近几年,越来越多火电厂改造增加储能调频系统,参与电力辅助服务,获取收益.储能调频系统接入火力发电厂的接入方案直接关系到储能系统联合火力机组参与调频的运行策略,同时影响到火力发电厂和储能设备正常可靠运行,为保证火电厂的安全经济运行,对储能调频电站接入火力发电厂的接入方案进行了研究,分析不同的接入方案的优缺点及储能调频系统接入后对火力发电厂现有系统的影响.本文通过对2×330MW机组火力发电厂厂用电接线、储能接入方案的对比分析、储能接入电气一次系统设计、高厂变容量的校核、高厂变低压侧短路电流核算进行了论述.  相似文献

风电机组大部件的备品备件是保障风电机组运行的重要物资,合理的备件库存可减少风电场的停机损失。针对风电机组大部件的备品备件库存控制问题,提出了基于(s,Q)策略的区域库存优化控制策略。首先,以威布尔分布函数描述风机大部件的故障概率密度。其次,考虑风电机组设计寿命及备件短缺停机时间,通过概率模型推导了区域库存策略下的风机大部件备件成本和平均可用率公式。然后,以备件成本最小为优化目标,建立库存优化控制模型,并分析了大部件的各主要参数对最优库存控制参数的影响。最后,通过算例分析验证了该策略的有效性。  相似文献

研究了基于主动配送策略的电网运维物资管理系统的设计与实现,首先提出物资编码合并和连续盘点方法解决了现有库存中物资难以核对总量和无法实现自动缺货提醒的问题,接着设计了分别针对一级仓和一级仓下辖的二级仓或急救包的主动配送流程,并根据该流程设计了物资合并、物资申请、库存上下限管理和调拨辅助四个系统功能,最后分析了系统在电网企业中应用的情况。系统可以提高库存周转率,降低因缺货带来的损失,同时也降低了仓库管理员的劳动强度。  相似文献

储备一定数量种类的备品备件是保障装备在使用中能够提高装备可靠性从而完成各项任务的重要措施。相对于陆上,舰艇上备件的储备空间及条件均相对较差,因而就要求在保障装备的可靠性的前提下尽可能减少备件的储备量。本文基于某型舰艇燃气轮机发电系统结构,利用故障树分析方法,定量分析研究动力系统中易损部件备件数量对可靠性的影响,从而获得最优的备件储备方案。研究结果对于制定和优化燃气轮机备件储备提供科学依据。  相似文献

Reducing the enormous maintenance cost is essential to enhance the competitiveness for power plants. An overall design scheme for condition-based maintenance of induced fans is proposed for large thermal power plants. The interface of the above framework is simple and convenient; the optimum maintenance strategy is given by condition monitoring and risk evaluating. The decision-supported system was used in Guangdong Shajiao C Power Plant. The results show that it is a feasible maintenance optimization scheme for power plants.  相似文献

The market-based Perform Achieve and Trade scheme was introduced in India to enhance the energy efficiency of energy-intensive sectors, and for thermal power plants by reducing their specific energy consumption within the framework of a tradable certificate scheme. International experience suggests that effectiveness of such schemes is greatly influenced by the assigned targets of the obligated units. Setting rational targets is thus, a key aspect of successful implementation of the scheme. In the present study, we examine the rationality of the targets set for the power sector of India, based on comparing it with energy saving potential of the plants, and the targets assigned to the respective plants. Data envelopment analysis models are used to determine relative efficiency and energy saving potential. The study results indicate that in most cases, (i) The targets are much less than the actual potentials of the thermal power sector, (ii) There exist substantial inefficiencies within the system in both energy use and managerial dexterity; and (iii) If the sector realizes its full potential, then the Energy Saving Certificate market may witness a surplus of 4.7 million certificates on account of thermal power sector alone.  相似文献

