根据八钢佳域轧钢厂实际生产情况,通过对原有5#角钢、6.3#角钢工艺孔型系统在生产、轧制过程中出现的各种问题进行分析, 指出了旧有孔型系统的不足, 结合企业设备的改造情况, 提出了孔型系统改进的措施,对孔型系统做出了优化、改善,并在生产实际中对优化后的工艺孔型系统进行了现场轧制验证, 对优化后的实际效果进行了评价.     

邯钢5#高炉热风炉改造

邯钢5#高炉利用热风炉大修时机,分别对1#、2#、3#热风炉进行改造。通过采用新型格砖和栅格式燃烧器、拱顶联接方式等改进措施,风温保障能力大大提高,正常使用风温达到1200℃,降低了煤气消耗,延长了热风炉拱顶的使用寿命。     

Hyperplastic persistent pupillary membrane

PURPOSE: To report a child with extensive bilateral hyperplastic pupillary membranes and good visual acuity. METHOD: We examined a 9-year-old child with bilateral hyperplastic persistent pupillary membranes present since birth. RESULTS: The patient had a visual acuity of BE, 20/30, stereopsis of 50 seconds of arc, orthophoria, and normal extraocular movements. The remainder of the ophthalmic examination was normal. CONCLUSION: Patients with bilateral hyperplastic pupillary membranes may not require surgical intervention.

Curative treatment with fluconazole in 5 cases of invasive candidiasis

BACKGROUND: Amphotericin B is the treatment of choice for invasive and disseminated Candida sp. infections. Fluconazole is an antifungal drug with less toxicity. Because of its pharmacokinetic properties, fluconazole can be specially useful in the treatment of invasive candidiasis. Although it is useful in several forms of candidiasis, its efficacy in deep-seated candidal infections is not totally proved due to the lack of comparative studies with amphotericin. In order to contribute new data about the usefulness of fluconazole in the treatment of invasive candidiasis, we report 5 patients which cured with this antifungal drug. METHODS: The clinical records of those patients with invasive candidiasis that cured with fluconazole were retrospectively reviewed. RESULTS: Fluconazole was used in 2 patients after detecting toxicity to amphotericin. Fluconazole was used from the beginning in the other 3 patients. None of the patients were neutropenic. All the patients cured without recurrence. CONCLUSIONS: In this series, the employment of fluconazole was a non-toxic and effective alternative to amphotericin B in nonneutropenic patients with invasive candidiasis.

A flight surgeon presents with severe diarrhea of sudden onset. The unusual cause could be traced to sorbitol, a common sweetener that is widely available and could easily affect many aviators. The symptoms are exacerbated in the aerospace environment and close investigation of the dietary history may be the only clue to this elusive diagnosis.     

邯钢5号高炉铁沟侵蚀及生产维护

分析了邯钢5号高炉前铁沟侵蚀机理及主要影响因素,并根据侵蚀情况从操作和铁沟浇筑过程作出了相应调整和制定标准,使炉前出铁场铁沟使用周期由30 d提高至40d,为高炉生产稳定性和利用系数达到2.6t/m3·d以上创造了良好的条件.     

安钢5号高炉重力除尘器改造

对安钢5号高炉除尘系统存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施,通过将中心喇叭管延长1．4m和重力除尘器圆筒直径增加300mm的改造,使除尘效率提高了9％以上,消除了振动现象。     

天铁5#高炉强化冶炼实践

天铁集团对5^#高炉进行了大修改造，高炉大修改造后，具备了优化操作的条件，高炉利用系数已由大修前平均2．5t/m^3．d达到3．20t／m^3．d的水平，煤比达到了150kg／t．Fe以上，实现了强化冶炼。

A case of parathyroiditis with epithelial hyperplasia is reported in which the histological features suggest an autoimmune process analogous to Hashimoto's disease.
