Objective Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressive drug with narrow therapeutic range and wide interindividual variation in its pharmacokinetics. Tacrolimus is a substrate of cytochrome P450(CYP)3A5. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether the A6986G polymorphism is associated with tacrolimus concentration /dose ratio. Methods Fifty-two Chinese renal transplant patients were enrolled in this study. Their body weight, dosage and concentration of tacrolimus were observed. CYP3A5 genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction followed by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results A significant association was found between tacrolimus levels per dose/kg/d and CYP3A5 gene A6986G polymorphism (P<0.001). The CYP3A5 * 3 * 3 patients have a significantly higher tacrolimus level/dose than CYP3A5 * 1 * 1 and CYP3A5 * 1 * 3. Conclusions CYP3A5 gene A6986G polymorphism is associated with tacrolimus pharmacokinetics and dose requirements. Pharmacogenetic methods could be employed prospectively to help the dose selection and to individualize immunosuppressive therapy according to the result. 对水泥净浆结粒研究发现,熟料中C3A含量的波动,带来结粒量较大的变化,配制5种不同C3A含量的水泥,进行结粒研究。结果表明:C3A是影响水泥净浆结粒的主要因素,水泥结粒量随着水泥矿物成分中C3A的含量的增加而增大;随着净浆结粒程度的加大,体系更倾向于形成颗粒体积较大的结粒;C3A对水泥净浆结粒的作用要远大于水化温度对结粒的影响。  相似文献

为综合利用泥磷制取次磷酸钠反应尾气中的PH3气体,研究了改性5A分子筛吸附净化PH3的相关内容.研究结果表明吸附剂制备过程中较适宜的条件为:改性剂NaCl溶液,改性剂浓度0.3 mol/L,干燥温度110℃,焙烧温度300℃;吸附实验过程中较适宜的气体流速为20 mL/min.  相似文献

使用苯甲酰氯与乙酰乙酸乙酯反应,制得苯甲酰乙酸乙酯。然后经羰基保护,羟胺缩合等反应制得3-羟基-5-苯基异唑,产率≥60%。同时还分离出异构体3-苯基-2-异唑琳酮-5。产品结构经IR、元素分析等确证。  相似文献

The reference test methods are carried out parallelly, by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetry, scanning electron microscopy and polarized optical microscope to study the formation of C4A3S in the presence and absence of nucleating agent. The results show that nucleating agent with high calcium and low heat consumption as tricalcium silicate (C3S) promotes the formation of C4A3S and increases desulfurization degree obviously. During calcining raw meals doped with C3S, the grain sizes of C4A3S are larger compared with that without C3S. And at the same calcining level, the mass loss and the heat consumption belonged to CaCO3 decomposition is reduced.  相似文献

脑功能磁共振成像可以无创伤地观察人脑内部各个脑区的变化。3T高场磁共振成像设备信噪比更佳,提供的信息更详尽以及空间分辨率更高,目前正逐渐在国内外推广使用。SPM5是现今最流行的功能磁共振成像(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging,fMRI)数据处理软件。文章基于SPM5数据处理软件对3T高场功能磁共振成像设备所获取的视觉刺激实验数据进行分析处理,实验结果更清晰、更直观、更精确地反映了相应脑区的变化。  相似文献

在现有理论基础上,探讨了中间相C3A对硅酸盐水泥水化反应历程的影响,认为C3A矿物与硅酸盐矿物水化产物CH反应仅是中间过程,其反应前后未改革浆体中的CH浓度,提出了C3A吸收高浓度处的CH,经反应将其输到CH浓度较低的C3A水化产物周界中,通过在原质下的吸收放出的“囊泵”作用促进硅酸盐水泥水化,该作用是非显著的物理作用,而非化学作用。  相似文献

By doping gas transport agents (GTA), the combustion process and structural formation of SHS can be significantly varied. In this paper, Ti5Sis was synthesized by SHS method using AICI3·6H2O as GTA. The effect of GTA was studied by measuring combustion process parameters. XRD and SEM were used to determine the phases and microstructures of products. The structural formation of 7V6Si3 with different GTA contents was studied by CFQ method. Three mechanisms were deduced.  相似文献