We proposed a novel efficient operation scheme for a thermal power plant’s air-cooling system based on peak shaving, in order to cope with high ambient temperature in summer. We introduced an absorptiongeneration equipment with water/lithium working pairs into the air cooled condenser(ACC) to reconstruct the traditional thermal power plant, and established a dynamic thermodynamic model adopting Ebsilon code. We studied the thermodynamic performance variation of the reconstructed thermal power plant throughout a 24-hour cycle and found that the fluctuation ratio of the turbine back pressure decreased to 6% from 78%, which is beneficial for the stable and safe operation of the electric power system. The thermal performance improvement benefited from the exploitation of the heat transfer potential of ACC, which realized via cold duty schedule throughout the day, under different ambient temperature conditions. In this system, the generated power was higher at relatively high ambient temperature than that at relatively low ambient temperature, which solved the electricity demand-supply imbalance problem under high ambient temperature. Finally, the same optimization effects for power thermal plants with an indirect air-cooling system were obtained using the same operation scheme.  相似文献

  目的  中国聚变工程实验堆(CFETR)具有功率周期性输出特性,无法直接满足常规发电设备的稳定连续输入需求,CFETR聚变发电厂需要在核岛和常规岛之间配置针对性的工艺系统。  方法  通过调研光热发电工程应用以及聚变发电相关研究,基于CFETR聚变堆初步预期性能,从储能与补能对比、储能技术类型、储热介质、储热系统方案等方面进行分析讨论。  结果  对于采用水冷包层、氦冷包层的聚变堆,分别推荐配置以氢化三联苯型导热油、Solar salt熔融盐为储热介质的间接式双罐显热储热系统,以保证发电侧系统的稳定连续运行。  结论  上述储能技术方案具备规模化商业应用条件,可为CFETR聚变发电厂的整体设计提供支撑。  相似文献

This paper presents a short term scheduling scheme for multiple grid-parallel PEM fuel cell power plants (FCPPs) connected to supply electrical and thermal energy to a microgrid community. As in the case of regular power plants, short term scheduling of FCPP is also a cost-based optimization problem that includes the cost of operation, thermal power recovery, and the power trade with the local utility grid. Due to the ability of the microgrid community to trade power with the local grid, the power balance constraint is not applicable, other constraints like the real power operating limits of the FCPP, and minimum up and down time are therefore used. To solve the short term scheduling problem of the FCPPs, a hybrid technique based on evolutionary programming (EP) and hill climbing technique (HC) is used. The EP is used to estimate the optimal schedule and the output power from each FCPP. The HC technique is used to monitor the feasibility of the solution during the search process. The short term scheduling problem is used to estimate the schedule and the electrical and thermal power output of five FCPPs supplying a maximum power of 300 kW.  相似文献

Because of the rapid expansion of intermittent renewable energy, conventional coal‐fired power plants, including combined heat and power (CHP) plants, are required to improve the quick‐response ability to respond the changing demand of the grid. However, the flexibility of CHP plants is not easy to be improved because of the restriction of traditional load variation mechanism. This work presents a comprehensive thermodynamic analysis on the flexibility‐improving scheme using the thermal energy storage (TES) capacity of district heating (DH) network. A typical CHP plant and related DH network were selected as a case study. The flexibility demand under the context of renewables accommodation in the short timescale (counted by minutes) and the operational characteristics of CHP plants were analyzed on the basis of experimental data and thermodynamics. Besides, the influence of heat supply adjustment on heat users' indoor temperature was quantified with a dynamic model, and the thermal inertia of the DH network is discussed. Moreover, a thermodynamic model for the load variation processes simplified with operational characteristics was established to analyze the response ability improvement of CHP plants. Results of the case study show, the scheme can shorten approximately 34% of the response time while almost have no influence on the indoor temperature of heat users.  相似文献

  [目的]  利用抽水蓄能电站优化火电厂的出力曲线,是提高电力系统经济性的重要手段。  [方法]  建立了抽水蓄能电站与火电厂联合优化运行的数学模型,然后以某实际电力系统为例对联合运行进行了优化模拟。最后探讨了联合运行节煤的内在机理。  [结果]  模拟结果表明抽水蓄能电站与火电厂联合优化运行降低了系统煤耗。  [结论]  建议要充分利用抽水蓄能电站来优化火电厂的出力曲线,提高电力系统运行经济性。  相似文献
