本文在讨论碱土金属物理化学性质的基础上,综述了含钡合金应用的研究结果。CaSiBa合金具有较强的脱氧和使夹杂变质的能力,含钡夹杂物易于上浮排出,残余夹杂以球状复合铝酸盐存在,并且在钢锭内分布均匀。经含钡合金处理的钢材力学性能,如疲劳、横向冲击韧性和各向异性可得到显著改善。本文还扼要介绍了含钡合金的生产特点。 相似文献

4 含钡合金处理对钢力学性能的影响 含钡合金处理钢液,改变了钢中夹杂物形态,同时钢中夹杂含量降低,夹杂分布更为均匀。 文献[45]的作者在280倍光学显微镜下对1000个视场内的夹杂物进行计数,所得夹杂物体积分数和夹杂物尺寸关系以及夹杂物沿钢锭高度的分布见图9,10。从图9看出,在浇注注流中补加SiCa,钢锭内夹杂物体积分数增大;补加SiBa,SiCaBa夹杂物体积分数降低,尤其是补加SiBa时,夹杂物体积分数降低更显著,但大颗粒份额增加。体积分数的降 相似文献

The saturated solubility of carbon and nitrogen in Fe-C-N and Fe-C-B-N melts was measured experimentally at 1 485℃ to obtain the activity interaction coefficients between components in these melts. Continuous precision casting is an important trend in modern industrialization.Clustering effects in glassforming metallic liquids tremendously influence the properties of rapidly quenched ribbons;therefore,much attention has been paid to the study of Fe-based glass-forming melts at high temperatures.Recent investigations of these melts are categorized and reviewed.It is concluded that more efforts are still required to reveal the discipline of amorphization brought about by rapid quenching of Fe-based glass-forming melts. 相似文献
