顺势而行 切实加强工业控制系统信息安全管理

工业控制系统信息安全事关工业生产运行安全、国家经济安全和人民生命财产安全。随着计算机和网络技术的发展,工业控制系统以各种方式与公共网络连接,木马、黑客等威胁正在向工业控制系统扩散,工业控制系统信息安全问题日益突出。工信部近期出台《关于加强工业控制系统信息安全管理的通知》,加强工业控制系统信息安全管理。本刊特约工信部信息安全协调司欧阳武副司长解读该通知的出台背景和核心内容,并介绍现阶段将如何开展工业控制系统信息安全管理工作。     

IEC 62443工控网络与系统信息安全标准综述

通过分析工业控制系统信息安全的概念,阐释了工业控制系统信息安全与传统IT信息安全的区别,详细讲解了IEC 62443工业通信网络信息安全系列标准,以及工业控制系统信息安全评估方法。     

不容回避的工控领域操作系统风险

所谓工业控制系统就是由计算机设备与工业过程控制部件组成的自动控制系统。工业过程控制部件对实时数据进行采集、监测,在计算机调配下,实现设施自动化运行和业务流程管理与监控。工业控制系统网络的信息安全问题一直存在,只是以往的工业控制系统相对封闭,网络信息安全方面暴露出的问题少,因而没有得到足够的重视。但是随着工业控制系统越来越多地采用通用的操作系统、通讯协议和标准,与企业信息管理系统的结合越来越紧密,信息安全问题也就凸显了出来。

美国加强工业控制系统安全建设的主要举措探究

美国对工业控制系统安全的认识 美国国际自动化协会（ISA）发布的IEC 62443《工业过程测量、控制和自动化网络与系统信息安全》对工业控制系统的定义是1：＂工业控制系统包括了制造和加工厂站和设施、建筑环境控制系统、地理位置上具有分散操作性质的公共事业设施（如电力、天然气）、石油生产以及管线等进行自动化或远程控制的系统＂。

论述了信息时代电磁兼容领域的挑战与应对策略.提出了信息社会安全的基础是网络与设备的电磁信息安全的理念；提出了电子设备不经意电磁发射引起的电磁信息漏泄的原理模型.分析了无处不在的电磁发射信息安全问题，综述了TEMPEST计算机研究的现状和发展趋势，论述了现代机器人、有线网络、无线网络以及工业网络的电磁信息安全问题.最后，展望了发展中的安全电磁兼容标准，阐述了现代工业和控制系统正在面临的越来越严重的信息攻击已经成为威胁国家关键基础设施的"超级武器"的国际动态.

从大型计算机网络系统的安全需求及其解决途径出发对物理安全、链路安全、网络安全、信息安全等做了全面分析，对大型计算机网络系统的安全控制系统的设计提出了建议。

Context-Aware Security Solutions for Cyber-Physical Systems

The integration of physical systems and processes with networked computing has led to the emergence of a new generation of engineered systems, called Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). These systems are large networked systems of systems, in which a component system may itself be a grid. In this paper we survey the current state of the art of CPS security, identify the issues surrounding secure control, and investigate the extent to which context information may be used to improve security and survivability of CPS.

网络化防空系统是“网络中心战”与防空作战结合的产物,是防空系统发展的趋势.文中描述了网络化防空系统的优越性,研究了网络化防空系统的体系结构及相关问题,并分析了网络化防空中网络组织结构及指控网、探测网和武器网的协同关系,提出了网络化防空系统中的网络拓扑发现算法和系统体系结构设计方法的基本思路.     

A protocol for wide area secure networked appliance communication

This article describes problems associated with remotely accessing networked appliances (e.g., from the Internet). Networked appliances are widely viewed as the “next wave” of devices on the Internet. We discuss some possible uses for networked appliances and the requirements for communicating with them. We present details of a solution to meet these communication requirements based on the IETF Session Initiation Protocol. In addition, we discuss the rationale for our approach and reasons other approaches were not adopted. An example of the use of the SIP in this domain is presented to illustrate how the solution can be used. We conclude with outstanding challenges and reiterate advantages of this approach     

Application of the Networked Predictive Control in Servo Systems

The paper uses predictive control theory combined with a Kalman Filter to stabilize the Networked Control System. A networked servo motor system is set up and its mathematical model is identified for further simulation. The novel aspects of this paper are the system model, which is built with an Embedded MATLAB Function, and simulation and experiment are also based on the model. From the results of simulation and experiment, the networked predictive controller shows a good performance.     

浅谈构建检察院机关电子政务网络安全应用体系

网络安全应用体系的实施为检察院机关承担的检察院管理和服务实现电子化、网络化和透明、高效开辟了广阔的空间。然而检察院机关电子政务信息系统的安全问题也变得更加突出、严重。认识检察院机关电子政务信息系统安全的威胁,把握系统安全的影响因素和要求,建设系统安全保障体系,对保证检察院机关电子政务的有效运行具有重要意义。     

A Game-Theoretical Study of Robust Networked Systems

This paper analyses the robustness of networked systems from a game-theoretical perspective. Networked systems often consist of several subsystems sharing resources interdependently based on local preferences. These systems can be modelled by a dependence game, which is a generalisation of stable paths problem. A unique pure Nash equilibrium in a dependence game can characterise the robustness of the represented networked system, precluding oscillations and nondeterminism. We show that the absence of a structure termed a generalised dispute wheel is useful to ensure the existence of a unique pure Nash equilibrium. Furthermore, we consider more sophisticated settings: tie-breaking over non-strict preferences and asynchronous communications among subsystems. We also obtain stronger results that the absence of a generalised dispute wheel can be useful to ensure the consistency of tie-breaking and asynchronous convergence to a pure Nash equilibrium.

网络技术在给人们带来了便捷的同时,也极大地提高了社区安防要求,因此,网络化安防信息采集系统是必然的趋势,网络化系统的基础是计算机技术,通信技术以及控制技术,可以给小区的住户提供一个更加安全、更加智能、更加便捷、更加信息化的生活空间。     

Special Issue on Technology of Networked Control Systems

This special issue provides information on current and future research directions in the emerging field of networked control systems. The first paper provides a comprehensive overview of the field. The remaining 11 papers are organized in three sections: a section on the "current state of the technology of networked control systems"; a section on foundations of networked real-time systems"; and a section on "wireless networks - the backbone of networked control systems." Each of the papers is briefly discussed.     

网络视频监控业务在银行业的应用分析
