空间凸轮的两重包络法加工原理初探 总被引:15,自引:2,他引:15
所提出的两重包络加工方式是建立在两重包络理论基础上的,它可以实现对空间凸轮廓面的无理论误差重构。通过对两重包络法的加工过程的分析,比较了与其它非等价加工方式的不同之处。在此基础上建立了点刀位计算模型,研究了两种走刀方式并给出了各自对应的刀位序列计算程序。两重包络加工方式适应范围广,柔性强,特别适应于单件小批量生产。这种加工方式可作为等价加工方式和刀位补偿方式的有益补充,满足实际生产的需要。 相似文献

针对弧面凸轮廓面的多轴数控加工,在分析现有各种加工工艺方法,尤其是分析单侧面加工方法存在的不足的基础上,围绕减小加工得到的实际廓面与理论设计廓面的极差,提出一种以刀轴轨迹面与凸轮廓面等距曲面的极差最小为优化目标的弧面凸轮单侧面数控加工刀位数据计算的优化算法。所建立的刀位优化算法综合了不可展直纹面侧铣加工的两点偏置算法和三点偏置算法的优点。通过实例对各种单侧面刀轨规划算法进行加工误差综合对比分析,结果表明所建立的刀位计算优化算法正确有效,可显著减小编程误差,为进一步提高弧面凸轮单侧面加工精度和完善加工工艺奠定了扎实的理论基础。 相似文献

Few function about 3D tool radius compensation is applied to generating executable motion control commands in the existing computer numerical control (CNC) systems. Once the tool radius is changed, especially in the case of tool size changing with tool wear in machining, a new NC program has to be recreated. A generic 3D tool radius compensation method for multi-axis peripheral milling in CNC systems is presented. The offset path is calculated by offsetting the tool path along the direction of the offset vector with a given distance. The offset vector is perpendicular to both the tangent vector of the tool path and the orientation vector of the tool axis relative to the workpiece. The orientation vector equations of the tool axis relative to the workpiece are obtained through homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix and forward kinematics of generalized kinematics model of multi-axis machine tools. To avoid cutting into the corner formed by the two adjacent tool paths, the coordinates of offset path at the intersection point have been calculated according to the transition type that is determined by the angle between the two tool path tangent vectors at the corner. Through the verification by the solid cutting simulation software VERICUTwith different tool radiuses on a table-tilting type five-axis machine tool, and by the real machining experiment of machining a soup spoon on a five-axis machine tool with the developed CNC system, the effectiveness of the proposed 3D tool radius compensation method is confirmed. 钻孔卸压是高地应力矿井治理冲击地压的首要措施,对实施钻孔作业的防冲钻孔机器人钻具姿态准确测量是保障钻孔位置及卸压效果的前提。为此,本文提出了基于惯性传感组件和BP神经网络的防冲钻孔机器人钻具姿态解算方法,通过设计惯性传感组件的空间阵列式布局方式(空间阵列式IMU),建立了空间阵列式IMU的数据融合模型及位姿解算模型,实现了钻具姿态的高精度解算。在此基础上,提出了基于BP神经网络的惯性传感组件误差补偿方法,建立了钻具姿态解算误差补偿模型,并通过钻具模拟运动的解算分析对空间阵列式IMU解算和误差补偿方法的可行性进行了验证。最后,通过搭建的防冲钻孔机器人钻具姿态监测实验平台,对不同方法的钻具解算结果进行对比分析。实验结果表明,在BP神经网络模型进行误差补偿后,本文所提方法解算出的钻具姿态精度明显提高,钻具方位角、倾角和横滚角的平均误差分别为0.099°、0.079°和0.045°,有效抑制了惯性传感组件的漂移和误差积累,且钻具姿态解算误差曲线没有出现发散现象。因此,该方法可以持续稳定地对防冲钻孔机器人钻具姿态进行可靠监测,具有较高的推广应用价值。 相似文献

在对等残余高度刀具轨迹规划算法加工参数曲面研究的基础上,提出带有误差补偿值的复杂参数曲面高精度刀具轨迹规划算法——高精度刀轨误差补偿算法。通过分析刀触点及与之相应的相邻路径上的粗、精刀位对应点间的关系,引入误差补偿值以提高精对应刀位点的求解精度,得到经过合理简化的误差补偿值表达式,并得出粗、精对应刀位点与理论刀位点的距离误差表达式。高精度刀轨误差补偿算法可以在满足插补运算实时性要求的前提下,使相邻轨迹上与刀触点相对应的刀位点的参数值计算精度得到极大提高,进而提高复杂参数曲面的加工刀具轨迹精度。以使用平底铣刀为例进行仿真加工,结果表明高精度刀轨误差补偿算法适合进行对复杂参数曲面的高精度加工。 相似文献

This paper presents an integrated form error compensation approach for ball-end milling of sculptured surface with z-level contouring tool path. From the analysis of local cutting equilibrium in general milling, an integrated form error compensation strategy is derived. In this strategy, the tool deflection is adopted as compensation value. The compensation value and local cutting equilibrium can be directly obtained from nominal cutting conditions; moreover, the time-consuming iterative process is no longer needed. The integrated strategy is then expanded to ball-end milling of sculptured surface based on the differential idea. A tool path modification model is also suggested to record the compensation value into tool path. A numerical example of comparing the calculation process of traditional multilevel compensation strategy and that of the integrated compensation strategy is described. The results of numerical examples show that the essentials of proposed integrated strategy and multilevel strategy are consistent, but the needed calculation steps of the two strategies are about 1 vs. 30. In the validation experiment, two practical sculptured surfaces are machined. Experimental results reveal that the integrated form error compensation approach can significantly reduce form error in ball-end milling of sculptured surface. 相似文献

Using the same method, the machine tool status can be completely identified and its accuracy can be enhanced by software error compensation. The point compensation method can be used as a means for modifying the nominal tool path and on-the-machine inspection where the machine tool is used as a coordinate measuring machine.
