动态盲源分离问题是多故障源盲分离的一个热点。传统的机械故障源分离方法要求满足统计特征保持稳定,且混合系统保持不变等假设,而忽略了时序信息。针对此不足,结合规范变量分析(Canonical variate analysis,CVA)和独立分量分析(Independent component analysis,ICA),提出一种基于CVA-ICA的机械多故障源动态盲分离方法。该方法的基本思想是将源信号看成状态空间的状态变量,观测信号看成状态空间的输出变量,从而将动态混合盲源分离问题转化为状态空间盲源分离问题,利用规范变量分析作为降维工具来构造状态空间,再利用传统的ICA算法对规范的观测信号进行盲源分离。仿真研究表明,在处理动态混合的盲分离中,提出的方法明显优于静态ICA方法,取得了满意的分离效果。将该方法应用到滚动轴承内圈和滚动体的故障盲分离中,试验结果进一步验证了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

为了使远程起重机械设备状态监测功能更具便携性,设计并实现了一种面向Android移动终端的实时数据监测模块。对异步输入/输出技术进行了研究,设计出客户端与服务器的通信方案。为了减少资源消耗和提高并发处理能力,服务器使用Netty框架作为高性能通信基础、利用线程池与任务分发机制实现了业务处理逻辑、通过Mybatis框架实现数据库的访问,并使用Spring容器实现程序中各种对象依赖关系与生命周期管理。测试结果表明,该模块能在移动客户端上实时显示监测数据和设备运行状态,且服务器具有较高的并发连接能力。模块有较高的可重用性,并能有效地扩展现有监控系统的功能。 相似文献

基于LabVIEW软件开发平台开发的在线监测变压器运输设备运行状态的管理系统,主要包括了控制台、通讯服务器、运输监测终端、本地操作工具、显示界面、手机服务器、手机终端以及短信猫等。其中通讯服务器通过TCP协议网络采集运输监测终端的数据并进一步上传至控制台,而本地操作工具用于拷贝和擦除终端数据。控制台将过滤解析后的数据存储至数据库并通过web发布到Internet上,同时将数据转为共享变量以供手机服务器调用,手机服务器通过TCP协议连接管理多个手机终端并提供数据查询功能。系统运用了物联网、TCP传输等关键技术,以数据传输模块和数据解析处理模块为中心,最终实现数据查询、超限报警等功能,提高了变压器运输质量和预警力度。 相似文献

Abstract Differentiating between black powder toners used in laser printers and copiers can be challenging for forensic examiners. One hundred and eight samples from different types of cartridges produced by 10 manufacturers were studied using reflection-absorption infrared microscopy (R-A IR). The grouping of copy toners into distinguishable classes, achieved by visual comparison and computer-assisted spectral matching, was compared to that achieved by multivariate discriminant analysis. The FTIR spectra were classified into 15 groups. This classification served as a basis for the development of an analytical scheme for differentiating black powder toners. Obtained spectra and all the available information could be used to create a database. The results obtained confirm the multiplicity and compatibility of toners. 相似文献

A method to determine the volumetric equation of state of amorphous solids using optical microscopy in a diamond anvil cell is described. The method relies on two- dimensional image acquisition and analysis to quantify changes in the projected image area with compression. The area analysis methods prove to be robust against improper focusing and lighting conditions while providing the accuracy necessary to deduce small area changes, which correspond to small volume changes in an isotropic material. The image capture, area analysis method is used to determine the compression of cubic crystals, yielding results in good agreement with diffraction and volumetric measurements. As a proof of concept, the equation of state of amorphous red phosphorus is measured up to 12 GPa under hydrostatic conditions where the quantified volume change between the red and black phases is approximately ΔV/V(0) ≈ 0.05 after a reduction of volume nearing 35% at 8 GPa. A large hysteresis is present during decompression and eventually results in a 15% permanent densification relative to the starting volume, which is attributed to a pressure induced crystallization from red to black phosphorus. The robustness of the technique is also demonstrated by measuring the equation of state of GeSe(2) glasses for semi transparent samples and As(2)O(3) in which gold coating is used as a contrasting aid. 相似文献

This paper is aimed at the system evaluation problem of mechanical equipment caused by various factors including the multiplicity of structure, close relevancy, and complex operating environment. From functional hierarchy viewpoint of mechanical equipment, a quantitative evaluation model for mechanical equipment state is developed on the basis of fuzzy set synthesis evaluation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Considering the concept of human health and the equipment running parameters such as reliability, maintenance, and technical performance, the mechanical equipment health state and its evaluation hierarchy model are discussed. The health value is employed to quantitatively describe the running state degree of mechanical equipment. The weighted vectors of all evaluation hierarchies are discussed by using the AHP method with experiences of expert. Applied fuzzy set evaluation theory, a type of subordinate function of positive and negative indicators, is presented, and evaluation matrix is discussed as well as fuzzy transformation algorithm operators. The valuation model for mechanical equipment's multi feature parameters health state based on fuzzy AHP can be developed. The health value of subsystems can be obtained by the means of “from bottom to top”. Therefore, health value database of whole mechanical equipment can be established. Based on the database, the health state of mechanical equipment is explicit, which provides us with theoretical guide for seeking further optimization maintenance strategy. Finally, a health state evaluation of rotary kiln used in cement industry is taken as an example to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed model. 相似文献
