随着服装行业的迅速发展,纺织工业中印染废水的总量与日俱增,对人类的健康造成严重的威胁。本文采用浸渍法制备负载铁和镧的改性凹凸棒土当作催化剂,以臭氧为氧化剂催化氧化含亚甲基蓝的印染废水,考察了不同催化剂用量、反应温度、亚甲基蓝初始浓度以及臭氧流量对亚甲基蓝降解率的影响。结果表明:当改性凹凸棒土用量为0.3g、臭氧流量为100mL/min、搅拌转速为500r/min、反应温度为45℃、反应时间为30min时,50mg/L亚甲基蓝废水的降解率就达到了96%左右;改性凹凸棒土表征结果表明Fe3+、La3+活性组分已经负载在凹凸棒土上,且负载效果较好。 相似文献

采用后接枝方法制备希夫碱铜离子配合物改性凹凸棒土(Cu2 -Sal-ATP),采用浸渍法制备啶虫脒/凹凸棒土(ATP)缓释体系。利用FTIR、XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM和DSC 对改性凹凸棒土的结构进行了表征,并探究了改性凹凸棒土对农药啶虫脒的吸附行为和缓释体系的释药行为。结果表明,啶虫脒是以非晶相存在于改性凹凸棒土中,药物装载未改变载体的结构。有机改性提高了凹凸棒土对药物的载药量,且经希夫碱铜离子配位改性体系的载药量最高,其吸附行为符合准二级动力学模型。希夫碱铜离子配位改性凹凸棒土载药体系的缓释效果优于相应的希夫碱改性凹凸棒土(Sal-ATP)体系,载药体系的释药行为可用Korsmeryer-Pappas动力学模型来描述。 相似文献

对天然凹凸棒土进行热活化改性,并以其为吸附剂处理罗丹明B染料废水。通过静态吸附实验考察了吸附剂投加量、溶液初始浓度及吸附时间等因素对罗丹明B去除率的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒土经过热活化改性能够提高其表面积,进而提高其对罗丹明B的吸附能力。在热改性凹凸棒土加入量为4g·L-1、罗丹明B的初始浓度为50mg·L-1,吸附温度为30℃、吸附时间为30min的条件下,罗丹明B的去除率可达83.5%。热活化凹凸棒土对罗丹明B的吸附过程可用伪二级动力学和Freundlich吸附等温方程描述。 相似文献

运用低温等离子体改性技术将壳聚糖(CS)接枝到凹凸棒土(ATT)表面,并将其应用于含4,4’-二氯联苯(4,4’-DCB)废水溶液的吸附研究。FTIR光谱表征壳聚糖(CS)已成功接枝在等离子体改性凹凸棒土(CC-g-ATT)的表面。考察了吸附剂浓度、pH值等因素对4,4’-DCB吸附率的影响,实验结果证明CC-g-ATT对4,4’-DCB的吸附率远高于酸土,在pH值为2~7不同反应体系中,CC-g-ATT对4,4’-DCB吸附率较高且波动不大。CC-g-ATT对4,4’-DCB是一种较好的吸附剂。 相似文献

The silver ion cementation on copper was investigated in the presence or absence of oxygen in solutions containing 1.85 × 10−4 M Ag+ at 25 °C. The influence of sulphuric acid and copper sulphate concentration (0.005-0.5 M) on the silver cement morphology was studied in details and results were linked with the previously determined kinetics data of the process. The morphology of silver deposit was found to be independent of the presence of oxygen in the system as well as the sulphuric acid concentration. Contrary, the concentration of copper sulphate strongly influenced the morphology of silver deposit. At the beginning of the cementation process silver covers uniformly the copper surface. Afterwards, a growth of dendrites is initiated on preferential parts of the surface. The growing dendrite behaves as cathodic sites, with relatively huge surface area and promotes the creation of anodic sites in a close neighbourhood. Finally, the anodic site encloses the dendrite island and develops its area inward the copper material. Copper ions at low concentration modified slightly silver dendrites but the increase in concentration up to 0.5 M Cu2+ leads to completely disappearance of dendrites from the surface. The lack of dendrites on the surface is a result of the competitive process that consumes additional silver ions, occurring in the bulk of the solution. The morphology of silver deposit cemented in the deoxygenated solution containing 0.5 M H2SO4 + 0.5 M CuSO4 depends strongly on the mechanism of the process. 相似文献

将凹凸棒石粘土用硝酸进行改性处理,然后用于对含铜废水中铜离子的吸附,研究了硝酸浓度、改性凹凸棒石粘土用量、吸附时间、pH值等因素对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:经4mol/LHNO3改性处理后的凹凸棒石粘土吸附能力最好,凹凸棒石粘土加入量为30g/L,水样pH值为4,超声搅拌20min,废水中Cu2+的吸附率接近99%,同时吸附剂的再生实验表明,复用时吸附量下降平缓,可以重复使用。 相似文献

介绍90 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置的设计和运行情况。采用三段式净化工艺与污水处理系统相结合, 有效地解决了用高砷、氟铜精砂生产硫酸的问题。采用多孔板支撑缩放管气体换热器与高蓄热能力的转化器相结合,在转化器进口平均φ(SO2)约4%,而生产负荷仅为设计能力(270t/d)的74%的条件下,转化系统仍能维持自热平衡。 相似文献

Wastewater containing copper and cadmium can be produced by several industries. The application of both reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) technologies for the treatment of wastewater containing copper and cadmium ions to reduce fresh water consumption and environmental degradation was investigated. Synthetic wastewater samples containing Cu2+ and Cd2+ ions at various concentrations were prepared and subjected to treatment by RO and NF in the laboratory. The results showed that high removal efficiency of the heavy metals could be achieved by RO process (98% and 99% for copper and cadmium, respectively). NF, however, was capable of removing more than 90% of the copper ions existing in the feed water. The effectiveness of RO and NF membranes in treating wastewater containing more than one heavy metal was also investigated. The results showed that the RO membrane was capable of treating wastewater with an initial concentration of 500 ppm and reducing the ion concentration to about 3 ppm (99.4% removal), while the average removal efficiency of NF was 97%. The low level of the heavy metals concentration in the permeate implies that water with good quality could be reclaimed for further reuse. 相似文献