1-甲基-3-乙基-5-吡唑酸乙酯是杀螨剂吡螨胺的重要中间体.探讨了Knorr环合法制备1-甲基-3-乙基-5吡唑酸乙酯的工艺;合成丙酰丙酮酸乙酯中,对反应温度和反应溶剂进行了优化试验,发现用乙醚作溶剂在5℃以下时,反应收率和中间体含量分别达到90%和95%以上.制备1-甲基-3-乙基-5吡唑酸乙酯中,对反应温度和甲基肼与丙酰丙酮酸乙酯的摩尔比进行了优化试验,发现在0℃以下,摩尔比在1:1.2以上时,目标产物的含量和收率达到95%和85%以上.产品结构经MS,1HNMR,IR表征.  相似文献

在野外环境中,通过网络故障诊断设备对丧失网络功能的设备进行故障检测,但由于野外客观条件的限制,网络故障诊断设备采用电池供电方式,因此在设计中需要延长电池使用时间保障设备正常运行.针对采用S3C2440A处理器的网络故障诊断设备,在设计中融入低功耗的思想,在不影响其正常工作的前提下,采用了分模块供电、动态切换CPU工作模式等措施来降低设备的功耗,使设备的总体功耗大大降低,延长了网络故障诊断设备工作时间.  相似文献

在介绍A5/1算法的线性初始化弱点基础上,通过分析基于择多逻辑的互钟控机制的非平衡输出特点,详细论述了由此带来的相关攻击漏洞,指出了A5/1算法丢弃起始100比特远不能保证算法安全性。针对该漏洞,将互钟控移位延伸到了A5/1算法初始化过程中,从而有效堵塞了该漏洞,增强了A5/1算法的安全性。  相似文献

A series of Er3+,Tm3+ and Yb3+ doped Gd3Ga5O12 nanocrystals were prepared by a combustion method.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and upconversion(UC)emission spectra were used to characterize the samples.The results of XRD indicate that Gd3Ga5O12:Er3+,Tm3+,Yb3+ nanocrystals with cubic phase can be obtained.Under the excitation of a 980 nm laser,the different rare earth ions doped Gd3Ga5O12 nanocrystals show upconversion luminescence involving the green emission attributed to the 2H11/2→4I15/2,4S3/2→4I15/2 transitions of Er3+ ions,respectively,the red emissions assigned to the 4F9/2→4I15/2 transitions of Er3+ ions and the 1G4→3F4 as well as 3F2,3→3H6 transitions of Tm3+ ions,respectively,the blue emission attributed to 1G4→3H6 transitions of Tm3+ions,and the near-infrared assigned to the 3H4→3H6 transitions of Tm3+ ions.The CIE coordinates for the samples are calculated.The dependence of their upconversion luminescence properties on Yb3+ ion concentration is investigated.  相似文献

The formation mechanism of stoichiometry Ti5Si3 by mechanical alloying (MA) from elemental powders has been investigated. The results of XRD and SEM analyses of the powder show that Ti5Si3 can be synthesized by MA in a planetary mill with two different formation mechanisms. Ti5Si3 was formed gradually with the mechanical collusion reaction (MCR) mechanism under a lower impact energy, and the Ti5Si3 was formed abruptly with the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) formation mecha-nism under a higher impact energy.  相似文献

为了探索新的钝感药剂,对以3-硝基-1,2,4三唑-5-酮(NTO)为主体的药剂发展进行了综述.研究表明:NTO是一种能量高、安全性好、成本低并与常用材料相容的钝感炸药,以其为主体的配方在能量方面可超过B炸药,并且能够通过钝感弹药试验,因而有利于提高弹药的本质安全和威力.选择可与之发生较强酸碱作用的粘结剂和适当的工艺可以克服其酸性高和溶于水的缺陷.  相似文献
