in water and in a nonaqueous solvent, isoparaffin. A rapid increase in the media wear rate of SiO2-undoped media at 60°C was observed using water as a solvent, but little wear was observed for isoparaffin. The operating time until a rapid increase in the wear rate was observed in water increased with the increase in the grain size of the Y-TZP media. When the media wear became stable, the media surface was observed to be smooth. This suggested that the hydration reaction of Y2O3 and/or ZrO2 by OH− was inhibited by an increase in the grain size, and as a consequence, the decay of the grain boundaries was suppressed. In contrast, several traces of grain loss from the grain boundaries were confirmed on the worn surface of the media when a rapid increase in the wear rate was observed. The wear resistance for grinding BaTiO3 powder using SiO2-doped and -undoped media was also investigated. The wear for SiO2-undoped media increased drastically with increasing slurry temperature; however, the wear for SiO2-doped media did not increase, but was low and stable, regardless of the slurry temperature. This indicated that the hydration reaction of Y2O3 and/or ZrO2 by OH− was further inhibited by the segregation of SiO2 at the grain boundaries, and hence SiO2-doped Y-TZP media have high wear resistance, even with increased slurry temperature. 相似文献

In the present work thermal and chemical properties of a glass-ceramic frit containing zirconium oxide are evaluated after milling in various polar and nonpolar solvents. Particle-size distribution is one of the main variables investigated to evaluate the efficiency of several solvents. Milling in various solvents does not affect the thermal properties of the glass while the presence of polar groups in the solvent molecule increases the cation release from the glass. 相似文献

Yellow zirconium silicate is a promising substitute for cadmium pigments used in plastics. However, the incorporation of zircon pigment in HDPE without loss of impact strength is required. By introducing the untreated pigment in the polymer, the impact strength reduces to 60% of the value for the unfilled polymer. Different types of silane coupling agents were used to regain the impact strength of the composite. Octadecylsilane acted as a wetting agent rather than as a coupling agent. The impact strength hardly improved. A vinyl functional and a methacryloxy functional silane improved the impact strength to 70% relative to the unfilled polymer. The physically bonded, interdiffused network formed by silane and polymer improves the impact strength by the flexible nature of the interphase. An azidosilane improved the impact strength only to 73%: the interphase bonded covalently to the polymer as well as to the filler, in that way improving the impact strength, but behaving as a brittle system. A relatively thick, flexible interphase bonded covalently to filler and polymer was created. This interphase improved the impact strength to the value of the unfilled polymer. 相似文献

介绍了两段闭路磨矿工艺技术路线、设备选择以及在云峰分公司磷酸装置配套湿法磨矿系统上的应用效果。应用结果表明,两段闭路磨矿工艺能较好解决开路磨矿存在的磷矿粒度分布呈现粗细两级分化的问题,实现磷酸装置反应工序所要求的-0.15 mm正态分布,提高磷矿转化率和磷收率,最终达到降低磷矿和硫酸消耗的目的。 相似文献
