聚合型荧光增白剂是由荧光单体与其他单体聚合而成,可解决传统荧光增白剂耐光性差等缺点.简要介绍了聚合型荧光增白剂的分类,讨论了二苯乙烯、萘酰亚胺、芘类聚合型荧光增白剂的合成、结构、性能及应用.聚合型荧光增白剂中基本发色团的结构不变,具有传统荧光增白剂的光学性能;发色团与高分子链间的共价键使其光化学稳定性大大增强,增白性能和荧光量子产率显著提高.聚合型荧光增白剂可应用于纺织品、聚合物材料和洗涤剂,还可用于液晶显示器、荧光探针等高科技领域.开发环保型高性能新产品、不同类型增白剂共混与复配以及多个含不同发色团单体间的聚合有可能成为新的研究热点. 相似文献

The polymerisable fluorescent monomer, 4-ethoxyl-N-allyl-1,8-naphthalimide, was synthesized from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and characterized using FT-IR spectra, 1H NMR and fluorescence spectra. A copolymer of styrene and 4-ethoxyl-N-allyl-1,8-naphthalimide was prepared by detergent-free emulsion polymerization and characterized using fluorescence spectra, SEM and fluorescence microscopy. The fluorescence spectrum of the copolymer displayed excitation at 365 nm and emission at 435 nm in acetone. SEM revealed that the copolymers were microspheres, with smooth surfaces and displayed intense blue fluorescence. 相似文献

Six new fluorescent derivatives of 1,8‐naphthalimide were synthesized. Three were dyes, and three were fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) containing a tetramethylpiperidine (TMP) stabilizer fragment. The FWAs were obtained under phase‐transfer catalysis conditions. Five of the compounds were copolymerized with methyl methacrylate, so copolymers with an intense color and/or fluorescence stable against solvents were obtained. The chemical bonding of the synthesized monomers in the polymers was confirmed spectrophotometrically. The participation of the monomer compounds did not significantly affect the process of copolymerization or the molecular masses of the obtained copolymers. The quantity of chemically bonded naphthalimide monomer in the copolymers was determined to be over 60%. The spectral properties of the compounds and their photostability in solution and in the copolymers were studied. The influence of the compounds on the photostability of the copolymers was determined. The compounds, especially those containing a stabilizer (TMP) fragment in their molecules, showed a positive stabilizing effect on the photodegradation of poly(methyl methacrylate). Polyamide fabrics with 2‐allyl‐6‐hydrazino‐benzo[de]isoquinoline‐1,3‐dione, 2‐allyl‐6‐(2‐amino‐ethylamino)‐benzo[de]isoquinoline‐1,3‐dione, and 2‐chloro‐N′‐(2‐methyl)‐1,3‐dioxo‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzo[de] isoquinoline‐6‐yl) acetohydrazide were dyed, and materials with an intense yellow color and fluorescence were obtained. Cotton fabrics were whitened with 2‐(2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐piperidin‐4‐yl)‐6‐methoxy‐benzo[de]isoquinoline‐1,3‐dione, 2‐(2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐piperidin‐4‐yl)‐6‐allyloxybenzo[de]isoquinoline‐1, 3‐dione, and 2‐[2‐(2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐piperidin‐4‐yl)‐1,3‐dioxo‐2,3‐dihidro‐1H benzo [de]isoquinoline‐6‐oxy]ethyl‐2‐methacrylate, and materials with bright whiteness and intense bluish fluorescence were obtained. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以4-溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐和N,N-二甲基乙二胺为起始原料,3步反应得到荧光单体4-甲氧基-N-(2-N,′N′-二甲基氨基乙基)萘二甲酰亚胺烯丙基氯化铵(简称FM),熔点200~202℃。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱及元素分析对FM进行了表征。并将FM与马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)和次亚磷酸钠进行共聚,得到含荧光基团的膦基马丙共聚物(FM-MA-AA),考察了其荧光和阻垢缓蚀性能。FM-MA-AA的荧光强度与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 4,检测下限为0.64 mg.L-1;用量为10 mg.L-1时对CaCO3垢的阻垢率为75.3%,20 mg.L-1时对CaSO4垢的阻垢率为100%,20 mg.L-1时的缓蚀率为94.1%,具有良好的阻垢分散性能和缓蚀性能;与常用阻垢缓蚀剂复配使用时,不会影响FM-MA-AA的荧光强度。 相似文献

以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,经过亚胺化和取代反应合成4-烷氧基-N-十二烷基-1,8-萘酰亚胺。通过单因素实验,确定了亚胺化反应的最佳条件,即n(4-溴-1,8-萘酐)∶n(十二胺)=1∶1.1,反应温度50℃,反应时间4 h,在该条件下,中间产物4-溴-N-十二烷基-1,8-萘酰亚胺的产率达79.4%。采用IR、1HNMR对目标产物4-烷氧基-N-十二烷基-1,8-萘酰亚胺的结构进行了表征,紫外吸收图谱和荧光光谱研究表明,目标产物在无水乙醇中的最大紫外吸收波长分别为357 nm和342 nm,最大发射波长分别为485 nm和490 nm。目标产物在DMF中的荧光量子产率达0.6以上。 相似文献
