采用光催化荆Y2O3/WO3对含溴酚蓝染料废水的处理进行了研究,探讨了光催化剂作用机理,讨论了光催化剂组成、用量、试液pH值、光照时间与溴酚蓝染料溶液脱色率的关系.结果表明,当w(Y2O3)=1.5%、50mL时试液的起始质量浓度为20mg/L,催化剂用量为0.400g,pH=7.0,光照6h时溴酚蓝染料溶液的脱色率可达96.8%.  相似文献

Amorphous Yttrium-doped aluminum oxide thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol–gel. It was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope that the surface morphology was smooth and homogeneous. From Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, a broad absorption band at 700–1000 cm?1 owing to vibrations of aluminum oxide was observed. The absorption peaks strength relating to hydroxyl group decreased with the increase of Y doping concentration. The electrical properties were investigated in terms of Y doping content and relative humidity. The results show that the existence of hydroxyl and absorbed water makes a significant influence on the electric properties of films. The electric conduction characteristics and dielectric breakdown properties are modified by the decrease of content of hydroxyl and absorbed water, leading to a lower leakage current and higher dielectric strength. It can be seen that the leakage current of films decreases with the Y doping, and could be reasonably deduced that leakage current can be effectively tuned by Y doping.  相似文献

The coordination of Ni2+ ions in the dehydrated and dealuminated zeolite Y samples were studied by solid-state UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. A solid-state dealumination method was employed for preparation of two successively dealuminated zeolite Y using crystalline (NH4)2SiF6. Both solid-state and aqueous ion exchange methods were used to prepare nickel-containing zeolite samples. In the dehydrated zeolite samples, nickel cations are located in both regular and distorted tetrahedral symmetries. Their coordination may change from four to five upon adsorption of water molecules following the removal of sample cell from the helium purge system. The spectrum of the dehydrated nickel-containing sample which the zeolite Y was subjected to one step dealumination shows preference for five or six coordinated nickel cations. The spectrum of nickel-containing zeolite sample subjected to a further second step of dealumination is more broaden and does not give reliable data on the coordination of nickel.  相似文献

Oxidation of acidic dye Eosin Y by the solar photo-Fenton processes   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
Oxidation of acidic dye Eosin Y has been investigated with Fenton process and photo-Fenton process (solar light or artificial light source). With UV-Fenton process and Fenton, 42.5% and 21.3% of dye could be removed from the water, respectively. However, 94.1% of dye was removed in solar-Fenton in 90min. Based on solar-Fenton process, the effect of pH value and the concentration of dye, Fe(2+), H(2)O(2) as well as oxalic acid concentration on Eosin Y degradation efficiency were investigated. In 60min, 96% of Eosin Y was degraded when the pH value was 3.5 and the concentration of Fe(2+), H(2)O(2) and oxalic acid was 10mol/L, 600mg/L and 300mg/L, respectively. The Eosin Y degradation was dependent on the dye concentration. That is higher Eosin Y concentration resulted in lower degradation efficiency. Under the conditions of pH 3.5, the Eosin Y apparent kinetics equation was -dC/dt=0.000249[Eosin Y](0.78)[Fe(2+)](1.14)[H(2)O(2)](1.26). Meanwhile, this research also proved that oxalic acid could improve the photocatalytic efficiency in the solar-Fenton process.  相似文献

为了改善Y2O3粉体的分散性,提高其烧结活性,试验以三乙醇胺和氨水为凝胶剂,利用溶胶-凝胶方法合成了纳米级Y2O3粉体,采用差热/热重、X射线衍射、透射电镜研究了前驱体的组成、前驱体在不同的煅烧温度下的物相变化以及煅烧粉体的分散性.结果表明,前驱体的组成为Y2(OH)5.14(NO3)0.86H2O,在500℃保温2h可直接生成立方相的Y2O3,煅烧至1000℃保温2h得到了结晶度高、分散性好、平均粒径为50nm、近球形的YO纳米粉体;三乙醇胺的加入有利于提高YO粉体的分散性.  相似文献

为提高镁基非晶合金的塑性应变能力,采用水冷铜模浇铸-拔丝造孔法制备了Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10多孔非晶合金,对Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10多孔非晶合金的组织、热稳定性和压缩性能进行了研究。结果表明,采用多孔芯水冷铜模制备出了直径6mm、长24mm的Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10多孔非晶合金;与镁基非晶合金相比,孔结构对其热稳定性没有影响;Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10多孔非晶合金在低应力作用下的塑性应变可达40%;Mg65Cu20Zn5Y10多孔非晶合金的断裂形貌呈脉状花样,属韧性断裂。  相似文献

采用三点弯曲及扫描电镜等方法研究了SiCw/Al2O3、SiCw/ZrO3(Y2O3)及SiCw/Al2O3+ZrO2(Y2O3)陶瓷复合材料的抗热震性.结果表现SiCw的加入使Al2O3、ZrO2(Y2O3)以及Al2O3+ZrO2(Y2O3)基体的抗热震性显著提高,Al2O3陶瓷基复合材料的抗热震性明显优于ZrO2(Y2O3)陶瓷基复复合材料.同时发现在Al2O3十SiCw材料基础上再加入少量ZrO2(2Y)颗粒(10Vo1%),也可进一步提高Al2O3+SiCw材料的抗热震性.  相似文献
