自从采用连续浇铸工艺以来,人们一直在设法提高连续浇铸轧钢钢板的质量,其中包括浇铸工艺过程中铸模内钢水的最佳冷却问题及钢水恒定静压力问题。在一定范围内,维持铸模中一定的液位,是解决上述问题的条件之一。通常用浇口塞来调整钢水的流入量以控制结晶器中的液位。这里介绍一个控制系统。此系统和相应的机械设备配套应用,在轧制横截面约1500×180(毫米)的钢板,拉出速度为1.2米/分左右时,液位控制精度可达±5毫米。 相似文献

介绍了差动涡流式连铸结晶器钢水液位仪的基本原理及构成。仪器可测量0~150mm的钢水液位变化。传感器的核心部分为1个发射线圈和2个接收线圈。信号放大单元采用差动调幅原理.提高了信噪比,扩大了量程。针对结晶器钢水液位测量的特殊性,放大信号再经信号处理单元的若干环节处理成可靠的、适于钢水液位控制的4~20mA线性隔离输出信号。 相似文献

利用神经元模型和自学习功能构成自适应PID控制器,在Madab实时开发环境xPC Target下建立液位实时控制系统。给出了单神经元自适应PID控制器的结构和控制算法,介绍了基于xPC Target的快速原型设计方法,即通过拖拉Simulink模块搭建被控对象的实时原型,同时以神经元自适应PID控制器完成系统的实时控制。为检验控制效果还采用了PID控制器进行液位实时控制。最终结果表明:单神经元自适应控制能克服传统PID控制器不稳定的缺点,使系统具有较好的稳定性。 相似文献

The twin-roll strip casting process is a steel-strip production method which combines continuous casting and hot rolling processes.
The production line from molten liquid steel to the final steel-strip is shortened and the production cost is reduced significantly
as compared to conventional continuous casting. The quality of strip casting process depends on many process parameters, such
as molten steel level in the pool, solidification position, and roll gap. Their relationships are complex and the strip casting
process has the properties of nonlinear uncertainty and time-varying characteristics. It is difficult to establish an accurate
process model for designing a model-based controller to monitor the strip quality. In this paper, a model-free adaptive neural
network controller is developed to overcome this problem. The proposed control strategy is based on a neural network structure
combined with a sliding-mode control scheme. An adaptive rule is employed to on-line adjust the weights of radial basis functions
by using the reaching condition of a specified sliding surface. This surface has the on-line learning ability to respond to
the system’s nonlinear and time-varying behaviors. Since this model-free controller has a simple control structure and small
number of control parameters, it is easy to implement. Simulation results, based on a semiexperimental system dynamic model
and parameters, are executed to show the control performance of the proposed intelligent controller. In addition, the control
performance is compared with that of a traditional PID controller. 相似文献

针对液压机械手的电液比例系统存在较大程度的系统参数变化和负载干扰等特点,一般控制方法难以全部满足性能要求。常规PID控制方法虽然算法简单、可靠性好、鲁棒性高,但由于参数整定繁杂,往往造成参数整定不良、性能欠佳、适用性能差。为了改善这些缺陷,将模糊控制理论与PID控制理论相结合,设计了模糊PID控制器,实现了对PID参数的在线整定。利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真,比较常规PID控制与模糊PID控制下电液比例系统的控制效果,发现模糊PID控制器较好地克服了系统的非线性和负载干扰的影响,提高了系统的稳定性和动态性能。 相似文献

三容系统是一种典型的非线性、时变、强耦合系统,它能较好地模拟非线性多容器流程系统,对其液位控制算法进行研究很有实际意义。该文以三容系统的液位为被控对象,把模糊控制技术应用于控制系统的设计中。利用Matlab软件中Simulink工具箱搭建系统,通过确定模糊规则和隶属度函数,来调节模糊控制器,使之有效地控制系统的液位。仿真结果表明:与传统PID控制算法相比,模糊控制算法是实现多容器流程系统控制的一种有效算法。 相似文献

In the continuous casting process, an adequate control of liquid steel flow through the submerged entry nozzle is essential for maintaining steel cleanliness and ensuring good surface quality in downstream processing. Monitoring the flow in the nozzle presents a challenge for the instrumentation system because of the high temperature environment and the limited access to the nozzle in between the tundish and the mould.In this paper, the distribution of a two-phase liquid metal/gas flow is studied by using a liquid metal laboratory model of an industrial steel caster and an inductive sensor array. The experiments were performed with the liquid eutectic alloy GaInSn as an analogue for liquid steel, which has similar conductive properties as molten steel and allows the measurements at room temperature. A scaled (approx. 1:10) experimental rig consisting of a tundish, a stopper rod, a nozzle and a mould was used. Argon gas was injected through the centre of the stopper rod and the behavior of two-phase GaInSn/argon flows was studied.The electromagnetic system used in the experiments to monitor the behavior of two-phase GaInSn/argon flows consists of an array of 8 equally spaced inductive coils arranged around the object, a data acquisition system and a host computer. The present system operates at 10 kHz and has a capture rate of 10 frames per second.The results show clearly that the injection of the argon gas is distinguishable from the single phase flow by observing the appearance of oscillation patterns. These oscillations become more dominant with the increase of the argon flow. In some cases two main oscillation patterns were present in the raw signals. In general, the signals and the reconstructed void fractions in the nozzles are highly correlated with the observed oscillations of the level height in the mould and the pressure in the nozzle. 相似文献

针对传统工业单容水箱液位控制过程中存在的稳定性差、响应慢等问题,提出了一种模糊控制方法对液位进行控制。首先根据单容水箱液位的控制要求设计了模糊控制器.然后搭建了基于远程数据采集模块的计算机控制系统.最后在VB环境下.设计了单容水箱液位监控人机界面进行液位控制。实验结果表明.在单容液位过程控制系统中.采用模糊控制与闭环P1D控制相比.稳定性更好、响应速度更快。液位控制性能明显提高。 相似文献
